Thật sự không thích , phòng ngủ xuống cấp, khăn có mùi hôi, ố vàng . không có nước suối chỉ có nước nấu bỏ vào chai thuỷ tinh. Quạt kêu to . Giường ngủ cũ kỷ . Hình như cuối tuần mà không thấy khách nào ghé. Hơi bị sợ ma…

Không xứng đáng với giá tiền 1,236,000 + thêm phí đỗ xe 100,000 vì ks không có chỗ đậu xe mà không báo trước. Thật sự không hài lòng với giá tiền như trên.

Thái độ nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hỗ trợ khách tốt khi được hỏi.

Cơ sở vật chất và tiện nghi hơi xuống cấp, phòng cũ, toilet không có sẵn các vật phẩm thiết yếu như dầu gội, sữa tắm, máy sấy tóc đa phần điều sứt đuôi, nhìn khá là mất an toàn. Vị trí thì nằm cuối trục đường chính nên khá tách biệt với khu ăn chơi trung tâm.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great seaview from the window/balcony. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/cafes. There was tea, coffee and kettle in the room. Bed was soft and comfy. The pool was good though it's a bit smaller than how it's shown in the photo.

The bathroom smelt like drainage. The floor was sticky, not so clean. Lots of dirt on all the shelves. TV didn't work. Bean bags were dirty. Balcony doesn't have a division with the neighbour's one.

The staff made extra effort to make us feel comfortable, for example bringing us fresh towels and fruit platter to the pool

schönes kleines hotel gleich am strand.leider ist der strand nicht so das wahre. man sollte vielleicht weiter in den süden wenn man einen schönen sandstrand will. aber das hotel war super. schön eingerichtet und sauber.

die eingangstür war etwas verbogen. daher liess sie sich nicht gut schliessen. man musste immer etwas fummeln.

Lovely place to stay!! The staff were super nice. The breakfast was also very good. Would recommend! 😊

Le personnel était vraiment gentil, toujours très souriant. De plus, j’avais oublié mon casque audio et ils m’ont beaucoup aidé et ont envoyé un colis pour que je puisse le récupérer. L’hôtel est très bien situé et la piscine est super. Les chambres sont propres et agréables.

Wir hatten einen Zimmer mit Meerblick. Um die Ecke leckere Restaurants, auch zum frühstücken. Kann man sehr empfehlen.

Die Fotos der damals sicher schönen Unterkunft entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen. Das Zimmer ist abgenutzt und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schade dass es nicht in Stand gehalten wurde. Die Lage ist echt schön. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Teller mit Obst und verschiedenen Eiergerichten welche frisch zubereitet werden. Hat unseren Geschmack leider nicht getroffen.

It was little hard to find hotel as address provided was bring me to little different location, but sorted really quick, as entrance was just from different side! Welcome drink till your room is prepared for you, as i was arrived with scooter - there was great inside parking for scooters! Wherry spacious room, with nice little balcony! As i was stayed just one night before travel back to UK, there is not too much what i can say, but enough to say it was great stay with nice breakfast, nice staff, swimming pool in garden! I will give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- L’hôtel est assez bien placé, à proximité de la mer mais aussi d’une grande rue passante où se trouve beaucoup de restos. - La piscine, calme et bien entretenue.

- L’accueil du gérant était très inexistant. Aucun sourire, pas de bonjour, très désagréable, il n’avait pas l’air ravi de nous recevoir. Lorsqu’il a prix nos passeports, il n’arrêtait pas de les regarder attentivement pendant de longues minutes, comme çi nous étions suspicieuses, ce que nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié. Le lendemain, on nous les a même redemandé, sous prétextes qu’ils avaient mal été imprimés. - Pas d’eau chaude, pas d’électricité et pas de réseau le dernier jour, nous n’avons même pas été prévenu en amont, pratique lorsque vous devez charger vos appareils électronique avant de changer de ville ! - Un jour, alors que nous rentrions de la plage, la salle de bain était infestée de fourmis. Il y en avait même dans nos effets personnels.

It was my birthday while we were there and they got me a birthday cake!! The people were so kind and accommodating, giving us towels when we went down by the pool. The room was big with a balcony to look at the ocean. The breakfast was lovely and she even saw what we didn’t eat and gave us more of what we liked the next day without having to ask. The pool was lovely to have but was a bit cloudy which didn’t bother us.

Das Alyssa Seaside Hotel in Mui Ne hat eine sehr schöne Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und auch nur wenige Minuten in den Ort und zu den Restaurants. Der Garten und der Sitzbereich sind sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Safe in unserem Zimmer war kaputt und der Fernseher war gar nicht vorhanden. Die Handtücher waren sehr fleckig und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Das Frühstück kam à la carte und war sehr einseitig, fast nur Eier, Speck und Würstchen. Marmelade und Butter nur auf Anfrage. Auch hier besteht etwas Verbesserungsbedarf. Der Poolbereich benötigt dringend ein paar Sonnenschirme.

Zweite Reihe zum Strand, aber ein wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer In Laufweite eine total nette Kaffeebar mit super netten Leuten und Liegestühlen zum relaxen Direkt um die Ecke viele Restaurants und ein food Court, wo sich alle Menschen getroffen haben

Zum Frühstück gab es Eier in verschiedenen Formen, die man bestellen konnte. War okay.

Such a peaceful and quiet place! The ladies working there are the sweetest people ever, so kind. It's near the main beach and the pineapple bar. Three minutes away there is also an amazing food court! The rooms were clean, breakfast was freshly made every morning as you wished. 10/10 stay, enjoyed every second of it, I would love to come back!

Television would not turn on but we didn’t need it.

Good value for money. Walking distance to food court area. Pool looks nice but did not use it, as beach is nearby.

The staff is very nice and helpful but they speak zero English, you have to use google translate. Tried booking a massage with them but they could'nt offer the service even though it was listed at reception. You cannot sleep longer than 6-7 AM because there is a rooster singing loudly each morning.

Gezellig tuintje, zwembad was aangenaam en diep genoeg om een beetje te zwemmen. Goed bed . Ik heb goed geslapen . Blij verast door de vriendelijkheid van de oudere dame. Toen ik na uitchecken nog wat zat te wachten omdat ik pas savonds een bus had , bood ze mij bananen beignets aan en thee.

Sommige dingen zijn echt wel aan vervanging toe, zoals de mat naast het zwembad . Verlichting in de badkamer mag iets beter.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Die Bilder weichen sehr stark von den Inseratbildern ab. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sehr abgenutzt und gebraucht. Überall bröckelt die Farbe ab oder ist schlecht instand gesetzt. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut und wir mussten ihn über Nacht ausstecken. Der Pool sieht trüb aus. Wir haben absolut keine Ansprüche, sonst hätten wir das Hotel wechseln müssen, aber wenn ich laut Bildern etwas anderes buche und bezahle, möchte ich das auch gerne bekommen.

숙소가 비치에서 가깝게 있고 메인도로에서는 들어와 있어 있어 조용히 쉬기에는 좋다.

손님이 많지 않아서인지 리셉션이 비어 있는 경우가 많고, 옆집에서 키운 닭이 새벽마다 엄청 시끄럽게 운다.

Sehr schöne, ruhige, saubere Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr gut und es gibt eine schöne Dusche mit heißem Wasser 😊 Frühstück ist a la Card und lecker. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

The property fair about the price.

The property was fair. The problem on staff which brought motorbike with problem on first place, as we told to start at 2pm but we wait until another to replace at 3pm next day was force client to pay back at 2pm. Everything was fine, just about the basic of responsibility as agent dealer with mark up price.

Exelent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Menager Khanh who speaks English, was there to help with any problem big or small. The mother of the owner of a hotel, who speaks aome English was always there to help as well. Very kind and nice person who went out of her ways to help me with the all the needs. Breakfast is included, but she always offered some extra stuff. I'm very grateful for all that the stuff have done, and any time I'm in Mui Ne I'll be staying in that hotel. Feels like home.

All was perfect

Tijdens ons verblijf bij ALYSSA Seaside Muine hadden we als gezin twee aparte kamers. De eigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen we vroegen om van kamer te wisselen vanwege comfortabelere bedden, werd dat zonder problemen geregeld. Onze kinderen hebben volop genoten van het zwembad. Je kunt een ontbijt van de menukaart kiezen. Wij hadden naast de ei gerechten graag wat meer variatie gezien. Voor het zandstrand moet je ongeveer 15 minuten met de taxi reizen. Wel is er een lange boulevard. De ligging van het hotel is goed, de bekende Fairy Stream bevindt zich op slechts 20 minuten lopen.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de kust, al is het geen zandstrand waar je direct de zee in kunt om te zwemmen.

Good location in the back streets. Cute small pool. Nice included breakfast with plenty of bread. Comfortable beds. Very nice people who run the place

The facilities are a bit tired. Bathroom facilities are a little basic. Pool was cloudy. Smaller than photos suggest.

We were greeted with complimentary ice cold drinks on arrival. Excellent staff, very helpful and considerate. Nice clean swimming pool. A surprisingly good breakfast: multiple selection of food included with booking. Juice, Tea, coffee, eggs and bacon, noodles, bread rolls, a sliced fruit selection, homemade mango, and pineapple jam. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Ocean views from the balcony. A nearby hotel offered a good selection of dinner foods.

The staff who work here are so lovely and eager to help out whenever they can. The bed is the comfiest we have slept in in south east Asia it’s like sleeping in a cloud. It is just round the corner from independent restaurants and the food market which was amazing.

The rooms were big enough, the location was perfect, close to the beach, market and the food court.

The breakfast is basic, some of the beds were very hard to sleep on (room 104) and the shower hose in room 103 was not working well.

The owners were so welcoming and constantly cared for us 🥹, and helped us with all of our travel needs! Our room was specious and clean, and the shower was great. The beach is right there and there are delicious restaurants around

It was a very good stay at Alyssa! First of all, the location is amazing - few meters from the beach, few meters away from the Dong Vui market to eat, and next to 2 beachfront bars with super ambiance to either start the night or end it. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home - this family owned establishments was just perfect for our stay. Always smiling, helpful and taking care of us. It is not a luxury retreat, but the room was very clean, simple and homey. I think it was the perfect place and location to enjoy the best of Mui Ne. You can rent scooters directly there, but you need to reserve in advance!

Excellent value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was right by the beach and very close to dining options.

The owner and the staff were really friendly and helpful and had a lot of humour. The room was large, and the view of the sea from the balcony was magnificent. The breakfast was more than sufficient, eggs, fruit, jam, and peanut butter, as well as tea, coffee, and juice. I'll be back.

We stayed for couple nights, it was great. I love the place, room is spacious, clean, big bathroom, they have very cute yard with little swimming pool, the atmosphere here is lovely . People are nice, friendly. Perfect location.

It is in a great location, which is very near many restaurants, where you can enjoy Vietnamese and other country cuisines. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Now, it is 2025, so the facilities are quite outdated. You must switch on the shower and leave it for 10 mins for hot water. That is ridiculous for this room price. For breakfast, one sausage and egg with bread or instant noodles.

Location close to the beach, great for strolling along the coast. The owners and staff are wonderful and very helpful. The room was ideal and great places to eat and drink closeby. Breakfast cooked freshly each morning and very good value for money.

The bed was 100mm relatively hard foam. There was no electricity one day, whereas the adjoining hotel had a generator.

Nice boutique hotel in Mui ne. Clean renovated room (well maintained). With all amenities needs (safe, ...). The upper floor (2nd), is better for the view. Breakfast with no stress (8h00 to 10h00), with nice fruits, jam...and a choice of classic dishes (all kind of egg cooking...). Pool not super big, but good enough for the hotel and crowd size). Helpful staff. Gentle and smiling staff, they look to love their turf. The beach is 30 seconds away (50m). There is a massage salon 100m away. There is several restaurants around, walking distance. Also, some beach lounge and if you want a more lovely evening. Also a 'food court' just 100m away (many foreigners).

I would have appreciated a cocktail at the pool in the end of afternoon.. Also be aware transportation (bike,scooter, grab) is needed to visit more fare attractions (I did go to the fish market by foot 3km, but it takes time - It is nice though in the morning).

Beautifully kept with super friendly hosts! The pool is amazing and the location is fab - right on the beach with a lovely beach bar opposite! Reception also helped us with onward travel.

The shower pressure was quite low and our friends only had cold water but as it was lovely and warm outside, it wasn’t too much of an issue to cool down!

Was really happy to find this place through Booking. Just had a wonderful short stay in a cute budget style hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, especially for its low price. They have a nice pool to have a dip in and comfy chairs with large pillows lounge around. The location is quite good being not far from the beach and main beach road that runs through the area. The overall ambience was peaceful and relaxing which made for a nice getaway from the city. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful with local information. Just an overall good stay for the more budget-conscious traveler. A big thumbs up from me.

the location was convenient and really great with the beach a mere hop step and jump away across the road via a cafe property . The beach is not exactly swimmable here but a short walk on the seafront promenade leads to a safe swim area

A rather long haul up a continuous 22 step staircase was trying for a 67 year old with a kinky knee. But yes , over the day I could go up without a break and even managed to haul my somewhat heavy suitcase down !
