EcoLofts Croacia 1028

Great location, walking distance to the waterfront. Very well appointed apartment, very comfy bed. Breakfast is a do it yourself kind of arrangement, where they supply the ingredients (eggs, bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and you fix it yourself in the well equipped kitchen.

Nothing

Propre, joli et bien situé. Le personnel était aux petits soins.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Super clean, a very comfortable bed, well laid out and spacious accommodation which is newly constructed. The breakfast provided was enough to get the day going for us. Conveniently located close to stores and restaurants, and an easy, flat walk to the seafront. Highly recommended!

This is a loft style accommodation, that means there is a flight of stairs up to the bedroom area. This may be challenging for anybody with mobility issues.

The property was clean and comfortable.

We were offered a late checkout (without a designated checkout time) but then were charged 45,000 pesos for an extra few hours hours.

We originally booked Ecoloft Croacia 1028 for 3 nights, but ended up staying 5 nights due to work after our flight to Antarctica was cancelled — and honestly, we were very happy it worked out this way. The bed is excellent, super comfortable, which really matters when plans change and long days are involved. The loft itself is cozy, clean, quiet, and very well thought out — a perfect place to reset. The staff is outstanding: incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make everything easy for us during an unexpected situation, and that kind of support makes a huge difference when traveling for work. Great location, great comfort, and even better people. We will 100% come back next time we’re in Punta Arenas. Highly recommended.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mitten in Punta Arenas. Absolute Empfehlung! :)

Impecable todo, excelente !

Location, cleanliness, friendly and polite staff.

This place is a home away from home! Very clean, modern, and friendly! The mother and daughter team that run the joint treat you like family, to be more clear, the family members you like!

There is nothing i didn't like. Once you get to meet the owners, they are super friendly and assist in every way possible.

Precioso y muy confortable el loft. Nos encantó. Excelente ubicación. Inmejorable todo

One of the best accomodations we had during our Patagonia Trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful, clean and comfy loft provided with everything you need. Modern equipement. Also close to the center and necessary shops. We had a really nice couple of days

Unfortunately the water pressure is too low, especially for warm/hot water. The shower is great, so it would be cool to get this fixed

Great location, quiet, very attractively decorated. Very generous and great breakfast foods left for us to prepare. Carolina, the host, is so gracious and helpful. Very accessible and happy to help in any way possible.

Noise travels pretty easily between units. We could hear our neighbors arrive at 1am. And, in return, I’m sure they heard our toddler stomping and being loud the following morning at 6am as we were prepping to go on our tour to Isla Magdalena. But, this was minor. There wasn’t really anything else we didn’t like about the property. A great deal for a lovely place in Punta Arenas.

De buen gusto, comodo y amabilidad

Todo prefecto

Great staff. Breakfast. Nice room.

I had a bit of a unique issue where I was fighting a mild illness during my stay. It seemed the air in the upper area with the bed was drier than the lower. This irritated my throat and caused uncontrollable coughing. I decided to sleep on the couch on the first floor after my first night. I still had a cough, but it was manageable. Unfortunately, while the couch was also a pullout bed, I couldn't use it as it was missing a component that was needed to extend it. Everything else about my stay was great, but this unique scenario leaving me to sleep on the couch was a bit of a sore spot. I see it as more of an issue with the climate and type of room (loft) rather than a short coming of the host.

Tolles sehr sauberes Loft.

Carolina and Nelson were excellent hosts. The property was in a quiet area but only 5 minutes from the centre. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast was perfect for what we wanted. The loft was comfy and warm. Good restaurant just across the road and to the right. We would recommend this property.

El loft es muy cómodo y espacioso. La cama también muy confortable.

Everything was super clean and organized. Carolina was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

The loft was well appointed with comfortable beds, rain shower and a wonderful breakfast. They were very kind and helpful upon our arrival.

The very friendly and helpful staff: we asked for a pharmacia and pizzeria, and they helped us very well.

Nothing!

The design and cleanliness of the apartment and the incredibly pleasant owner!

Clean modern good location

The metal frame from the stairs might be dangerous

Friendly, nice staff.

Very comfortable accommodation and the photos don't do it justice - it is very modern and tasteful. The host Carolina and her daughter were very helpful and attentive.

There was nothing to dislike about EcoLofts.

It was a beautiful stay close to a few restaurants. We recommend la luan for dinner, but go early as it is an intimate restaurant. Eco Loft's host, Carolina, was pleasant and very accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful with orange juice, bread, cheese, meat, fresh eggs, simple granola, milk, water, yogurt, coffee/tea, and a lot of fresh fruit. And the breakfast was right in your room, ready for you to prepare at your own convenience, which was perfect for our early morning tour of Magdalena Island. The bed was comfortable, it was impeccably clean, and everything was new. We would have definitley rebooked there at the end of our trip, if it wasn't already full.

N/a. It was a perfect stay.

Property is new and pristine. We arrived past midnight and were greeted with eggs, bread, yogurt, water, juice, ham and cheese. It was nice to have cooking oil and a full kitchen after a long flight. Place was central and walkable to everything in town. Gas station is 3 blocks away and open 24/7. Would 100% stay again.

Great location and well appointed rooms.

Great location and the host was excellent and accommodating.

Carolina was the best part of this stay. She was so kind and welcoming and really cared that I had a nice stay. The lofts are beautiful and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Punta Arenas!
