Nos hospedamos en dos habitaciones, la doble era muy pequeña, no tenía armario por lo que teníamos que dejar todo por el suelo , no tenía aire acondicionado, la ropa de cama era muy cutre, las almohadas durísimas, el baño muy sucio, la tapa de la taza medio rota, todo el mobiliario muy deteriorado. Una sola toalla para dos personas y tres días, no han ido a limpiar en ningún momento. El olor era desagradable en general. No hay wifi en la parte de abajo. La otra habitación era un estudio más espacioso pero igualmente sucio, el baño horrible, peor que el otro. La terrraza de arriba totalmente descuidada. El desayuno te lo dan en otro sitio y es correcto, sin más. Nuestros vecinos de habitación estuvieron conviviendo con unas cucarachas … Realmente una decepción, no lo recomendaría jamás. Relación calidad-precio pésima.

The breakfast was lovely and Mourad was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. A special thanks to him for making our experience even more special ❤️

terrible communication, breakfast only from 9 (also no willingness to do a bit earlier), room is much smaller than what is in the description, everything is very, very used and outworn, bathroom is not at all nice and there’s hardly water, lots of doves on the roof, courtyard is very, very messy.

Pracownik pomylił się podczas przyjmowania nas kierując nas do pokoju o dużo niższym standardzie niż był zarezerwowany ale właściciel stanął na wysokości zadania i bez zbędnych ceregieli odpowiednio nas zakwaterował. Miejsce ładne na skraju zabytkowej medyny. Piękny widok na ocean z tarasu na dachu. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu oprócz prysznica gdzie poprzedni podróżnicy uszkodzili "słuchawkę" prysznica. Czysto, przyjemnie.
Za dużo muzyki relaksacyjnej z głównego salonu na parterze. Piszę żartobliwie bo gdybym nie wyłączył to grałaby całą noc a prąd drogi ;-).

We got a small issue with the room assigned at first, but as soon as we spoke with the host he managed to change us the room and give us a way better option. Breakfast was not in the Riad, but it is located in the bar 5 minutes walk, it was delicious. Super friendly persons!! Totally recommended

Rummet vi bokade var inte tillgängligt och det vi fick istället var inte lika bra. Sen var det några av personerna som arbetar i området som inte var så serviceinriktade, det behöver bli bättre för att vi ska trivas, liksom tillgänglighet och städning av allmänna utrymmen.

La fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas et pas de petit chauffage dans la chambre , nous avons eu très froid et il n’y avait personne dans le Riad pour nous en donner un . Accueil très rapide , le monsieur est venu nous donner les clés de notre chambre et il est reparti , il y avait une dame mais qui ne parlait pas un mot de français !! Et le petit déjeuner était dans un autre établissement .

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026The location is very good-inside old city walls what lets us feel the old city atmosphere. Very good breakfast. The host was very helpful and friendly. It seems that he knows and is know by all city :-) No problem to find a parking place.
Unfortunately in our room the toalete does not work properly (no water) what forces us to use the shared one even if we rented a room with private wc. We did not reported it as we stay only one night.

Die Bettdecke war sehr schmutzig und die Matratze von schlechter Qualität. Es gab keinerlei Ablagen im Bad, keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Schiebetür zum Bad traf beim Schließen auf den Lichtschalter und löschte das Licht im Bad. Zum Frühstück musste man in ein anderes Gebäude wechseln.

Une catastrophe ! J'ai payé 40 euros dans le vide ! Dans l'annonce ce n'est pas indiqué pour Famille ou faut un document mariage.. Faut savoir que je voyages beaucoup et quand je vois Juste pour Famille, je comprends directement, et je ne fais pas de réservation.. ce qui es normal. Mais la rien ne dit que cela es réservé que au Famille et avoir un justificatif mariage... Je suis arrivée sur place, ont ma refusé l'accès direct... J'ai envoyé un msg au proprio, comme quoi rien n'était précisé sur Booking.. J'ai demandé le remboursement et ils a refusé.. Je trouve cela absurde et absolument pas professionnel... Je demande mon remboursement de 40 euros et je vous lâcherais pas!!! Je vais poster tout cela sur les réseaux #Voyageramia.

Kitchen was dirty and not equipped. Same for bathroom. We had to wait a while to get the keys. Not sure I can put it on the accommodation, but the place is filled with cats and their scent is overwhelming at times in the common areas of the building.

Petite coure intérieur et belle terrasse sur le toit. 2 chambres partagent 1 salle de bains et les toilettes (propres). 1 chambre à sa propre salle de bain privée. Accueil sympathique, parking en face de la médina (gardé). Facile à trouver puis notre hôtel nous a emmené à l'appartement. Le petit dejeuner est pris dans un restaurant qui est à 3mn . Bon établissement
