Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La limpieza del apartamento es excelente, junto con su amplitud y funcionalidad. La ubicación es extraordinaria para alojarse en Tarragona. Las camas son muy cómodas, todo nuevo, muy fácil entenderse con el anfitrión, apartamento totalmente recomendable.
El sofá resulta pequeño para 4 personas, solo caben 3. Una butaca o similar habría estado bien para poder sentarnos todos de forma confortable. La falta absoluta de decoración puede desconcertar, aunque no nos importó.

Infissi nuovi incredibilmente isolanti acusticamente! A disposizione dei clienti anche lavatrice ed asciugatrice, cos'altro aggiungere? Da ripetere!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Es muy grande y estaba limpio. Ubicación perfecta, en la plaza del mercado, con un Mercadona súper a mano y comercios. Hay un parking público bastante económico en la misma plaza. Personal atento y accesible.
El sofá es bastante incómodo y las camas tienen colchones muy blandos. Acabamos con bastante dolor de espalda. Se echó de menos una escoba y una fregona en el apartamento.

По факту, нам предоставили апартаменты на 2 часа раньше времени , указанного в описании. Оплата картой за проживание произошла в момент заселения , после осмотра апартаментов. Дизайн апартаментов очень удобный - комната просторная - это большой плюс . Нас очень порадовало наличие сейфа, раскладной сушилки для белья, большого холодильника. Сотрудники любезно предоставили нам дополнительные вешалки для одежды . Жилье чистое , точно такое же как и на фото. Мы отлично провели время .

Isolation phonique inexistante. La lourde porte en fer forgé voys indiquera toute la nuit les entrées et sorties de vos voisins. Vous profiterez de la lessive que votre voisin lancera à minuit dans la buanderie commune au 1er étage. A 3 h du matin , il ne pleut pas c'est le voisin du dessus qui tire la chasse d'eau (la canalisation passe dans la cloison à la tête de votre lit). Heureusement que nous étions de passage.

Está situado delante del Mercado Central donde además de muchos comercios de comestibles hay un mercadona, muy cómodo si cocinas en el apartamento. El apartamento es muy amplio. El aire acondicionado funciona fenomenal. Las camas son cómodas. Nos recibió y atendió Alan, una atención excepcional, lo hizo todo muy fácil. Muy buena experiencia.

WiFi was a disaster! Kept disconnecting and very slow so useless for streaming or for work. No problem if you have data but not great when this was advertised as a plus point. A few basic provisions would be icing on the cake!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Muy buena ubicación, tiene aire acondicionado centralizado lo que se agradece con el calor que está haciendo Hay un parking justo al lado del alojamiento y a muy buen precio 5,95 € día.
El apartamento poco acogedor cuando llegas ya que no tiene ninguna decoración ( ni cuadros), también estaría bien algún cojín en el sofá y un sillón auxiliar ya que éramos 3 personas y el sofá se nos quedaba un poco escaso. Se agradecería algún detalle de recibimiento, cómo unas cápsulas de café, unas galletas, una botella de agua o similar.

Truputį nepatogu, jog reikėjo vaikščioti į kitus aukštus skalbtis rankšluosčius ir patalynę, nors paprašius pakeisti, personalas neatsisakė to padaryti. Ir šluota su semtuvėliu galėtų būti kiekviename kambaryje, nes taip pat vaikščioti į kitą aukštą jo pasiimti kad išsišluoti smėlį iš apartamentus buvo nepatogu.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en la plaza del mercado llena de vida, de luz y color. Y lo mejor cerquita del mirador donde puedes ver la playita con sus barcos, motos de agua a lo lejos,...
Lo que no me gustó es no poder quedarme más tiempo.

Il manque de vaisselle (4 verres pour 4 par exemple) et de rangements, autant pour la cuisine que pour les chambres.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Location was good and parking was easy. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were attentive. I requested some clean towels and they were delivered for us the next time they were at the apartment. However there is a laundry room that I discovered afterwards so this was a bonus.
No fault of the owners but the people in the apartment above us were very noisy and sounded like they were dragging the furniture around late at night. A spare blanket for each room would have been good. With the air-conditioning, I was a little cool in the middle of the night, where as the rest of the family said they were a perfect temperature.

Loudest place I’ve ever stayed. The heavy door of the building slams all day/night every time someone comes or goes. You hear every neighbor yelling as they go up the stairs. It feels like a college dorm not a nice apartment. The moldy ceiling in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor. We rented a one bedroom apartment but there was no bedroom, just a bed. We wanted a bedroom and that’s why we booked this place. When we asked to check out early because we could not sleep the management said no. “You can leave but we’ll keep your money”. Super unprofessional for such a corporate property group. I don’t recommend.

Alan nos atendió excelente en todo momento que habían dudas. Sumado a esto, cada piso tiene su centro de lavado con lavadora y secadora a disposición de los huéspedes lo que es muy cómodo. Recomiendo 100% quedarse acá
Me habría gustado tener cama king para dormir más cómoda y que el departamento tuviera horno para poder cocinar en él, el resto todo impecable!

We stayed in the top floor flat which has a spacious roof top tetrace, and looks over the big square and lovely market building next door (the supermarket inside it is really handy too). Excellent air conditioning which was much needed, and good double glazing so noise is at a minimum for sleeping. The host, Alain, was really friendly and helpful. We couldn't find an iron and when we contacted him he sorted things out for us immediately. Fully recommend and would stay here again.
There was nothing not to like! There were just two small things that would be helpful additions: some instructions to explain that there is a laundry/utility room on each floor of the building, and a chopping board for the kitchenette area.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Very clean and well presented new apartments in old refurbished block right across from Central Market which has a Mercadona Supermarket underneath. 2 Market Days in the square the week we were there, some really good quality and some €1 bargains. Excellent flat white coffees at Cafe on left on way to Ramblas (within 50 metres), kept us happy ☕️

Las toallas y la ducha un tanto pequeña aunque todo bien. Os he enviado por error un comentario sobre la reserva en Valencia de otro apartamento en el Barrio de La Torre con estos mismos comentarios. Por favor anuladlo que me he equivocado y el de Valencia es malisimo comparado a este

Better communication from the owner/manager. I messaged about three different things during our stay and still waiting for a reply. The lounge area could do with additional comfy seating. The apartment sleeps six but a sofa just for two or three. Poor instructions, for example, in the rules it says you must take out the rubbish - but where to? On arrival we were offered new towels/bedding half way through our stay. No new bedding. The towel arrived after five days. No information given about the "service" room with cleaning equipment, iron, etc. I think it is a great idea to have one area for each apartment on the floor BUT they didn't tell us about it. Only found out when I bumped into the manager/owner and asked for a brush and then he said.

Os sugeriría dejar como detalle al menos una botella de agua, ya que la del grifo está muy mala. Es un pequeño detalle que la gente de fuera agradeceríamos mucho, en una ciudad con tanto calor. El ascensor falló un par de veces, pero es algo ajeno al apartamento.

An oven or air fryer would be a helpful addition. More a suggestion than a dislike. The kitchen was well equipped

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Absolut totul.Amplasarea locatiei,aproape de tot:,mare,piata mercadona este chiar jos,apartamentul foarte spatios,foarte curat,utilat cu tot pt bucatarie,prosoape ,dudul excelent,terasa cu vedere spre terasele din centru..Domnul AlLAN care s.a ocupat de noi a fost receptiv la tot.si foarte de treaba.O sa revenim cu siguranta.

Area is too noisy , specially til the late hours and during early morning.
