It's a very good price for the location and the quality! It's simple, but has everything you need, and everything is well maintained! Very cozy beddings, nice fridge, convenient storages, and good wifi!

The window looks to the pool area, but I actually find it joyful!

Appartement au 5ème étage avec piscine en bas, rapport qualité-prix de haute volée. Il y a dedans de quoi cuisiner (et aussi micro-onde et grille-pain). L'arrivée est facile, Helen vous donnera toutes les infos avant votre arrivée. TV accrochée au mur en face du lit, prises accessibles, douche bien chaude. Il est facilement accessible avec un Grab, et assez centré pour aller voir des trucs comme la Casa Mariquit dans le quartier de Jaro, la promenade sur la rivière, le Festive Walk ou le SM Mall. Proche aussi des artères où passent les Jeepneys. Que demander de plus pour un prix très avantageux ?

Je suis fumeur, et comme il n'y a pas de balcon, je devais marcher un peu pour aller m'en griller une (parce qu'il est interdit de fumer dans le périmètre, même devant les entrées de la tour, et les tours environnantes, alors j'allais me planquer au parking des scooters.

The room was just perfect for us. It was pristine, and my husband loved the soft, comfortable bed. It was more than what we expected and it was great value for money.

The check-in time is far too late (3 o'clock in the afternoon).

Good Value of Money. Pool view and very accessible quite near from SM City.

Superb little studio with a window view of pool. Small but super well designed and decorated, could of stayed a week or two.

The property can be treated like your 2nd home! All amenities were available, I was surprised and glad that house slippers were present too! The internet connection was fast and reliable, I was able to have my online teaching in the unit. The owner was great and very helpful! Overall, I’d love to stay in the unit again. Thank you! 🌷

I have stayed in this complex many times. Location is very good, security is very helpful and polite. Facilities inside and outside the condo are excellent.

It is a very new unit. Everything is new, clean and in order.

Maybe I would have appreciated it more if I was warned that the wifi was not good.

As I approached the desk, someone behind me grabbed my backpack and tried to yank it away from me saying something about my laptop, which was protruding from the top of it. It turned out to be a security guard, and he tried to pull it off and away from me, sending my laptop crashing to the floor. Long story short, I was returning from eye surgery at a nearby hospital, I was exhausted (I am almost 80) and half blind and my driver had left, so I had little choice but to stay. Mistake. No water to the shower, not even cold, just faucet, a bucket and a pot to dip, virtually unusable TV, lots of unintelligible rules, and the desk clerk just stood and watched the guard attack me, never said a word, much less "Sorry". I will be spending a lot of time in Iloilo for medical and business reasons over the next few months, but will stay ANYWHERE BUT ONE OF THIS OUTFIT'S HOTELS!
