Location, just down the road from where our son lives. Clean, warm & comfortable. Great shower.

breakfast was fine. Bed was great

there was transfer of noise from the house so we could not get to sleep early. A hand rail for the outside steps would be a good addition.

Spotlessly clean . Warm and comfortable. Free parking. Everything you'd need for a short-stay.

The location was really good. It was really serene experience.

Jim and Vanessa are wonderful hosts, we had a great stay and will return when we next visit Wellington.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, super ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr gemütlich und mit tollem Blick. Die Gastgeber haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt, aber ausreichend Infogmationen zu allem erhalten.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Als inkludiertes Frühstück hätten wir mehr erwartet als etwas Müsli, Joghurt und Obst.

Sehr abgelegen - nur mit Auto Restaurants erreichbar! Das für Frühstück (im Bed and Breakfast sollte hier gestrichen werden! Unseres Erachtens reicht ein abpackter Kühlschrankjoghurt und Tütencornflakes sowie eine Schale mit Obst nicht für Frühstück aus!

The suite is extremely clean and has many thoughtful details. It literally has everything you need so you won’t be caught off guard — from a first aid kit to shampoo, conditioner, and even perfume..

I wouldn’t recommend it for heavier or larger people like myself. The bed was disappointing: it’s very soft and sinks in. My nights were quite uncomfortable.To complete the experience, the breakfast is quite simple. It includes a small selection of items such as cereal and fruit. Guests looking for a more substantial breakfast may find it limited, as there is no bread, butter, or jam. The items are provided in the room on a self-service basis. The fruit selection is modest, along with a small amount of milk and instant coffee.

Lovely little self contained room for single or couple who may be passing through the hutt. Very nice offerings with coffee plunger and bowl of fruit and cereals for breakfast. Lovely and quiet area to sleep, but close enough to highway and train line. Comfy bed. Perfect for my requirements. Host was lovely. Would stay again happily next time I'm passing through.

Very comfortable well presented space

This was a lovely B&B and had so many extras that made it feel very homely. It was very clean and I had a great nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

Access to motorway is terrific as is the off-street parking. Hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

I didn't see the hosts, as the studio has a separate entry with a code, but they sent me a lot of detailed instructions (and also they left very detailed information in a book inside the room), so everything went very smoothly on arrival. The studio is cozy, very clean and extremely well equipped, with everything you could need. There were some supplies for breakfast in the room (coffee, fruits, yoghurts,...).

The room is a bit small, and there is not enough space to open the luggage (when you come from the other end of the world like me, you don't come for a couple of days and you have a quite big luggage...). It was OK for one person (like me), but probably a bit too small for two people.

Exceeded expectations. Loved it. Will definitely be back.

Very well equipped and comfortable with a welcome supply of tea, coffee and breakfast. Lots of little things had been thought of like phone chargers, a corkscrew and electric blankets (not needed in Feb though!) and everything was spotless. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything in the unit was clean and comfortable.A lovely view out the window across the road of trees,ferns and homes on the hill.A good size TV to watch and a good size microwave for use.Lovely bathroom and the water flowed well in the shower.A cold Breakfast is available in the unit and can be bought at the property if wanted.There is everything you could want in unit plus extras!Parking is on a roadside pad outside the property and one walks up a few steps or the small slope to the unit.Your car can be seen from the unit.

Only fault was the fridge ice box needs defrosting!!!.

The property was Well placed 10minute walk away from the station, or on the main route of public bus transportation. Loved the birds singing in the morning great wake up call. All of the necessary requirements provided with some great little extras. Comfortable and homely

Fantastic location. Good, comfortable,clean facilities with friendly hosts.

It suited our needs close to family and not too far from the city. A small but adequate space and a good shower.

The concrete steps were challenging getting luggage in and out. Small and cramped room with lots of stuff overwhelming the space and not much room for luggage for two people.

Always dependable for a quiet, comfortable, well organised stay. Own area of the house with separate entry, own bathroom etc. Room well equipped. Includes self serve breakfast options, tea and coffee etc in the room. Room has TV and Air Con. Nice view from large picture window of trees across the road. Quiet area. Parking onsite. Nice towels. Cupboard, hairdryer, iron etc.

Lovely team, communicated really well and very helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were great.

Luckily I had a hardboiled egg with me. Otherwise fine.

This was my first night away from my kids in over 3 years. and it was perfect. I was at a work conference until late at night, and really enjoyed getting to relax in front of a TV with plenty of different choices for movies/tv programs. It was very enjoyable, thank you! It felt like home away from home. 🏡

Comfy bed, good shower! Breakfast supplies were good.

Access was a bit tricky for older people. Plus steps a bit awkward at entry. A bit of noise with people above walking around.

The bed is exceptionally comfortable and clean.

It's inconvenient that there is no cooktop and the power sockets are hard to reach. The bus stop is also a fair distance away since the trains don't run on weekends.

Consistently nice room to stay in. Well equipped and maintained. Good facilities and nice quiet street.

Lots of nice extras such as good moisturisers, aftershave etc., very comfortable bed, great shower.

A bit cramped with two people and two suitcases. Stone steps to negotiate though there is an easier route if steps are a problem.

Nice quiet location looking over forest. Close to Petone and Lower Hutt. Great communication from host, clear directions. Nicely set out room and bathroom. Off street parking. Tea and coffee, with nice continental breakfast options set out.

The owners kept the room unavailable so that I could keep my stuff there as I travelled. Says a lot that they were more interested in someones comfort than making money, the world needs more people like them.

The owners are fantastic, lots of information about getting into the apartment, which is ridiculously clean and well stocked.

Warm and comfortable bed with electric blanket that was essential in cold weather. Beautiful room with everything necessary available. Never met the owners as I was early off and late back but could contact them if needed. Netflix was handy. I was comfortable. Decor is practical but beautiful. Will stay there again if close to where I had to be. May be too small for 2 people

To park in dark was tricky but doable. Preferred walking up ramp than using stairs with heavy bag in dark.
