Reviewed Sep 10, 2026El alojamiento está en una ubicación inmejorable, a unos metros del balcón del mediterráneo. Fuimos dos personas y el tamaño era adecuado, para mas gente quizás se quedara un poco justo.
Tanto las comunicaciones recibidas por correo electrónico como el trato con el personal, siendo correctas, creo que son mejorables en el tono. El apartamento no está bien aislado, al estar en plena Rambla nova el ruido que llega de la calle es considerable.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026I really liked the location and the interior of the building itself. The room amenities were quite sufficient, although there were a few minor issues.
The room was quite dusty and not clean enough, especially the floor, duvets, and pillows. On top of that, the penny-pinching policies felt excessive: you have to take out the trash and clean the kitchen yourself, otherwise they deduct it from your deposit. Honestly, I could understand this for an Airbnb, but for an apartment-hotel booked through Booking, it feels really odd. They also only provided a single dishwasher tablet and barely enough dish soap—it wouldn't hurt to leave a bit more just in case.

El ruido de carros de limpieza a una hora muy temprana. También faltó algo de cosillas para la cocina. Jabón para lavar platos , o pastillas para lavavajillas. W pokoju podczas całego pobytu wyczuwalny nieprzyjemny zapach palonego tłuszczu. Pod koneic pobytu okazało się, że przez ciąg wentylacyjny w kuchni ściąga smród z restauracji poniżej. Obsługa rozłożyła na to ręce.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Een koele verademing om binnen te lopen bij dit hotel. Airco werkt top, alles is goed schoon. Wij hadden een appartement met prima keuken. Centrale ligging en toch rustig na 22:00, geen verkeer of buren te horen.
Dat parkeren bij hotel en auto uitladen lastig is. De slaapkamers in dit appartement zijn open verbonden met de interne trap en woonkamer zodat je elkaar hoort. Een soort studio dus en geen aparte slaapkamers met deur.

A takarítás lehetne alaposabb. Az előző lakó szemetét is ki kellett dobnunk, nehogy levonják a kaucióból.

Het bed is wat klein, maar prima ligcomfort. Wij hadden 2 tieners op de slaapbank in de woonkamer, die hebben wat minder goed geslapen.

Ubicado en un sitio inmejorable sobre Rambla Nova a escasos metros del Balcón Mediterraneo y otro tanto del centro histórico. Se encuentra equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. Volveríamos a elegirlo sin dudarlo.

La distribución de la habitación, en donde era todo abierto entre habitaciones y baño. Entonces, para 4 personas que no son familia esto es una molestia ya que no hay privacidad, por ejemplo para cambiarse, en ningún lugar

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026L'hôtel est moderne, propre et très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et d'un parking. Le personnel est accueillant et les équipements sont globalement satisfaisants.
Malheureusement, l'isolation phonique est catastrophique. Nous avons très mal dormi tout au long du séjour à cause des portes qui claquent, des pas, des conversations des voisins, des chariots du personnel dès le petit matin et des valises sur les pavés. Malgré notre réclamation dès le deuxième jour, aucune amélioration ne nous a été proposée. La literie est également très inconfortable, au point de nous provoquer des douleurs au dos pendant toute la durée du séjour. Au final, cet établissement possède des qualités, mais le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant. Pour un séjour facturé plus de 1 600 €, les prestations offertes ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Nous nous attendions à un niveau de confort bien supérieur, notamment en ce qui concerne la qualité du sommeil.

Prior information should have been provided before booking re cleaning and servicing of apartment. We paid a lot of money and expected basic service. Info was Included in hotel handout when arrival in room but we were unaware that basic needs were denied. No apartment cleaning. No change of bedding. Reception asking extra money for toilet paper and shower gels. Scandalous is one word for it. When I made my booking contact was excellent and friendly. After check in the welcome deteriorated to the point that when we asked questions at reception we were treated with rudeness bordering on hostility and a couldn't care less attitude. Even though we are Irish the whole family is fluent in Spanish but it made no difference. The elder gentleman on reception was very professional. Re your female reception staff I would recommend hiring new staff who's actually want to be there.

Que incluyeron pocos suministros, como papel higuienico, bolsas de basura, no habia ningun condimiento como sal, azucar y aceite.

I 300 euro di cauzione. Ovviamente poi vengono restituiti, ma la somma mi sembra troppo alta. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta, la colazione non era inclusa ed è molto cara. Il problema comunque si risolve facilmente andando a fare colazione in uno dei tanti locali vicini all’albergo

Room was very comfortable and of a good size. Balcony was really nice. Air conditioning would not come on after we turned it off, this was quickly and efficiently dealt with for us by reception staff.
Not clear in description that a 300 euro deposit was required. Terrace furniture very tired and all cushions were ripped and scruffy. Charge if extra sheets needed. One dishwasher tablet, one sachet of washing up liquid. Nespresso machine provided with no pods they also were chargeable. Quite stingy with bathroom towels and charge if extra required.

En revanche, plusieurs points sont à améliorer : l'étendoir est rouillé, les balais mériteraient d'être remplacés, l'absence d'aspirateur est regrettable et la quantité de papier toilette ainsi que les kits de douche fournis est insuffisante pour la durée du séjour. Il manque également un miroir dans le reste de l'appartement. Cuisine La cuisine est propre, mais l'équipement est perfectible. Le kit de nettoyage est insuffisant, le nombre de verres est limité et certains ustensiles essentiels, comme un économe, sont absents. Quelques condiments de base auraient également été appréciés. Chambre et séjour La chambre est spacieuse, dispose de rangements suffisants et d'un coffre-fort. Le canapé-lit est confortable, bien qu'un peu bruyant. Équipements Une prise électrique sur deux est inutilisable, ce qui est peu pratique. La connexion Internet est inégale, avec notamment des difficultés de connexion à Netflix sur la télévision. Insonorisation L'isolation phonique est insuffisante. Les bruits de déplacement de mobilier provenant de l'étage supérieur ainsi que les claquements de portes sont régulièrement audibles. Piscine La piscine est propre, l'eau est à une température agréable et il y a suffisamment de transats et de sièges, y compris des espaces ombragés confortables. En revanche, l'eau semble provoquer une coloration verte sur certains vêtements, ce qui est regrettable. Personnel Le personnel d'entretien est très souriant, agréable et efficace. Personalen och ostädad lägenhet. Personalen var arrogant och hade ingen intention att besvara på mina frågor. De tar en deposition på 300 euro som vi fortfarande inte fått tillbaka trots att de sa att allt såg bra ut i lägenheten.

Poco material de limpieza (lavaplatos, gel, papel higiénico limitado al primer día). Ausencia de papel de cocina o servilletas. Alguna cápsulas de café o agua como cortesía hubiera estado muy bien dado que nos hospedábamos muchos días

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel, en plein centre-ville et très près de ma mer, notre appartement avait jne grande terrasse avec des meubles de jardin confortables et on apercevait la mer. L'hôtel était très silencieux. L'hôtel possède un parking sous terrain, il n'est pas relié par un ascenseur mais l'escalier est assez large et facile.
Le seul point désagréable est le fait d'être obligé de porter nos poubelles sans des bacs sur les remblas à environ 200 mètres. Pour un séjour à plus de 1000 Euros c'est un peu incompréhensible, car tout le reste edt parfait. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026La habitación muy amplia, silenciosa. Buen AC. La lavasecadora y el lavavajillas en el piso funcionaron muy bien. La piscina de buen tamaño y varias tumbonas para descansar y tomar sol. Siempre había unas tumbonas libres y puedes eligir entre estar en la sombra o el sol. A un par de calles hay un Carrefour express para hacer la compra. La cocina tenía de todo para cocinar.
La ducha no drenaba el agua muy bien y se inundó. Al reportar esto a la recepción tardó un par de días para solucionarlo ya que no tienen chicos de mantenimiento trabajando los fines de semana.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The main entrance is quite magnificent and we received a nice welcome at reception. The apartments are in a good location. If coming by car I would recommend the public underground carpark, it's very near to the apartments, cost is €18 per day with discount. I would describe the apartments as functional, rather than comfortable / luxury.
The reason for my score of 4. On arrival I was asked to pay a deposit of €300. I travel a lot and rarely am I asked to pay a deposit on arrival, normally a deposit I associate with down-market properties with dodgy clientele. But the thing I really didn't like was 24 hours before departure I got an email saying that if we didn't remove all our garbage from the apartment and take it to the municipal bins 100m away then €30 would be deducted from the deposit. In addition if the kitchen area wasn't left in the same condition we found it a further €60 would be deducted from the deposit. Are the apartments being run for the benefit of the staff or guests? I would condemn any guests who leave a hotel room or apartment in a poor condition, but on the other hand I would expect my garbage to be removed and some cleaning to be done.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut, das Ambiente des Hotels schön, das Apartment sehr sauber.
Das Apartement war im ersten Stock, die Fenster waren zur Seitengasse. Gegenüber war ein Sushi-Lokal, das 24 Stunden durchgehend so extrem laute Kühlanlagen in Betrieb hatte, dass man in der Nacht kein Fenster öffnen konnte. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man das Elektrosurren! Dazu war es sehr heiß, kein Wunder bei geschlossenen Fenstern ohne Air Condition! Ich konnte 10 Nächte kaum schlafen. Ohne Schallschutz und Klimaanlage kann man so ein Apartment nicht vermieten. Das Sofa war komplett durchgesessen. Der einzige Trost war die optimale Lage.

Algunas cosas del apartamento como puertas o utensilios de cocina se deberían renovar. Lo que más nos molestó fue que no te dejan reservar el parking, y cuando llegamos nos dicen que a partir del domingo está todo lleno, que solo se puede dejarlo un día. El desayuno muy limitado, siempre lo mismo y no muy buena calidad

Property was stunning but apartment a little bland in decor. We had two bedrooms , the main one had a dressing table but the only mirror was in the bathroom which was just crazy! Sofa was not comfortable to sit on , understand it was also a sofa bed but it was a bit grubby and uncomfortable and didn’t really suit rest of apartment.
