Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We only had 1 night in Alicante and the location of this accommodation was perfect. Beautiful views of the castle and old town. Well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, nespresso machine and full size fridge with ice box. Large terrace with outdoor shower. Perfect for sunbathing. Lift straight up to front door.
The bed was just a double. We didn't have the best sleep in it.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Fantastisch dakterras met ligbedden en buitendouche. Geweldige locatie in het leukste stukje van Alicante en paar minuten lopen naar het strand.
Heel erg klein bed, als je wat langer bent bijna niet te doen om met 2 personen in te liggen. Het is niet eens 2 meter lang, denk maar 1.80 lang en 1.50 breed. Constructiefout bij de douche, de vloer loopt af naar de deur ipv naar de afvoer waardoor al het water de slaapkamer instroomt ipv naar het putje. Alles moeten droogmaken met handdoeken.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Although we weren't able to park outside the hotel to unload our luggage and check in, we were able to park 50 metres away and I ran in with the bags and collected the car park badge. The apartment that we had reserved was in another building, 20 metres away from the main street ad hotel, so it was a lot quieter. We were 10 mins walk fro the beach, and we were well placed for restaurants A big shout out to Malika, who was excellent

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026The Tandem Pórtico apartment was fantastic, and in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop to/from the airport, and from the marina, the beach, shops, and there were restaurants on the doorstep. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped*, comfortable and had lovely, soft lighting - creating a really peaceful atmosphere. A real home from home. I will definitely return. *Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, fridge, washing machine, washing tablet, cooking equipment, plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs, ...they've thought of everything.

Poate cam rece in camera pentru gustul meu, ar merge ceva calduros pe jos, insa aerul conditionat a ajutat seara cand a fost nevoie de putina caldura.

Seating in the lounge was uncomfortable and the bed was small and uncomfortable. The apartment was so large it was difficult to heat as we went in the winter months but would be great in the summer.

The ladies at the reception were kind and available for any info, yet I felt fully independent in "my little flat".

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Ubicación espectacular. Terraza de ensueño con vistas al Castillo, San Nicolas y el Ayuntamiento. Estudio muy bien decorado y muy cómodo.
La ducha se desbordaba y anegaba el pasillo de agua. Presencia de hormigas en encimera y en cuarto de baño durante las dos noches que duró la estancia. Un descuido entiendo que puntual, pero que condiciona la valoración del alojamiento, más si cabe en uno de estas características teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado por noche.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Tolles modernes Appartement ganz zentral und trotzdem ruhig wenn die Fenster zu sind. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht sehr gross und für intensives Kochen nicht geeignet. Da man nur aus der Haustüre gehen muss, um viele tolle Restaurants zu finden war dies für uns nicht relevant. Wir sind schon am Buchen des nächsten Aufenthaltes.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Ambiente und die eigene Terrasse sind die absoluten Highlights des Apartments. Top Lage mitten im Zentrum und Food District und trotzdem nicht laut aufgrund des 5. Stocks.
Dusche ist undicht beim Glasspalt aufgrund des Scharniers, hier mussten wir ein Handtuch davor legen, aber das war kein Problem. Evtl. könnte man dies beheben mit einer flexiblen Dichtung.
