Good location and very friendly hosts, nice room with comfy bed

Das Zimmer war gross, Dusche kam ein guter Wasserdruck. Einfach eingerichtet. Aber genügt völlig. Der Pool ist gross und gut zum baden. Personal sehr freundlich.

Der nahegelegene Strand war sehr schmutzig. Da hat aber das Guesthouse nichts dafür ;-)

Absolutely amazing deal with phenomenal staff. The room was clean and large with a small fridge and a great ceiling fan and good air conditioning. Located a block from the sea with lots of nearby food options. The major bonus is the owner Danny who speaks fluent English and is just lovely. He had great tips and information and we loved chatting. The whole staff was so friendly and they made it feel comfortable.

Tout était très bien pour le prix demandé. Personnel très sympathique, aimable et aidant.

Toute la rue au-dessus est en travaux, du coup c'est un peu chaotique cette zone en ce moment.

Très bien mais dur d'en dire plus car nous étions de passage et sommes restés une seule nuit. Personnel très serviable.

quite a walk from the beach but may have been due to the season and maybe the tide being in? the general area was very quiet but again i think due to seasonality everything was being refurbed. quite far from where things had remained opened

Super schöne Unterkunft. Sehr geräumiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem. Der Pool vor der Tür ist perfekt, um sich abzukühlen oder ein paar Runden zu schwimmen. Das Meer ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke sind viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Alle sind supernett und der sehr süße und freundliche Hund war mein absolutes Highlight. Ich hab verlängert und hätte auch gern nochmal verlängert, allerdings war alles ausgebucht. Ich kann es verstehen.

Joli petit Guesthouse situé tout près de la mer. Personnel super sympathique et serviable. Jolie piscine. Tout est super propre. Bar très sympathique (Pinneaple) tout près. Food court super pratique tout près.

Nous avion loué un studio. La cuisine était vraiment très très basique. Heureusement qu’on n’avait pas l’intention de cuisiner parce que ça n’aurait pas été vraiment possible. La plage à proximité était sale et accessible seulement à marée basse, donc le soir.

Cette guesthouse est vraiment au top ! La chambre est confortable et propre. La piscine est un gros plus appréciable et l'environnement est super. L'endroit est situé à deux pas de la mer et proche de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Le personnel est adorable, que ce soit l'agent de sécurité que le gérant. Ils sont toujours souriants, agréables et très arrangeants.

Such a lovely property, very clean and comfortable! The pool is lovely and the rooms are too. Danny and the Security Guard are so welcoming and kind. I would stay here forever!!

メイン通りからちょっと奥にあり。スタッフが最高の笑顔で迎えてくれます。入り口には綺麗で色鮮やかな花々が咲き誇ってて、南国にきた！と感じれました。入ってすぐプール！！周りにはいい感じの椅子、ハンモック！最高の景色！ 部屋はとても綺麗。虫も全くいない！冷蔵庫、ドライヤーあり！ ホテルの周りは飲食店や商店があって便利。海もビーチもすぐそこでした。 そして安い！とてもよい滞在でした。

Loved this place! Honestly can't recommend enough! The rooms are so big and super clean and the staff are super amazing! They helped me book a bus and even let me go back to my room to chill after I checked out as I got the bus time wrong.

The location is ideal, the pool is very pleasant, and the room is also quite decent.

The Wi-Fi was very average. We could have had a good stay and had even booked two extra nights. Unfortunately, we felt like we were being pushed out. We were made to understand that we should leave and not stay longer because a large group of about fifteen people arrived. They played very loud music and all went swimming fully dressed (in jeans, dresses, pajamas, etc.), which made the atmosphere very noisy and unpleasant. We sent a message through Booking asking that, after we went out, the situation would be calmer when we came back so we could sleep. The manager replied that he would understand if we left the next days… even though we had never said we wanted to leave. It really felt like they didn’t want us to stay. He also offered to change our room, but it was right next door, so it would not have made any difference, and at 9 p.m. we refused. It should not have been up to us to deal with these issues. When we came back, things seemed calmer, but around midnight, a karaoke started in a nearby room. We couldn’t sleep and had to go and ask for silence ourselves, which should have been handled by the staff, not by us. The next day, we decided to leave. In the end, we are glad we did because we found a much better hotel afterwards.

Cet établissement à taille humaine (une dizaine de chambres avec salle de bains et climatisation) et parfaitement tenu est idéalement situé dans un environnement tranquille et pas encore trop dénaturé par les resorts: le front de mer à 50m, de nombreux services et commodités à proximité (boulangerie, restaurants, blanchisserie, salon de massage, supérette…), une belle piscine bien entretenue, un personnel présent et disponible en permanence. De l’eau minérale disponible en permanence, thé et café offerts le matin. Possibilité de louer des scooters.

Il manquerait juste un peu de vaisselle, notamment des mugs, pour les collations du matin. Les matelas des transats mériteraient d’être renouvelés. Mais on chipote!

Host (owner or manager) is very polite,helpful and speaks good english.Room is basic but everything is clean and in good condition.AC works good,bed is spatious and firm.Pool is decent and during the evening and night they have security guard.

Nearby beach is not exactly a beach :)

Nous avons tout aimé, le calme, la propreté, la piscine, L’odeur des fleurs, le personnel et l’hôte. On se sent comme à la maison, la femme de ménage souriante est toujours en train de nettoyer et se rend disponible si tu as besoin, le gardien de nuit agréable et fait très bien son travail, toujours prêt à t aider si besoin, et l hôte peut aider pour tout je recommande vraiment cette guesthouse.

Lovely l, clean nad quiet place with Great staff. Close to the ocean and centrall restaurants I came for three days and stayed for twelve.

Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Eine kleine Geschichte am Rande: Ich hatte den Chef gefragt (er spricht sehr gutes Englisch) ob er mir sagen kann, wo ich evtl einen der sehr hochwertigen Duschköpfe erstehen könnte, die zur sehr guten Sanitärausstattung des Appartments gehört. Nach zwei Tips, die leider erfolglos waren, fand ich einen vietnamesischen Händler im Internet, der die Geräte im Programm hat, jedoch die Brause nur im bundle mit einem Schlauch und einer Regendusche anbietet. Der Gastgeber klärte auf mein Bitten die Angelegenheit, bestellte die Ware mit Lieferadresse in unser zukünftiges Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, ich zahlte ihm Ware und Lieferkosten (für europäische Verhältnisse lächerlich wenig) in bar. Einen Tag später kam vom Hotel bereits die Mitteilung über Booking, ein Paket sei für mich angekommen und würde für mich aufbewahrt. Sowas nenne ich echte Dienstleistung, ein Fremdwort für Deutsche, und ein ganz dicker Pluspunkt für Pharos Guesthouse, sowie für alle beteiligten vietnamesischen Parteien. 10 von 5 Punkten! Das Appartment ist super gelegen, zum Strand über eine kleine ruhige Straße. Pool ist sauber, die Betten unglaublich bequem. Empfehlung!

Da gibt es rein gar nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Perfect location 1 minute from the beach, you can even hear the waves sometimes, with sunrise and sunset,around the corner from the food court,lovely pool, they have a friendly night guard and the cleaning lady is very nice too,the rooms are spotless and Danny in reception is very helpful and speaks perfect English, ended up extending

The rooms around the pool are closed together and have a little table and chairs outside for you to sit,you can smoke there so be aware that if you are a non smoker unfortunately there are people that are rude and smoke even though they're beside you, there should be an allocated smoking area instead

Good location, staff were amazing helped us with tours and booking our onward travel, was clean with good facilities (hairdryer, kettle, fridge, pool and sun loungers) Plenty of food places and shops round the corner, and right next to the beach

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for our family. Great location and facilities. We loved the pool it perfect after a hot day coming back to pharos for a swim and cold drink. Danny was the most accomadating host with perfect English and a wealth of knowledge. Would highly recommend for a travelling family we were 5 and it was awesome.

Comfortabel verblijf dichtbij het centrum. Host is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Hij hielp ons met het boeken van een bus naar Da Lat en liep zelfs mee naar de pick up locatie.

Dani a été prévenant et a l écoute pour nous aider dans l organisation des activités. L hôtel est très propre, la piscine avec de l eau à température idéale, l hôtel est proche d un Food court où vous pourrez manger ce qui vous plaît. Parfait !

The guesthouse has an ocean feel vibe, very calm and peaceful, also the host Danny is so friendly and kind he made my trip smooth with his guidance and assistance with booking tours and recommendations, great service! Great hospitality! 10/10

Absolutely Nothing.

The room was clean, spacious, and at such affordable price. Beautifully manicured landscaping, well organized common area, good size pool with sun beds and hammocks to cool down on hot summer days. The staff were so friendly, polite and accommodating. The manager Danny speaks fluent English, was incredibly kind and responsive to any questions. He went above and beyond to ensure the guests had a relaxing stay, and gave great recommendations on local attractions, restaurants and entertainment. The location was a few steps away from the beach and nearby bar and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very clean, good sized room. a\c and shower worked well. Nice clean, good sized pool. Older property but well maintained. Spotless sheets and towels. Host Danny very helpful, pleasant guy with perfect English. Handy bar and food court 5 minutes walk has great selection of good food. Unfortunately beach was a mass of rubbish so nice to have a pool.

La guesthouse est dans 1 ruelle calme. La chambre spacieuse, aérée et claire est très très propre ! La literie est bonne. Les draps immaculés sont en pur coton ce qui est très agréable et rare dans ce genre d'hébergement. Les serviettes de toilettes sont bien blanches elles aussi ! Pas de parfum synthétique pour masquer un manque de propreté. La salle de bain est de bonne dimension. Appréciable aussi la proximité de nombreux petits bars, restaurants et gargottes dans les ruelles et en front de mer. La mer est à 10m mais pas de plage. La piscine agréable permet de se rattraper. Les patrons sont très gentils ! Ne pas hésiter à y aller !!

Lovely staff, super helpful and helped us book a tour. Room was really clean and modern. The pool was really nice too, very relaxing. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Would really recommend staying here.

I needed a break from hostels and this was a great option! The room is spacious and clean, there was a fan and air conditioning working very well. Mattress was a bit hard but I noticed it’s common in Vietnam and I still had a good sleep. The swimming pool was delicious, the location is perfect, next to the beach and 2 minutes away from the main street and restaurants. Danny is lovely and speaks a great English so he will give you tips and recommendations. If I had more days, I would have definitely stayed more, rented a scooter and explored the area!

Room was so huge, not too expensive and aircon that worked brilliantly after a hot day out. Swimming pool a great size and perfect to chill in. Owner spoke very good English.

Only recommendation would be umbrellas by the pool as you have to rely on tree positioning for shade

Loved everything about our stay here. The pool was great and location was amazing. We were close to everything we needed. The staff are so lovely. We forgot a pair of shorts and they were able to send it to our next location. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. They did their best to make guests feel comfortable and also provided extra information about the attractions in the area. As well the host booked a tour to the dunes for us, the same price as if one would go to a travel agency. The room was fine, clean, enough space, including a fridge. The swimming pool was a nice treat too!

The air conditioner performed poorly, which they fortunately tried to fix. However, if you like it cool / fresh you will need to turn on the fan in addition to the air conditioner.

The room was a good size , everything was very clean and comfortable . The bed and pillows were comfortable . The rooms overlook the pool which was also kept in good condition . The location was great , very close to the beach where the round boats are kept There are lots of local restaurants, street food and a food market where you could get dishes from italian, mexican , indian etc , only 5 mins walk . Danny is a beautiful soul and an excellent host . He speaks great English which was such a treat for me because , this was my 3rd location in vietnam and no one at the other hotels I stayed spoke English . He took so much care and attention to make my stay memorable . It was because of his communication skills and knowledge about the area I had such a great time in mui ne . He helped me book the sand dunes buggy trip, 👍 which I highly recomend too. He also helped me book the sleeper bus to hoi an. I will not hesitate to stay there again if I pass that way and to recomend to others . Thankyou Danny you were a breath of fresh air on my journey 💖

There is nothing to dislike

I enjoyed staying here. The rooms and bathrooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. It is not a fancy place but everything is neat and clean and the pool is I think bigger than many I have seen. The manager Danny is very helpful and helped me arrange a ferry ticket to Phu Quy island and was up at 5:00am making sure I found a grab ride to the ferry.

Can’t fault this place. The staff were amazing. Special shout out to Danny who made me feel more than welcome throughout my stay. So much so that I extended my time here. A truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere with great coffee and food just around the corner. Would stay here again.
