De tram rijdt er bijna 24/7 langs en dat kan wat slaapverstorend zijn evenals de mechanische ventilator maar die is handmatig uit te schakelen.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026This is a fantastic place to stay: centrally located, practical and tastefully furnished, with friendly and generous hosts. From the very start, communication was very warm and welcoming. Questions were answered promptly. We were delighted that we were able to check in early at no extra cost. The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail. In the bathroom, there’s a round mirror framed by a lamp. The walk-in shower has a textured floor – so there’s no risk of slipping. The kitchen offers just as many conveniences, such as salt and pepper mills, various oils and plenty of coffee capsules. The terrace is the perfect place to retreat to when it’s hot. We highly recommend this flat.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Ein traumhaftes Apartment mit einer super Ausstattung, es fehlt einem an nichts. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und erreicht alles zu Fuß. Es gibt zwei kleine Balkone, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Ein ganz freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war. Eine Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Apartment und man kommt direkt mit einem Aufzug ins Gebäude. Besser geht es nicht.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Al lado del centro histórico y con parada de tram al lado. Garaje amplio con ascensor al apartamento. Diseño moderno con buena climatización. Los propietarios muy amables.
Por poner un pequeño detalle negativo, aunque el apartamento es para dos personas, sería bueno poner algún plato, cubierto o vaso más. Solo hay dos de cada y, a veces, se necesita otro plato para poner fruta o una cuchara extra para servir, por ejemplo. Y la nevera, al ser algo pequeña, o enfría demasiado (congela si se pone el regulador alto) o enfría muy poco si se pone el regulador muy bajo.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Ein sehr modernes Appartement für 2 Personen mitten in der Stadt und damit mit optimaler Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Besonders toll: eine kleine Terrasse, die zur Wohnung gehort. Zwei sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die immer für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung standen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt hervorragend gefallen, das Appartement können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Reviewed May 23, 2026Tutto... Da l' accoglienza sino la partenza. Per il nostro arrivo, dopo avere annunciato quanto tempo ci mancava Benjamin ci ha aspettato a l' ingresso del Garage. Accompagnato nel appartamento con consegna delle chiavi e telecomando, spiegazione completa su tutto. Una disponibilità e simpatia impeccabile... La prima sera sono uscita con la mia cagnolina ed ho incontrato Benjamin che usciva anche lui con il cane.... Mi ha accompagnato per farmi vedere dove andare... Il top.... Meglio di così? Lo consigliamo vivamente... Ah non dimentico Thibault che prima del nostro arrivo ( al momento del prenotamento) mi ha dato un bel po' di informazioni sulla struttura.... Entrambi molto gentili...Ed infine alla partenza, tutti due per salutarci.... Un altro punto da aggiungere, hanno preparato stoviglie per due caffè per tutto il soggiorno (1 settimana) specificando che... Basta chiedere se avete bisogno... Il mio voto finale? 10 e Lode.... Torneremo sicuramente. Angy, Carlo e la Joy....

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchte, war vorhanden. Das Appartement war sehr gut durchdacht und zentral gelegen- das Auto brauchten wir nicht- es stand sicher in der extra zu bezahlenden Tiefgarage mit Aufzug.
Das Schlafzimmer und damit der Durchgang zum Bad und zur Terrasse waren eng. Wegen dem Quietschen und Bimmeln der nahen Stadtbahn ist es nicht ratsam bei offener Terrassentür zu schlafen.

Het viel me eigenlijk niet tegen, maar ik wil wel tip geven . Als ik vloer opveeg met bezem , kan ik helaas geen blik en veger niet vinden. Mooi spiegel in de badkamer , maar ik kan me niet helemaal zien of ik goed gekleed ben . Misschien lang spiegel aan de deur of ergens.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Mooi, nieuw appartement midden in het centrum. Contact met de hosts ging snel en gemakkelijk. Parkeerplaats erbij boeken is echt een aanrader. Wij waren veel te vroeg, maar werden vriendelijk ontvangen en konden de auto al kwijt. Auto niet meer gebruikt, want alles op loop afstand of beginpunt van mooie wandelroutes.
Voor ons eigenlijk niets, maar het bed kan misschien voor sommige mensen wat te smal zijn. Wij hebben ons er prima mee gered voor drie nachten.

Nebenan Abbruchhaus ! Die Wohnung ist in 2ter Reihe! Die Tiefgarage erste Reihe bei Hausnummer 21! Wobei uns die Dame sehr gut geholfen hat es zu finden! Störend fand ich ein immerwährendes Rauschen im Schlafzimmer! Neben dem Bad ist ein Raum mit Abzügen? ?

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Very helpful host, met us to show us where to park the car in the underground garage, and when he saw we had an electric car and had a long way to drive the next morning he even offered to swap spaces with us so we could charge our car overnight (for a small additional charge)
Not the host's fault at all but our satnav directed us to a narrow alleyway out the back, rather than the entrance to the garage on the main street at the front. Just something to be aware of if you're coming by car!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025L'accueil de la jeune dame, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. L'appartement est cosy et très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Beaucoup de cintres pour la penderie, ce qui est chose rare dans les logements. Tous les produits de toilette sont fournis. Ma Vespa était en parfaite sécurité dans le garage (Suppl 15€ par nuit)
Je ne peux pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié. Je vais le formuler différemment : Puisque je ne restais que 2 nuits, j'aurais aimé + de 2 pastilles de café donc 1 chaque matin. Petit conseil : Pensez à acheter des recharges Nespresso si vous avez ce genre de café chez vous. Pour moi, ce n'était pas le cas, c'est du Dolce Gusto donc, si j'en avais acheté, je n'en aurais rien fait par la suite. Mais là, c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose... et peut-être appeler à la perfection de l'accueil. ;-)

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Recent gebouw, modern. Alles wat je nodig had, was ook aanwezig. Super ontvangst door de host Thibault. De basic waren ook aanwezig, koffie, thee, wasmiddel, kuisproducten, zout & Peper. Perfect voor een verblijf met 2 personen. Locatie, dichtbij vele restaurants en winkels.
Beste tip, is de parking erbij nemen, want het is een drukke straat en dan staat je wagen toch veilig! Met honden, moet je wel wat zoeken naar een graspleintje
