Everything. It was like home to us. Every necessity is provided. The unit is near to the lift lobby. The cleanliness, view, location, facilities, check in-check out process and communication were splendid.

1. Having water dispenser would be great! 2. Driving to its designated car park felt like years.

Ikkunoiden näkymä oli hieno ja asunto oli siisti. Pyykkikone oli kiva ja pyykeillekkin oli kunnolla kuivaustilaa. Kaksi kylppäriä oli mukavia ja siistejä. Talossa oleva sauna oli mukava lisä.

Allas-alue oli yllättävän kulahtanut, mutta altaalta avautuva maisema hieno.

Location was good. Easy to find a nice local eatery nearby.

Parking can be a bit challenging due to building structure and spot (top level).

Family and I had a great staycation! We had fun watching movies at night. The bed was very comfy, making the stay even more enjoyable.

1. Location - The beach is not suitable for swimming or kids play type. Have to travel to Teluk Chempedak to enjoy the beach side. 2. Kitchen facilities, need to put more Tissue papers/Kitchen Rolls/Toilet papers. 3. Price - maybe should reduce 15-20%.

Great stay with a beautiful sea view. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Location is excellent, close to the beach and food spots. Smooth check-in process and good facilities. Definitely worth the price. Would stay here again.

The unit has a large and comfortable space, making it suitable for families. The sea view from the windows is fantastic and truly one of the highlights of the stay.

It would be very useful to have a water dispenser in the unit. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is not cold; I had to set it to 16°C just to feel minimal cooling. During the daytime, the room becomes very hot due to heat coming in from the windows.

location is good but not facility not friendly. In middle to reach at home. i have to use stairs to go to lift. it difficult for me yang ada family OKU dan Warga Emas.

My stay at Imperium Residence Kuantan was genuinely unforgettable — waking up to the sound of waves and a stunning sea & sunrise view right from huge windows was such a dream. The unit felt like a cozy home away from home: super clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the peaceful vibe of the area and how easy it was to walk to the beach. This is absolutely one of the best stays for my whole family. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Es ist wirklich sehr weit ab von Geschäften und Restaurants. Am Pool gibt es keine Liegemöglichkeiten oder gescheite Plätze, um seine Sachen abzulegen.

Accessibility and location of the apartment were superb. Especially loved the view of the sea from the living room and watching the morning fishing trawlers heading out. The facilities were quite satisfactory and nice. Adequate space for five persons. Great parking spot with easy access from parking to apartment. Except for glass items, there were enough cutlery and kitchen utensils. Definitely worth the price.

Minor issues in maintenance, worn-out furniture and a few insects. The living room air conditioner doesn't cool the room on its own and needs the fan too. Beds are slightly on the saggy side. Standards can be easily elevated with a few repairs and a thorough cleanup.

The apt was clean and the view from my unit was stunning. All amenities were satisfactory . However I did encounter some challenges during check-in process.

Dear Management, I wanted to share my experience regarding the check-in process, as I encountered some difficulties with my access card and need 1 of the security guard to help whether to go swimming pool or access to parking. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the owner or management for assistance, I found it challenging to get a response. Kindly mprove your customer service by ensuring better accessibility during critical times. Regular maintenance and checks on the property to prevent similar issues for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I love the view...the beach was so beautiful and pristine...I can see and hear the waves from my bedroom. The 2 bedroom apartment is big, nice, and clean. There were 2 TV, in the living room and master bedroom. Check in was easy. Owner was quick to respond and considerate. However, there was a rm 200 deposit that the owner returned to me after check out.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful when we experienced WiFi connectivity issues. The panoramic sea view was breathtaking. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view from the apartment was breathtaking. Slightly out of the town centre but really very closeby. There is a popular grill fish stall nearby too.

Didn't expect it big rooms same like in picture. Completely like your own house clean.1 room also have smart tv. Internet fast.Have washing machine n dryer also.smart tv all can wash utube n Netflix only need our account hope can use owner account but overall perfect. Love it. 😍😍

The place was lovely! Amazing seaview, effortlessly decorated to give cozy vibe and fully equipped with kitchen appliances and extra matresses and pillows as well. The host was easy going, quick to answer and check in check out was a breeze. One night was not enough for us. Hopefully can come again and stay longer.

The design of the bnb unit, aircond provided in all the rooms and living room. Overall, it is clean but can be improved on the bedrooms bedsheet. It feels the bedsheet is a bit old, and the extra bed provided is not properly covered. Feel dusty. Laundry machines are provided, very convenient for the guests who stay longer. Kitchen equipment is complete, good for light cooking.

The facilities of the residence building. Too many people are sharing the swimming pool (need to share with the hotel guest). The residence block's lifts are very slow, so troublesome, especially during the check out time.need to share the lift with the cleaner. The cleaner uses the passenger lift to transport the rubbish, make the lift so smelly and disgusting.

The beautiful view and being able to have older family members convene as a group and enjoy a different environment together. The plates and utensils in the kitchen allowed us to stay in to eat meals together.

The guest bathroom had no working light and the door could not be locked.

The owner is very flexible and the check-in process was very easy. Highly recommended.

Great view from the 23rd floor out on the sea. In monsoon season very quiet (apart from occasional construction noise in neighbouring unit). Might be different in dry season. Good quality tea kettle, fridge, microwave, mattresses.

Location: It's possible to manage without car, just with Grab, but the place is in the sticks. Restaurants: Plenty of Ikan Bakar (grilled fish) restaurants but not much else. You can try Shaza Makmur, a simple Mamak place (excellent roti canai) 15 min walk (no sidewalks). Communication before check-in was disorganised. Had to send my ID 3 times.
