Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The shwoer and toilet were quite clean and nice to use. No internet I think but was never informed.
There are no chairs to sit in to eat nor is there a table. The bed is of poor thhin hard quality. I had numerous pillows in the car which I added to the bed to make it acceptable. The hosts were not pleasant to comunicate with. There were no hangers in the room for a day and then when they were brought the were made of such soft wire the would bend open and drop a leather jacket. No broom was in the room. The host was utterly unfriendly when after being there a few days. I was of the understand the Rate was R450 a night and was willing to stay on a couple days and I thought I had booked for Sunday night also. However the R450 was only for one night, then I was charged R675 for the other 4 nights which I find deceptive. 6 nights into the amount paid R3285 was percieved close to the R450 so I did not question from the begining. Ot cold have a been nice if the chairs and table were therm the bed was functional, and the host had better hosting skills than an Crocodile.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Did not stay at 105 Sarel Cilliers, as they were overbooked, but was accommodated at Pualani Self Catering which was also a pleasant stay. Move was communicated well before our arrival and caused no inconvenience. Thank you for that. Comfortable bed. Good quality linen. Just had issues with the kitchen drain making loud noices, but was less noticeable after we put the plug into the drain. I'm sure a plumber is needed.
