Staynest Retreat & Spa Gangtok !! Prime Location !! Mountain view Rooms !! Swimming pool !! GYM !! BAR

Prime location for holiday Mountain view Gym and games area Love the food

The facilities were decent but the bed linen were dirty. The room service also needs improvement. Although they call it a spa they don’t have in house Spa facilities and we were asked to go to a nearby Spa which could not accommodate us. The name of the property is misleading

They collected INR 5,000 while booking and then also collected the full room and board charges while check out. They failed to inform me that I had already paid advance. There is no response for my request for refund.

It is proper resort for family having mountains view room swimming pool game area and gym Food and Drink too good Room are clean and big size Staff so polite

Size of the room

Bad attitude, food is so so, location is away from main areas, untrained staff,

Room was spacious,we had the executive suite booked

I had booked twice in a gap of two days, first booking was fine but the next booking was cancelled because their MD was coming with his group. I don't understand how they run their business of their own MD doesn't treat their customers properly.i had to book another hotel at the last moment, pathetic attitude and pathetic hospitality
