It's very easy to access to the condominium with given barcode. From entering to the carpark rigth up to the condominium. Designated parking lot and short walk to lift . Once enter the condominium, we were greeted with beautiful green scenery looking out from the big windows. Space is good for 4-5 pack. We were a group of three and the space is more than good for us. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, tv, hair dryer, cuckoo watering machine. All r there to make our stay complete n enjoyable. Just out side the condominium is a Chinese kopitiam . Perfect. And the place is very clean .👍👍

The lift was sooooooo slow. It took us 45 minutes to get down from level 24 after check out (not the owner's fault). We had to cancel our grab. I hope the building management does something about this. Other than this very primitive lift, the place is good.

Facilities and games to entertain the family and we did not even leave the resort. Liked that it was not overcrowded. Clean and relatively mosquito free. We liked the pool bar - the singer is very good 👍🏻 Hope to return again soon.

Would be good to include a small supermarket. Beach BBQ restaurant had no patrons and did not look interesting when we checked it out on the first night. This could have provided guests with more food choice.

Place is very clean and quiet. Near to shopping mall and downstairs have food too. Great place to stay!

The place was very clean and spacious, equipped with water heater, aircond, cuckoo water dispenser, microwave, induction cooker, fridge and washing machine. Check-in was a breeze, so was the in and outs. They only allow light cooking, but that's fine by us. Wifi is also provided, so we could watch YouTube.The view from the 24th floor was awesome. It is also walkable to Midvalley..we tried that..it took us about 15 mins. Fantastic and value for money! Will definitely stay here again.

The lack of Muslim restaurants around the area. There was one nasi kandar restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. Other than that, either you eat at Midvalley or you drive to surrounding restaurants.

The location is within walking distance to Mid Valley Southkey (albeit it involved coming out from the mall from non-conventional exit and crossing roads for the shortest distance). The check-in and check-out was very very smooth. There are some useful facilities at the property itself which can be good for families. The apartment itself is located at high floors and is relatively clean and simple. Well worth the money. The stay was simple and comfortable.

I like the Apartment for it's cleanliness and easy access to Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Communication with the host is smooth and comfortable . The thing I like the most is the unblock view and the well maintained amenities, especially the Cockoo Water Filter, it really helped a lot during our stay as we needed not to keep on buying bottles of water. Will not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends and we will definitely come back again . Kudos to the host !

The location is superb. Max 10 mins walk to the South entrance of Mid Valley Southkey. There is a washing machine installed now instead of previous reviews mentioning no washing machine. So it is a plus. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and basic amenities are available in the apartment. Security staff are friendly as well.

The location is great, short distance to Mid Valley. Nice view, clean apartment, responsive and friendly host. Equipped with cuckoo water filter, so no need to buy mineral water.

Need clearer instructions on how to use the water heater.

The apartment was so cozy and comfortable. All the equipment such as Cuckoo is very functioning (I have small kids to prepare his milk 😂). The aircond very cold and comfortable. The views is stunning. And the apartment is spacios despite only 1 room. Anyhow, the stay is great. Will repeat again in the future. Thanks Miss Mandy.

Just the parking bit confusing at first. Because its stated B1. We thought there is another lower level and we keep wandering to find the parking lot.

The apartment is well kept and very clean. Its location is close to the Mid Valley Megamall but walking from the condo might not be as easy it looks, due to the terrain.

The rubber mat in the bathroom was hard and caused a bit of pain after standing on it for a short time.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Parking at premises was convenient and impressed with the friendly and helpful security guards. We came in a pair and was served by Mandy, who would give all the detail instructions via whatsapp. Almost instant reply, impressed with her services. The apartment was spotless, everything is so clean. There's drinking water too, washer, refrigerator, iron. Near mid valley mall too. Wifi is perfect. TV size is perfect. Comfortable sofa and nice unblocked view from apartment, yet getting your own privacy. Perfect spacious place to stay. Definitely will come back.

The host was very prompt with reply. Follow up was attentive. Unit was very clean. Got water filter and Cuckoo water dispenser with cool, normal & hot water. Big TV. Furniture was good quality. Washing machine. Even got Baby coat. I find it very attentive even I don't have baby. 😂 Check-in guide was excellent. Even with video guide to parking lot. 👍

This is a long overdue review. They stay pleasant. Love the view from the condo. Facilities & things provided by host are sufficient.

The process of getting & returning the key is a bit of a hassle. But this is due to building management security policy. Parking bay is a bit hard to locate.

The rooms were very clean, has a baby bed if you have kids, toilet was clean as well. Good internet speeds, a short 5-10 min walk away from mid valley for shopping. Convenient and great location to stay overall.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a filtered water as well which is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Cleanliness is perfect. Kitchen facility is good with Cockoo filter water , If can provide a non stick frying pan will be perfect. Mini bar change to a small fridge even better . The steam iron not user friendly, better to have a iron with ironing board will be perfect.

Great wifi and great location. Real value for money considering the amount of space and distance to the mall. Mandy was very helpful throughout the stay as well and gave very clear instructions to check in.

The room was very warm and took the aircon quite long to cool down. It was noisy at night as we could hear the neighbours and the cars outside even though it was on a high floor. Bed was too soft for our liking but understand that this is a personal preference and is subjective.

Convenient - walking distance to JB MidValley mall. Great views, quiet/peaceful, apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Clear instructions and apartment was ready before the indicated 3 pm check in time. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Neighborhood also had some nice food and close to the Mall at Midvalley Southkey, I wouldnt know if really walking distance ( I never tried as not sure of the distance/ direction ), its just a short grab ride away ( Rm5 to Rm7 per way ).

Overall was a good stay. Everything needed was there. Some improvement may be put an exhaust at the toilet, and provide kitchen towels ( what was available were just toilet paper roll ). I open the small window when using the toilet to have some air circulation, but seems there is smell of cigarette smoke coming in ( maybe from neighbors ). Also good to have some shelf at the shower area for our own personal toiletries. These are very minor inconveniences that would not prevent me from rebooking again in future.

Everything about it, we love it. Nearby to midvalley mall also close to most malls in JB. The road there is not congested. The apartment was well managed and maintained. They ensure that full cleaning was done before our arrival. The bed is super comfy.

We didnt like the lift coz it takes abit long as we are at the higher level. Just need someone to press the lift while someone lock the door. Other than that all is good.

The location was perfect for a quick shopping getaway at the nearby Southkey Midvalley Mall. The apartment was also surrounded by eateries and clinics. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host Mandy, was very helpful and responsive via messages. I drove and parking instructions were helpful and the parking lot is near the lift lobby. I checked in early and was greeted by 3 housekeepers tidying up the place after the previous guests left. The unit is spacious, on the higher floors and offering a superb view of the surrounding. Facilities included an infinity pool and gym at level 7. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and an induction cooker. There were enough plates and cutleries for my family of four. I was surprised that towels were provided for, and there were shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

My family have quite the sensitive nose and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The location is near Midvalley southkey mall, the apartment is clean with good amenities. Security is good as well.

Great quiet location. 7th floor facilities and view were great 👍. Very close to the biggest shopping mall I've been . New and updated mall with everything under one roof. Real value for money if you asked me

It was surprisingly clean. Love the view from day to night. Spacious. Can stay up to 4 adults.

The door doesnt have a key, we’re only given the gate’s key. Feel slightly unsafe. I couldnt switch on the aircon but it was a already cold with the fan on.

Well maintained apartment, gives you a homy feeling. Nice view. Good facilities on another floor with swimmingpool and gym. Location is not very central, but there is a nice mall nearby (10 min walk) which also serves Western food. Decent beds.

The lights are all very bright. Too much if you like atmospheric lights, like me.

The pictures are a very accurate representation of what you get. The host is responsive and friendly. There is even a baby cot in there, which was very thoughtful. The peace and quiet is great. The view is different from the usual buildings you see if you stay at a city hotel. As a solo traveller, I really appreciate the security of the area. The lobby is nice too. Not an issue to get grab to move around. The 2 beds are of different firmness, to suit different folks.

For the price you pay, this is a very worthwhile stay. Bring your own slippers as the apartment is tiled.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The host was friendly and gave clear information to access the apartment.10 minutes walk to Mid Valley southkey. Value for money. Will definitely come back again for my next staycation.

Excellent location. Restaurant available just outside the condo, easy to grab a meal. Mid valley is just 3mins away. We were told the that unit v booked was under maintenance few days before arrival, however owner has given a solution to change our unit to another 2bedroom unit with additional charges. Ratings are based on the 2bedroom unit in the same building. The given 2bedroom unit is well equipped, and big enough for our little family.

Keys are attached with the card for electricity, and are not allowed to separate them. This is not convenient if someone needs to go out while others stay in the condo.
