Das Zimmer war sauber. Lage war ok. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle da etwas außerhalb.

Das Zimmer wird nur gereinigt wenn man ein Schild an die Zimmertür hängt. Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet. A la Carte Frühstück ist nur in einem anderen Gebäude möglich.

Everything. Situated in a wasteland. Impossible to find. Situated behind some warehouses. Rubbish laying around outside. No receptionist. Undesirable types loitering outside. Would hate to be going out somewhere from here after dark.

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST! The reception is completely unmanned after 5pm until 9am the next day. If you have to check in after 5pm, your only option is an ipad which can fail (as it did in our case) and you can be left on the streets with no way of contacting the property and no access to your room. Even Booking . Com couldn't get hold of the property when we phoned their emergency helpline, the phone number provided just rings the reception, where no one is present. This hotel is running a ghost service, people and staff confirmed the hotel is set to shut down shortly so they don't care about you or keeping you safe, just trying to make a quick buck before they close for good. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Hard to get instructions in time how to check in if you arrive after 5pm. No one picked up phone. There is an espresso machines, but no coffee capsules. There was a leak in the bathroom. Expensive for what we got.

Le bruit des portes d’entrée. Elles claquent si les personnes ne les retiennent pas et beaucoup de personnes ne prenaient pas la peine de les retenir. Cela créait du bruit la nuit et le matin de bonne heure.

Hotel schwierig zu finden. Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt, es war aber keine Möglichkeit mehr vorhanden (darüber wurden wir aber erst kurzfristig informiert). Hotel mit Parkplatz bestellt (extrem teuer €40,00 am Tag). In einem der beiden gebuchten Zimmer befand sich bei Ankunft verschimmeltes Obst im Kühlschrank! Auch Toilettenpapier als Ersatz hat gefehlt! Da beim Check out kein Personal an der Rezeption vorhanden war, haben wir keine Karte zum Verlassen des abgeschlossenen Areals erhalten. Die Lösung dieses Problems (Hotelpersonal war nicht anwesend) hat so viel Zeit gekostet, dass wir Schwierigkeiten hatten, rechtzeitig zum Flughafen Schiphol zu kommen.

Great location , decent size room , comfy bed , great view ( we were on the river side) shower is brilliant, surprisingly quiet at night . Lift works perfectly and door cards . I would happily stay here again .

For the price we paid we were very happy with everything.

Room was well designed. Location near canal and not too far from restaurants and bus.

Fan in room wasn't enough for hot weather. Just missed check in time at 5pm and had a hard time getting into room as I hadn't sent my email. Knowing I couldn't get in without doing this would have been helpful. Also found it difficult to find hotel. Knowing it was in a large area with the same address. Listing address as 25A would have helped.

Mittlerweile schlecht ausgestattet, kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer, Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht, Standleuchte auch nicht. Keine Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad, außer im Alibert. Hotel schließt Ende August, das merkt man sehr!

Rooms were clean. Location was ok, not too far from train station and some of museums. It was in a quiet area. Staff was helpful with giving us access to lockers as our flight was in the evening and you can’t get into the building after you check out as card wouldn’t work.

There was no one at the reception outside of their check in times, plus when I tried to contact them when we were checking in no one replied. Had to pay again for my stay when I was checking in. I eventually was refunded later. No one notified us in advance that there would be no breakfast as their restaurant closed, there was only a post in the lift about it. Also got refund for that. Room was ok, but no air con. Thankfully, it didn’t get too hot while we were there and the fan that was in the room was enough not to feel too hot.

Abwicklung ausschließlich über KI Bot Waren drei Nächte dort und am zweiten Tag erfolgte trotz Aufforderungsschild, das auf die Tür gehängt wurde keine Reinigung des Apartments Late Check Out würde angeboten und war dann nicht möglich weil keine Antwort seitens des Personal erfolgte Leider keine Empfehlung - das Hotel schließt scheinbar in absehbarer Zeit und so war auch der Service!

Location was very good, once we discovered the foot bridge towards the central station. Hotel was clean. Nice shower.

First, we arrived on Sunday; Google maps does not recognize the foot bridge which makes the Central Station only a 15 min walk away, instead Google took us the long way and once inside the complex which is the street address and where there are various buildings, it was difficult to find the hotel, even in daylight hours. it was possible to check in (at the automated machine and since we had a booking) between 9 am to 5 pm, as indicated by an automated message received the day before. What was not available was staff. Chatting with the automated (AI generated?) messaging service did not get us anywhere. A notice in the lift informed that breakfast was not available unfortunately as the associated restaurant went out of business in early July. I was informed by more than one staff that I will receive a refund for the pre-paid breakfast via Booking.com, after checkout. We had the small fan on full blast and curtains drawn our entire stay and the window open when we were there. This made it bearable.

So while there are options for storing luggage, we were not properly informed about the process by the staff We wanted to store luggage on the day of departure in the morning at nine am. Sadly all six options were already used and locked and no one was available. We found no other available options. As a heads up - there is only someone there from 15:00-17:00. When we came to pick up our luggage, which we had left unlocked, we had to wait until someone exited and another couple was unable to check in

There is no breakfast, just a scam to charge more. Very dirty. No reception. No place for lagguage. A lot of spiders

На сообщения через букинг отвечает чат бот. В общем, немного понервничали, пока догадались как сделать ключ самостоятельно.

De ligging

Het feit dat je enkel tussen 15:00-17:00 kan inchecken. Hierdoor verlies je een hele namiddag want het is een eindje wandelen van het centrum! En dat het ontbijt de week voor aankomst geannuleerd werd! Het was veel te warm in de kamer. Ook was het bed te zacht en viel je naar het midden van het bed.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Recht zentral und trotzdem ruhig, direkt am Kanal. Unten ein Restaurant wo man frühstücken, Abend essen oder einfach ein Glas Wein trinken kann.

No hay recepción y las pantallas para hacer el check-in no funcionan. Aseguran que la recepción abre a las 9:00 pero no llegó nadie hasta 1 hora después y la ayuda en el número de teléfono que proporcionan para emergencias es inexistente. Una vez hecho el check-out, solo guardan las maletas hasta las 17:00.

Aucun accueil, moi et mon copain avons été bloqué en bas plus d’une heure. On devait faire le check in à des desks à l’entrée. Problème : on nous demandait de payer 150€ la nuit, hors on avait déjà payé notre nuit sur le site. Pendant une heure on a appelé tous les numéros qu’on trouvait, on envoyait des messages. On a eu AUCUNE réponse. On est tout le temps tomber sur la messagerie. Pour ne pas se retrouver à la rue, on a du repayer notre nuit (en pleure évidement). On a donc repayer 150€, notre séjour aura donc coûté 300€. C’est inadmissible qu’il n’y ait personne dans l’hôtel, personne. Et qu’en plus, personne ne réponde au téléphone. On a du dépenser 150€ de plus et finir notre séjour à Amsterdam avec quasi plus aucun sous (nous sommes étudiants, donc le budget était serré.) En rentrant dans la chambre, premier problème : le verrou ne fermait pas. On a donc dormi dans une chambre ouverte toute la nuit Deuxième problème : dans la salle de bain, on a retrouvé des essuies sales, mouillés.

Simplesmente fui cobrado duas vezez pela estadia. Como não paguei a segunda cobrança, não consegui fazer o checkin e acessar o quarto. Quando consegui fazer contato me disseram que a equipe da recepção atenderia no dia seguinte das 08:00 às 17:00. Tive que me hospedar em outro hotel e terei que exigir o reembolso do que paguei.

Hotel geboekt omwille van parkeerplaats, ontbijt beschikbaar en bar. Bar/restaurent blijkt permanent gesloten te zijn 4 dagen voor aankomst. Ik werd hier niet van verwittigd. Ik kon dus geen ander hotel meer kiezen. Het ontbijt zou terug betaald worden… maar de parking mocht ik wel meteen afrekenen. Geen water op de kamer, ook nergens de mogelijkheid om water te kopen in het hotel. Geen personeel meer te bespeuren na 16.30 u. Ook de waterkoker is niet te vinden. Thee zetten met een koffiemachine is niet hetzelfde. Ik heb 2 kamers geboekt. In 1 kamer was het vuilbakje niet geleegd van de vorige gasten. Ik mag hopen dat de kamer en badkamer wel schoongemaakt werden. Om het hotel te bereiken moet je voorbij een bareel naast een militair domein. Het hotel is niet aangegeven, moeilijk te vinden. Het lijkt alsof je het militair domein op moet. Zeer verwarrend. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden.

Hun viftet oss bare bort og røyket videre.

The room was absolutely amazing. The fact there was a fridge in the room was great especially because it was warm and we were able to keep our water cold. The room was so clean and the shower was fab! We loved everything about the room. We also felt very safe coming and going to the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting.

The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to check me in early which was a bonus, she was also super quick to deliver an Iron and Ironing Board to the room when asked. The Bed was comfortable and and lots of space in the bathroom with a nice high Rainfall Shower - Important when you are 193cms

The Air Conditioning was non existent which meant an uncomfortable stay. It was not possible for the Uber to be able to drop off at the Hotel and led to a 3 minute walk once i asked for directions The restaurant was not open on a Monday!! Meaning I couldn't get anything to eat and although there was a complimentary drink being offered the bar was not open either meaning I couldn't use this - Thanks but no thanks!

Tolles Hotel, kleines gemütliches Zimmer, sauber, ausreichendes Frühstück, tolles Restaurant. allerdings abends ist das Servicapersonal im Lokal etwas überfordert und man muss sehr lange warten, wenn man überhaupt bedient wird. Für das Abendessen würde ich ein anderes Restaurant empfehlen, obwohl das Essen hervorragend schmeckt!

El servicio, son muy amables

Very nice place to stay, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely, including in the bar and restaurant.

It was very difficult to find as Applemaps and Google do not recognise the pedestrian bridge that makes it an easy walk. Taxis are unable to get close. This wouldn't be an issue if instructions were provided by the hotel prior to check in. Also check in is all automated which makes it a concern when arriving late.

Couldn’t locate my booking at out of hours check in, had to call the emergency number to get it sorted. Lift broken, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a case. No air con in the room. The noise of people coming in out of their rooms all through the night was by far the worst part of my stay. I didn’t get a minute of sleep due to doors slamming. Awful stay. Won’t be back

I know Europe isn’t big on air conditioning but we are here during a heat wave and ours was unbearable! A small fan and few outlets really rendered rendered it rather useless. Then there was the room safe. Wouldn’t open initially. Came back to find it open, but after we entered our code and locked it up, it wouldn’t open again! Except now our passports were locked inside. No one is available from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am and we wanted to be out by 8:00 am. Cost us an extra Uber ride and time lost that couldn’t be given back. Be sure you’re okay knowing there is no assistance available outside of 9:00 to 5:00!

The rooms were really hot and the property was in a noisy student area. Not what we were expecting. The pictures were nicer than the apartment. We left and stayed somewhere else.

The location and room itself were generally fine, and we appreciated that the property provided complimentary breakfast after we reported a leaking sink faucet on the first day of our stay. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Maintenance attempted a repair on the second day, but when we returned to the room the bathroom floor was still wet, the bath mat was soaked and dirty, and the leak continued for the rest of our stay. Because this is a smaller property with no staff available after 5 p.m., there was no one on site to discuss the issue with when we returned and found the bathroom still wet. I spoke directly with a staff member the following morning, and my understanding was that the matter would be followed up. I was not looking to make a major complaint, but I did expect some acknowledgement, an apology, or a small adjustment given that the bathroom remained wet during our stay. After not hearing anything, I followed up by email and attached photos showing the condition of the bathroom. I still received no response. The lack of communication after the stay was the most disappointing part. Problems can happen, but guests should not have to chase for a response when an issue has been reported, remains unresolved, and has affected the use of the room.

Nice modern hotel. It is located in a quiet area. Access to this site could be a little awkward by vehicle, but it is only a 20 minute walk from the train station via footbridges. Check in and out are very quick. The onsite bar/restaurant is excellent and guests get a free drink and discounted meal. My room was relatively large and included a fridge and a coffee machine.

It was expensive. The breakfast was pleasant but had quite a small selection so was overpriced.

Clean and relatively spacious

To be aware of- we took a taxi from the central train station . The hotel is on property that also serves as a military function. As such there was a gate that our driver was able to get through to bring us to the hotel. However, our other friend said the taxi dropped him off at the gate and he had to walk the rest of the way.

I have stayed at Rooms25 many times, partly due to its proximity to work; but the hotel is good for tourists as well. It's very close to Bimhuis (one of the best jazz halls in Europe), and to Muziegebouw (a concert hall). The restaurant, which was good, has changed the menu and it's even better. Quiet location, far from the crowded touristic city center, but only about 15-20 minutes walk from the central station.

Summer is difficult in Room25, because the hotel doesn't have AC, only a portable vertical fan that, well, doesn't help much in warm nights.

Le ROOMS25 est proche de la gare et du centre d'Amsterdam nous avons effectué tous nos déplacements à pied. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits en famille,nous disposions d'un appartement avec cuisine , banquette convertible ( la banquette était déjà dépliée et les lits faits à notre arrivée) et d'une chambre . Le petit déjeuner y est copieux. Il y a un espace de baignade en libre accès à 150m en direction du musée de la Marine . Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour à Amsterdam.

No advirtieron que los taxis no pueden entrar hacia el edificio del hotel y había que caminar unos 500 mts en pista empedrada ,bajo la lluvia y de noche 12 m q llegamos,no había a quien preguntar cual era nuestro edificio, fue muy angustiante pensar que nos podríamos quedar bajo la lluvia y en una zona como bosque oscuro,sin guardiania,ni nadie que oriente; lo cual debio advertir el personal. Poca consideración.
