Location was good and facilities in clug house were great.

Joy's apartment is a little dated with no hot water, safe that is broken, and some items falling apart. It is okay for just eating and sleeping but otherwise it is a little basic.

Clean and tidy and easy access to the amenities.

There should be a little privacy in a unit or maybe put a little divider between twoo beds

Host and caretaker were accommodating and responds to our inquiries. We were assisted on both check in and out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Great for big groups or families. Good location too (3-5 min walk to the beach). Fast internet. Airconditioning was great despite the heat. Thank you!

This is NOT regarding the unit: The entrance fee (1500/pax) and the water activities were a bit more expensive for non-members. The beach and pool could also get very crowded during peak season.

It was peaceful and very close to the beach where you can just walk from the unit to the beach

Everything was really streamlined and easy to do. I like how remote the place is. The person that met us to get our room was excellent. Super helpful in every way we needed. Even when we needed to go back to Manila, she was able to get us a ride there. I’ll be back for sure.

the beds are nice. the room itself is arranged nicely, the kitchen is complete with all cookwares and utensils. we had a comfortable sleep

the water flow in the toilet’s faucet and bidet is too weak.

No extra toilet paper! Dishwashing soap was diluted with water😳

The room we stayed at. Not worth the price if you’re the only one paying. Maybe worth it if you’re with your barkada and the aren’t sensitive. The furniture needs some deep cleaning. The AC isn’t really cold it just release a moist ro the room luckily enougj we had a cold weather.

Food was not good at the restaurants and they were pricey.

I appreciated Ate Manilyn's assistance from the time we arrived until we left Pico. Very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We only had 2 days but our stay was worth it. Thank you ate and to the owners of the unit.

I guess access to the pool. Before we can use it even we're not members. I hope non members could still enjoy some facilities, but dont get me wrong - we still had fun 😊

The room was great! Although it is a studio type room but still it looks spacious and organize and it is also clean. The mountain view is amazing as well even though the room is not a lagoon view. The place is near the beach, you can walk like 5 minutes from the room to the beach. If you want to go to the country club or hotel you can ride the shuttles for free! Also, Ate Manilyn is very nice. She is very accommodating even at night, when we have questions. The stay was great!

Location is closed to the beach, very convenient to walk especially when you go there at high and peak season, the free shuttles get busy. TVs and TV in the balcony are extra thought and place is spacious. We'll definitely stay again. Caretaker is very nice.

no HOT water. poor servicing and not so kind & non-present caretaker (suggest best to replace her). dead baby ipis. dirty stuff. sticky/ slippery floor. stuff outside (water jugs, push cart) and in toilet like a storage place? no extra toilet paper and towels given we stayed 2 days w/ 6 pax. my wife got rashes from the provided blanket.

The property is a short walk away from the beach. The lagoon is just outside the building. They have free shuttle services, so it's easy to travel to the country club. The room is clean and spacious, has complete kitchen tools and appliances, AC is working properly, the beds are comfy. There's enough pillows and blankets for the family. Towels and toiletries were provided. Drinking water is available too!

We're not sure if the water heater is working, so no warm baths for us. Also, the kitchen sink is not draining properly.

It has a nice television with Netflix. The room is spacious. It can fit 8 people actually. It is super tidy and white. Everything is complete even toiletries were provided. Super recommended!! ❤️🥹

Location was nearest to the beach! The place is great and all needed facilities are there. Every staff from housekeeping to guards are very accommodating and helpful.

Perfect location, kind and helpful personnel (also locals) which will make you feel as welcomed guest. Good internet connection, sandy beach is 3 mins walk from building.

I am not happy for being not transparent. Before you ask the payment it should be explain everything so we are aware on what additional payment need to paid before we go though.... Make our vacation spoiled on thw day we transfer from pico hotel sand to pico condo😔😔😔

It’s big and very cool indeed my daughter enjoy her stay with her friends.

It has all the basic needs we need for cooking and sleeping. And the unit is near the beach area so it’s convenient.
