Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans cet hôtel, en chambre Deluxe. L’hôtel est très propre, calme et relaxant, parfait pour profiter de Marrakech tout en étant dans un environnement paisible. La chambre était très agréable, propre et confortable. Nous avons également très bien mangé durant tout le séjour, avec notamment un très bon petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions du personnel, notamment quelques boissons qui nous ont été offertes pendant notre séjour. Ce sont des gestes simples, mais qui apportent un vrai plus à l’expérience. Le personnel dans son ensemble a été très accueillant, disponible et serviable. Un grand merci particulièrement à Karim, qui s’est occupé de nous tout au long de la semaine. Il a été extrêmement gentil et nous a beaucoup aidés, notamment pour l’organisation de nos excursions et de nos transferts. Il faut simplement savoir que l’hôtel se trouve un peu à l’écart du centre de Marrakech (environ 25 à 30 minutes en voiture). Cela ne nous a cependant posé aucun problème grâce à notre chauffeur Abdul, qui travaille avec l’hôtel et qui a toujours été très ponctuel, disponible et serviable avec nous. Une très belle expérience dans un hôtel chaleureux, propre et reposant, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y retournerions avec plaisir !

L’hôtel est à 30 minutes de Marrakech, donc il faut prévoir minimum 40 € pour l’aller-retour dès que vous souhaitez faire des choses

C'est un lieu tres agréable et paisible. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli avec thé gâteaux et bouteille d'eau fraîche. Le personnel est très attentif à notre bien être et très sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable hotel with amazing staff and service. Private and peaceful. We had an amazing time. The pool is large and beautiful. We had opted for half board which included breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was good, the dinner was outstanding, really delicious, freshly made, quality ingredients, generous portions. Again the staff were so friendly which makes all the difference including the manager who personally greeted us on arrival with a warm welcome. relaxed vibes and atmosphere a real treat to come and relax and de stress. I wish our stay was longer but we will return god willing

i can't fault our stay, we had a minor issue which was more then resolved so it's not even worth mentioning.

vraiment à part. Just V Hotel & Spa Marrakech est une magnifique découverte pour tous ceux qui recherchent avant tout le calme, la nature et la sérénité. Ici, on se réveille au chant des oiseaux, on entend les cigales, avec en fond une musique d’ambiance moderne, douce et parfaitement choisie… Tout invite naturellement au repos et au lâcher-prise. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est cette atmosphère très particulière : le personnel, sous la direction de M. Karim, est attentionné, discret et d’une grande gentillesse. Même les autres résidents étaient particulièrement respectueux du calme des lieux. À certains moments, on en oublie presque que l’on est dans un hôtel, et c’est justement cela qui fait toute la magie de cet endroit. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et presque familiale. On ressent une équipe soudée et considérée, et je pense que cela doit beaucoup à Mme Sanna, la propriétaire, dont on perçoit l’attention portée aussi bien à son équipe qu’au moindre détail de l’établissement. Je tiens d’ailleurs à la féliciter tout particulièrement pour le goût et l’élégance de la décoration, parfaitement en harmonie avec l’esprit des lieux. La restauration mérite également une mention spéciale : tout simplement délicieuse, soignée et parfaitement dans l’esprit de l’établissement. Plus qu’un hôtel, j’ai découvert un lieu avec une âme, où la nature, le calme, la décoration, la musique, la cuisine et surtout l’humain forment un ensemble particulièrement réussi. Merci à Mme Sanna, à M. Karim et à toute l’équipe pour ces très beaux moments. Une adresse que l’on quitte avec regret… et avec l’envie d’y revenir.

Un séjour simplement parfait ! Je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction suite à mon récent séjour. Tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, offrant un cadre extrêmement reposant et agréable, parfait pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. Un mention toute particulière à l'ensemble du personnel : un accueil d'un grand respect, une politesse exemplaire et une bienveillance qui font toute la différence. On se sent vraiment pris en charge avec attention et professionnalisme. Merci infiniment Mr Karim le Directeur et à toute l'équipe pour ces moments de pure détente. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés !

Tout, le personnel au petit soin pour tout, on a manqué de rien et à peine le temps de dire qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose que la personne était déjà a notre service. Chambre très propre et lieu exceptionnel. Je recommande fortement cette endroit si on veut être au calme et proche de Marrakech.

Cette endroit est magnifique. C'est un havre de paix. Nous avons pu profiter du calme avec nos amis. Le personnel très accueillant, d'ailleur il est difficile de quitter les lieux. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et aux petits soins, la nourriture est excellente et le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. Le seul petit détail a été l'oubli du petit-déjeuner à emporter promis pour notre départ très tôt le vendredi matin, mais cela reste très mineur au vu de la qualité globale et de l'accueil irréprochable. Un vrai coup de cœur !

A beautiful, very well-maintained, newer, and clean resort located about 15 km outside the Medina. There is nothing to explore on foot, but the pool area and garden are lovely and perfect for those who simply want peace and relaxation. The rooms are clean, and the bed (2x2 meters) in the deluxe double room is fantastic - the best I have ever had! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food is a bit pricey, half-board is recommended for those without their own car. Highly recommended.

La chambre 3! Pas de fenêtre (lumière obligatoire même en plein jour), beaucoup de salpêtre sur les murs, TV qui ne fonctionnait pas, porte d’entrée pas isolée du tout et qui donnait sur le patio donc on entend tout (musique de la piscine, gens qui passent, se lèvent ou vont se coucher….). L’hôtel est à 25 mn du centre de Marrakech, voiture obligatoire

Le lieu est paradisiaque et tres bien entretenue, me personnel agréable, souriant et au ptit soin pour chacun. La villa est spacieuse et face à un joli jardin avec table de ping-pong à quelques mètres de la superbe piscine.

Tout etait parfait, cependant la cuisine etait poussiéreuse et les frigidaires ne fonctionnaient pas hormis le congélateur. Ca n’a pas pour autant gâché le sejour.

Une seule nuit & pourtant j'ai l'impression d'avoir déconnecté une semaine. ​L’Hôtel Just V & Spa a ce petit super-pouvoir de vous faire oublier le temps, grâce à son jardin magnifique & un cadre d'une beauté reposante. Mais la vraie signature de cet endroit, c'est son équipe, on y trouve une bienveillance rare, des sourires qui viennent du cœur & une attention de chaque instant qui n'est jamais feinte. ​Côté confort, c'était un sans-faute. Ma chambre offrait une très belle vue sur la piscine, avec un aménagement idéal, la table de petit-déjeuner dressée juste en face de la porte. Pour la paresseuse du matin que je peux être, c'était le bonheur absolu de n'avoir aucun effort à faire !😅 ​Et puis, il y a eu ces roses😊 m'en offrir une à mon arrivée à la piscine, puis une autre au réveil, c'est d'une poésie & d'une délicatesse qui marquent les esprits. ​Un immense merci à tous pour avoir rendu ce court passage si mémorable. Je reviendrai, c'est certain.

On est resté pour la première fois du 26 au 28/06 puis nous avons décidés de prolonger car c’était le top. Grande piscine, petit dej excellent, le personnel au top. Ménage 10/10.

Absolument tout sauf peut être l’emplacement un peu loin ( 30min de Marrakech ) mais qui pas ailleurs vous garantie une certaine tranquillité. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

L'option demi pension est parfaite, y a largement le choix, la petite dej c'est pas mal, dinner RAS, boissons cooktails parfait, personnel soigneux et à l'écoute, l’endroit est magnifique.

Je voudrais faire un jacuzzi avant de partir, sauf que un monsieur m'a dit que ça va mouiller les cotes du piscine sauf que hier y avait des clients qui ont profité de jacuzzi quand le monsieur à demander, mais ce n'est pas grave c’était un petit détail.

Belle prestation, excellent repas du soir (en formule 1/2 pension entrée/plat ou plat/dessert mais largement suffisant au vu des quantités). Tout est parfaitement entretenu, y compris le jardin. Très jolie piscine, propreté nickel. Chambres accueillantes. Et du calme... Avoir un véhicule est toutefois obligatoire, je pense, même si ils peuvent venir vous chercher (payant). Mais les locations par agences locales ne sont pas chères. Il a fallu changer de chambre inopinément en soirée car j'avais bouché le lavabo. Réactivité impeccable. Bravo et merci. 👍

The property is private and a little slice of heaven away from the busy city. The hotel is stunning modern with such beautiful style it was home from home for me the room is comfortable with air con Fantastic pool and cabanas Suitable for families too. The staff go above and beyond. You instantly feel like family the staff remember your food/drink orders. The hotel provide a shuttle service too and from the hotel and into the city which is perfect to go explore. If you are thinking of booking this hotel spa ,do not hesitate you will not be disappointed!! We had the most amazing time we laughed we swam we ate we drank 😊 I will recommend this place to all my family and friends and I hope that just v will be nourished with visitors. I hope to return one day soon We already miss you guys habibi was the most happiest welcoming server we have ever met always greeted with a smile in fact he never once stopped smiling .

There was nothing to dislike but maybe a suggestion for fly fans on the dinner table as the property is surrounded by olive trees and rosemary which naturally welcome friendly honey bees and flies , not a big issues at all but they love the jam and honey rightfully so.

A really nice boutique hotel with great staff. The food and service were excellent and the room was super comfortable. It was nice to escape the madness of Medina for 2nights and stay here. There are lovely cabanas around to pool to lay out on. The value was excellent and the staff and owner were so friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. They have a beautiful 3bedroom villa also which would be perfect for a girls getaway or for a family. The manager was kind enough to show it to me as it was not occupied.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit im Just V Hotel & Spa. Das Service Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pool mit beheiztem Innenpool war toll. Insgesamt eine entspannende Atmosphäre mit guter Musikauswahl. Kurzfristig konnten wir eine Nacht zusätzlich buchen, das Management war dabei sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön und das Bett groß und bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder, eine absolute Empfehlung!

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce riad à Marrakech. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur par un personnel très professionnel, formé dans de grands établissements renommés tels que Club Med et Four Seasons, ce qui se ressent dans la qualité irréprochable du service et leur grande disponibilité à tout moment. La restauration est excellente, avec des plats raffinés et savoureux. L’établissement est très bien entretenu, reposant et chaleureux. Le spa offre un véritable moment de détente, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le rapport qualité-prix global est remarquable pour des prestations de ce niveau. Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour un séjour alliant confort, authenticité et service haut de gamme.

The place was excellent. Great staff, beautiful pool and relaxing vibes. Our room was spacious and comfortable and overlooked the pool area. We were allocated a private table immediately outside. The rooftop was small but intimate overlooking the Atlas mountains. Best of all, they provided bali beds for free! Food from the restaurant was surprisingly good - I am typically sceptical of menus with an overly diverse spread, but here the variety did not come at the cost of quality. The hotel is a 30 minute taxi away from Central Marrakech which could either be good or bad depending on the purpose of your stay. It was great for me and my partner as we wanted to detach from the chaos of the city.

De riad had een warme, ontspannen sfeer waar we ons meteen thuis voelden. De ligging is perfect: alles is dichtbij, van winkels tot restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. We hebben volop kunnen genieten en zonder zorgen kunnen ontspannen. Een plek waar je graag terugkomt. Wij zouden deze riad zeker opnieuw kiezen.

De prijs had misschien iets zachter gekund, maar de kwaliteit van het verblijf maakte het absoluut de moeite waard. Wij zouden deze riad zeker opnieuw kiezen.

- ganztags viel zu laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht (House und Reggeaton) - jeden Tag das gleiche marokkanische Frühstück und keine anderen Optionen, trotz Nachfrage - etwas schmutziger Pool trotz täglicher Reinigung - Unverschämte Preise auf der Speisekarte (Ich habe noch nie Couscous in Marokko für knapp 20 Euro gesehen) - mein Standardzimmer in den Innenbereich hatte kein Fenster nach außen, demnach dunkel,stickig und man hört wirklich ALLES der anderen Gäste - Wasser im Waschbecken läuft gänzlich nicht ab - Vereinbarte Abholung am Bahnhof war 20 Minuten zu spät - Wasser auf dem Zimmer wird nicht nachgereicht bei Reinigung - aufgrund der Entfernung zum Zentrum und mangels Restaurants in der Gegend ist man auf den Konsumtempel angewiesen - Rücktransport zum Bahnhof mit Schrott Taxi anstatt komfortablem Hotelauto (obwohl es offensichtlich verfügbar war) zum gleichen Preis

We had a fantastic 5 days at Just V. The place itself is beautiful and kept spotlessly clean. Perfect place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh’s Medina. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent and the half board was superb value for money, lots of choice on the menu too. Thank-you to Karim and all the staff for looking after us so well.

Les portes des chambres ne ferment pas bien. Des équipements de la salles de bain sont manquants avec mauvaise évacuation lavabo . La Clim ne fonctionne pas bien également . Et les plats sont très chers au restaurant, ainsi que les boissons / tapas de manière général.

Le personnel, les employés sont très gentils et extrêmement dévoués. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon. Le complexe est propre, joli et bien entretenu.

A peine arrivés, on nous demande de nous acquitter de la taxe de séjour en espèces uniquement ! N’ayant pas assez d’espèces, je pensais que nous pourrions retirer sur place ou qu’il y aurait une navette gratuite comme dans les autres complexes, mais non. Il faut 600 dirhams pour faire cet A/R. Finalement on finit par accepter une CB exceptionnellement pour la taxe. D’ordinaire la taxe se paye en partant pas à l’arrivée. Une fois réglée, personne ne nous a fait visiter, aucune explication pour la demi pension, ni pour le SPA non plus etc… Les équipements sont très moyens, Clim en panne, il faisait froid nous avons dû demander un chauffage d’appoint. Pas de pression d’eau dans les sanitaires, l’éclairage fonctionne une fois sur deux. Nous devions avoir 2 chambres identiques avec porte fenêtre et accès sur terrasse, mais nous n’en avons eu qu’une sur les deux. De nombreux plats manquaient au menu du dîner. La patronne s’autorise de fumer dans la salle de restaurant en présence des clients. Je ne sais pas si c’est autorisé au Maroc, je trouve ça très limite et irrespectueux.

Hotellet er super pænt og rent med lækre værelser, faciliteter og udendørsområder. Da det er et mindre hotel, er det både roligere og mere personligt, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Personalet er venligt, smilende og altid klar til at hjælpe. Alt i alt et super lækkert hotel, som klart er et besøg værd.

Hotellet ligger en smule udenfor Marrakech, så man skal bruge taxa eller anden kørsel for at komme ind til byen. Dette var hotellet dog super gode til at hjælpe med at arrangere. Desuden tager hotellet kun imod kontant, det var dog ikke et problem for os.

Mooie locatie ietwat buiten de drukte van Marrakech. Rust en kalmte met uitstekende en vooral super vriendelijke service van het personeel, van bij het inchecken met de welkomstthee, de service aan het zwembad en de bar, het ontbijt, het restaurant en de wellness... Een super dankjewel aan Karim en zijn team in het bijzonder Lhabib, Abdul en Said. Aangezien het hotel zo'n 18 km buiten het centrum ligt, ben je afhankelijk van een huurauto of kan je gebruik maken van de hotelshutlle, die je op het gewenst uur brengt en terug ophaalt. Hetzelfde geldt ook voor de luchthaven transfer. In het a la carte restaurant hebben we 's avonds heel lekker gegeten en genoten van lekkere Marrokaanse wijntjes. Het ontbijt was heel lekker én uitgebreid en met keuze uit diverse koffies, thee én eiergerechten. Een super hotel voor wie houdt van rust en lekker eten...

We had a really lovely and relaxing stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The standout feature for us was the pool and the beautiful grounds. There were so many comfortable sun loungers available—far more than guests—so there was no need for the usual early morning rush to reserve a spot. It made the whole experience feel much more relaxed. The poolside bar was also a great addition, making it easy to grab a cocktail without having to go far. We also really enjoyed the spa, where we had treatments at a very reasonable price (around €50 for a one-hour massage). It was a great way to unwind and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the stay. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Karim, who was incredibly helpful and responsive on WhatsApp before our arrival. He made everything very smooth, helping us arrange spa treatments and transport in advance, which we really appreciated. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was excellent. Dinner was à la carte, with the option to choose a starter or dessert alongside a main, and everything we had was delicious. Breakfast was also nice, although there was only one option served (the Moroccan breakfast), despite there being multiple options listed on the menu. It didn’t impact us too much as we were only there for two mornings, but it could be an area for improvement. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a private terrace which was a lovely touch. The only small downside was that the shower pressure could have been a bit better. The hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Marrakesh, with taxis costing around €20 each way. We were aware of this in advance and actually chose to stay here after spending time in the city, using it as a place to fully relax—so we didn’t venture out during our three-night stay. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for an escape where you can switch off and enjoy the surroundings

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about our stay, but there are a couple of small points worth mentioning. Breakfast, while nice, was limited to just one option (the Moroccan breakfast), despite the menu suggesting there were more choices available. This didn’t affect us too much given the short stay, but a bit more variety would definitely improve the experience. The shower pressure in the room could also have been better, which was a minor inconvenience. Lastly, the hotel is around a 25-minute drive from Marrakesh, with taxis costing about €20 each way. While we were aware of this in advance and chose the hotel specifically for a more secluded, relaxing stay, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning to travel back and forth frequently. Overall though, these were only small drawbacks and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Un peu loin de la ville

Cet hôtel est un petit bijou . Le cadre est magnifique et tout est très bien entretenu. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins . Karim le directeur est adorable et lui et son épouse se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire leurs clients quelle que soit la demande . Je recommande à 100%.

Peut être un petit peu loin du centre mais pour du repos et du calme c’est parfait . Salle de bains des chambres standards un peu petite.

Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein – wie eine kleine Oase. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten Halbpension, und die Küche war einfach fantastisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Chefs waren immer präsent, sehr herzlich und haben sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Nach unserer Rundreise war das der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – ihr wart einfach großartig!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement. Le personnel a été super du début à la fin : très attentionné, toujours disponible et d’une grande réactivité. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. L’hôtel est superbe, avec beaucoup de charme. Sa taille est idéale : suffisamment intimiste pour se sentir au calme, sans jamais avoir l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres.

Quelle belle surprise ! Entre Riad et hôtel… À 15/20 km de Marrakech, le service de navette de l’hôtel ( payant) vous permettra de vous y rendre très facilement et vous pourrez profitez du calme de l’hôtel , de sa piscine et de ses transats confortables ( pas la peine de réserver les transats…il y en pour tous). Le restaurant est très correct ainsi que le petit déjeuner marocain. Karim et son épouse et le personnel se plient en 4 pour votre confort avec une grande amabilité.

the outdoor area is really nice and well maintained, and the pool is great for relaxing. a big plus for the owner – very friendly and supportive, even offered us a free late check-out, which was a really nice gesture. the staff is really helpful, although communication in english was a bit difficult 😃 the food is good, and it’s great that the restaurant is open until 11 pm. the room is quite small, but still enough for a comfortable stay. there’s also some basic gym equipment available overall a very positive experience 😊

As a solo female traveller I felt extremely safe and comfortable at this hotel! The staff was amazing and super friendly and accommodating. The food was great and it was a much needed relaxing stay. Things to note - if you need the shuttle you need to give a heads up for timing and it would be good to have a couple of phrases in French/Arabic handy for basic asks just in case. But overall an amazing stay and I 100% would return.
