La comodidad de entrar y que nuestra habitación ya fuese la primera, la comodidad de la cama, la amplitud del baño, todo en general y sobre todo la piscina, tuvimos la suerte de tenerla solo para nosotros, recomiendo sin duda :)

Everything was great. The room was super easy to access, communication prior was on point and the room was really clean & modern. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Alicante

Nothing - everything was great.

The property was stylish and comfortable. Particularly liked the idea of shutters, this made us feel very safe in an apartment block with no staff manning. Short walk from town, walk down is grand however, walk back when it’s warm can be a bit much but manageable- easily got to via bus transport which is easily worked. Would definitely stay here again

Nothing we didn’t like- some people may not like the fact there is no staff however we didn’t need anything during our stay the room had everything we needed and staff would have been easily contacted via booking.com or the WhatsApp they provide.

Nous avons apprécier l’hôtel, il est un peu à l’extérieur du centre mais au calme, la chambre était très belle avec une grande terrasse et nous avons très bien dormis, le rooftop avec piscine était top. Je ne peux pas évaluer le personnel, car nous ne l’avons pas vu.

There was an awful smell out of the fridge which didn’t leave the entire week. Our towels were not changed after requesting them to be and the apartment wasn’t cleaned. It was a good 15 min walk from the strip which was uphill on the way back up

the possibility to drop the baggage before the check in time in the same property (the office is further from the apartment), the default process of changing towels on 1/2 day basis

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, sowie super sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man nicht so zentral wohnen möchte und auch gerne ein paar Schritte zu Fuß geht. Für uns war es so perfekt. Das Personal und die Kommunikation waren super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Cicho, można się wyspać, ale to chyba zależy od sąsiadów głównie. Ładne wnętrze, dobra klimatyzacja, basenik i przestrzeń do opalania na dachu też spoko. Dobry punkt wypadowy.

Czasami na dachu nie ma wolnych miejsc na leżakach no ale każdy chce się opalać więc zrozumiałe.

Piękny, nowoczesny i przestronny apartament, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Na dachu basen z dużym tarasem, blisko komunikacja miejska, sklepy, spacerem do centrum około 15min. Polecam☺️

Lovely clean room. Great air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect, quiet location for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Aesthetics - room looked stylish with grey tones. Good-sized room including sofa and small dining table with two chairs, plus discrete kitchenette with microwave, twin hob, fridge, crockery, cutlery, corkscrew(!), pans, place mats and coasters.

Мы жили в апартаментах на 3 этаже (пентхаус) 3 недели. В общем и целом нам все понравилось, по уборке мы договорились, чтобы раз в 3 дня приходили меняли полотенца и мыли полы, постель меняли раз в неделю.

Чистота,все новенькое и ухоженное. Расположение хорошее для тех кто хочет прогуляться по пути и насладиться красивыми видами. Транспортная развязка близко,центр и пляж в 18 минутах ходьбы.

Uns hat überhaupt nichts gefallen – null Gastfreundschaft

Man hat uns ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gezeigt, aber für das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben, war das Fenster immer geschlossen, und es roch nach Abwasser im Zimmer, weil die Mülltonnen direkt davor standen. Nicht ein einziges Mal wurden die Handtücher oder die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, man sieht uns nie p

Ganze Haus war sehr schön Modern mit Style . Respekt

Reinigungdame in einer Woche hat zweimal geputzt unsere Zimmer. Das war nicht okay. Und um 3:00 Uhr in der Früh Mist Container hat Lärm gemacht jeden Tag .

It was lovely in a nice part of Alicante and I appreciated the rooftop pool & sunbathing/chill area I also found the staff at Renters so helpful - they couldn’t have been more helpful. I would return.

Nothing I didn’t like but a kettle to make tea would have helped plus an additional mirror.

l’hôtel est beau, accessible facilement, propre, plutôt bien situé pour ne pas être dans le bruit du centre ville, il y a une belle piscine le lit est confortable. balcon sympa, frigo et sèche cheveux au top. bel déco. le fer à repasser aussi.

pour moi il manque de l'eau pour boire, il n'a pas de slippers fournies , personne à l'accueil aucuns accueil, le ménage n'a pas été effectué tous les jours. poussière en dessous du lit ATTENTION. pas de kit salle de bain cad savonnette, coton tige...

J'ai tout aimé la grande chambre avec coin cuisine, la très grande salle de bain, le lit très grand 2m et confortable, la vue, la déco de la chambre mais aussi de l'immeuble, la partie piscine pour se prélasser au soleil, le code pour entrer très facilement, la possibilité de faire garder nos valises à l'agence pour 2euros par bagages. Je recommande. La gentillesse de la femme de ménage et son travail soigneux. je reviendrais sans hésitation.

manque de quoi ranger les vêtements genre commode ou armoire (il y a de place pour en mettre une) mais pour 2 nuits ça m'a pas vraiment dérangé car il y avait un trépier pour poser la valise à hauteur

A bejelentkezés katasztrófa. Nem küldtek előzetesen kódot, telfonkn nehezkesek voltak. A wc, fürdőajtó 10 cm-re mindig nyitva maradt. Nagyon kellemetlen.

Nice walk to centre for food. Bit of an up hill back, we got a taxi €6.50. Short walk to bus stop and tram. Self check-in online and used door code to access each day. Nice area on roof top but very small pool. Coffee machine in room.

No one at reception. Pool which was tiny, had leaves, debris in it. No kettle in room.

Nice clean well decorated and easy to access. I definitely recommend this place when in Alicante.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Alicante. The room itself was modern, comfortable, and we appreciated the automatic shutters which helped us feel secure during our stay. Staff communication was generally polite and responsive, and the issue was eventually handled professionally with an apology and clarification.

We were disappointed that the balcony lock/window issue appeared to already exist during our stay. We informed the property once we noticed it, but we did not feel comfortable having maintenance enter the room the following day as we were unwell and resting privately. We had explained that we did not need the balcony repaired immediately because we realized the automatic shutters made us feel secure enough overnight. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a misunderstanding, and at one point we felt unfairly described as ‘inappropriate,’ which came across as quite rude and uncomfortable as guests. Thankfully, the situation was later clarified and resolved politely.

This property had all you needed for a short stay. Big comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and it was all very new. The blackout curtains were amazing!

I had read the reviews so knew about it but it’s not right in town. Only a short walk in though, the walk back is up a hill but definitely manageable and if you didn’t feel like walking then it was only a €6 taxi from town.

The bathroom has fully transparent glass wall, ehich was very inconvenient.

Room was clean and quiet with a little balcony. Beautiful bathroom and a big fridge along with cutlery and plates/cups. Comfortable bed even if the blanket wasn't covered (the assumption was that I wouldn't want/need it).

There was a very weird smell in the reception upon arrival and a bit of sewage smell in my room until I got used to the smell. I thought my room would have a mini kitchen but it didn't, just cups/plates etc but nothing I could wash them with in the room. As it was sort of serviced apartments there was no cleaning service for my room the entire time I was there (4 nights). It's quite an uphill walk to and from the hotel to the boulevard - I didn't mind it but for those not aware it might be helpful to know. The pool area on the top floor was a bit messy and the pool water was dirty.

Tolle, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Stilsicher und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett. Hat uns, auch gemessen am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gut gefallen ! Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, tolle Sonnenfläche auf dem Dach.

Da wir 5 Nächte waren, wäre eine Reinigung (Staubsaugen, Wischen, frische Handtücher) mal schön gewesen. Frische Handtücher haben wir auf Nachfrage ohne Probleme erhalten. Nach der Reinigung haben wir nicht extra gefragt, wäre schön gewesen, wenn dies bei ein paar Nächten mehr inklusive wäre oder man einen Staubsauger/Besen zur Verfügung stellen könnte. Lage ist okay, ca 1,5 km Walk zum Hafen - wir haben viele Schritte in den Tagen gesammelt. Balkontür lässt sich nicht einwandfrei schließen und ein paar kleine Extras (mehr Schrankfläche, kleiner Wäscheständer etc) wären noch nett :-)
