Tu Casa at Pico de Loro - Myna B

The place was nice, we loved the aesthetic and the comfort the room provided. The property owners were very responsive about my questions. Their caretaker was also very kind & accomodating. It was also quiet in our room's building so it was good for my kid.

Our stay at Tu Casa in Pico de Loro was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the unit was—everything felt fresh, and there was absolutely no unpleasant smell, which made the space very comfortable and relaxing. What stood out the most was how thoughtfully the room was prepared. All the utilities and amenities were carefully considered, especially the kitchen, which was fully equipped with complete utensils and essentials. It really felt like a home away from home. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the place reflected care and quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-prepared stay in Pico de Loro.

If I were to suggest a slight improvement, it would be to upgrade the TV for a better Netflix viewing experience. Everything else was already excellent, so this small enhancement would make the stay even more perfect.

It’s good valuer for your money, communication is easy is with and location inside Pico de Loro is good too.

It would’ve been nice if it had a toaster oven and a hair dryer as well.

The host and caretakers are very nice and responsive. They kindly answered our questions and checked up on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and good sheets. It was well-designed, efficient use of space. Thank you Marco, Rhea and Ellie!

I think guests would appreciate if they get a new shower head, it seems old. Not really an issue, it was still working and water supply was good.

Bathroom has a strong sewer odor. Not fault of host as this may be a building issue and resolved with flushing

I don't like the caretaker whose name is Rhea, proud and without manners. And don't bring more than 4 people at least one and they are very strict with no consideration and no conscience.
