How clean and quiet the environment is. The facilities were satisfying and the staff (men) are reliable.

La personne à l'accueil s'est toujours montrée sympathique et souriante avec moi. La chambre était propre et la literie agréable.

L'hôtel est quand même très excentré du centre ville mais on le sait avant de réserver. En revanche, le premier jour, le petit déjeuner n'a pas été servi ce qui a étonné tous les clients de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas compris ce qui a posé problème car personne ne nous a réellement expliqué le soucis. Les autres jours le petit déjeuner était juste passable mais c'est déjà mieux que rien.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, kind, helpful and courteous! Could not fault staff in any way and it's because of the team this stay was amazing!

Room needed improvements as issues with lights not working, bidet drain was stuck (team did fix this!), generally decor in our room needed doing (paint flaking in sections) - in contrast, kids room was perfect!

Le manque de propreté et de netteté dans les prestations ! Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit et nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre où le lit était sale, rempli de poils.

Petit déjeuner, pain de la veille, n’avait pas trop le choix, il y a des jours où nous avons même pas déjeuné tellement que c’était pas bon

Endroit très calme, la chambre incroyable un palace très propre nourriture. Excellente le personnel accueillant merveilleux vraiment très gentil.

C’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé, mais c’est juste que c’est hyper loin du centre, et pour les jeunes qui aiment promener et profiter de Marrakech, l’hôtel est hyper loin et ça me coûtera plus cher en terme de Taxi

​I punti di forza: ​Piscina e relax: Il vero punto forte della struttura. L'ambiente è estremamente silenzioso, i clienti sono tranquilli e non c'è mai schiamazzo o baldoria. È il luogo ideale per chi vuole riposarsi davvero. ​Personale e sicurezza: Lo staff è molto gentile, anche se non parla italiano e la comunicazione a volte richiede un po' di sforzo. Nota di merito alla guardia all'ingresso: sempre attenta, attiva e rapidissima nell'aprire e chiudere la sbarra senza far attendere gli ospiti. ​Posizione e dintorni: Facile da trovare tramite Google Maps. La struttura si trova nella periferia più povera di Marrakech; ci tengo però a specificare che, nonostante il contesto umile, la gente del posto è brava e rispettosa: non ho mai subito fastidi o assistito ad atti criminali. (Nota sul traffico: il tragitto dall'aeroporto mostra una guida locale decisamente indisciplinata e fuori dalle regole, anche se incredibilmente non ho visto incidenti).

​I punti deboli: ​Pulizia della camera: Nota dolente all'arrivo. Sulle lenzuola erano presenti capelli non miei; sebbene non fossero molti, per sicurezza ho preferito stendere un asciugamano sopra prima di dormire. Il resto della stanza, fortunatamente, era pulito. ​Disposizione e comfort del bagno: Il wc e il bidet si trovano in una stanza separata rispetto alla vasca/doccia. Questa divisione in zone diverse della camera risulta parecchio scomoda. Inoltre, l'acqua calda impiega ben 10 minuti per attivarsi dopo l'apertura del rubinetto, con un notevole spreco. ​Colazione: Decisamente scarsa. C'è inoltre molta confusione sugli orari: il personale dà informazioni contrastanti sul fatto che inizi alle 7:00 o alle 8:00 (termina comunque alle 10:00). ​Servizi Spa: Per usufruire dei massaggi è necessario prenotare con diverse ore di anticipo, poiché il personale dedicato alla Spa non è presente fisicamente in struttura ma viene chiamato su richiesta.

Ce que j’ai aimé la piscine, la chambre et le calme. Mention spéciale à Mohcine et Adil pour leurs accueil.

Le seul petit bémol est l’oublie du nettoyage de chambre la veille du départ. Nous aurions aimé avoir au moins un changement de serviette après douche.

La vue sur la nature et le petit déjeuner même si quand j'ai demandé s'il était possible de le prendre à l'extérieur, sur la terrasse au-dessus de la piscine, on me l'a refusé.

J'ai du changer de chambre car la suite était trop bruyante (bruit de moteur au-dessus de la chambre) En revanche, le personnel a été très réactif et a su me proposer une autre chambre, cette fois-ci silencieuse.

La tranquillità e la pulizia

Nelle stanze (junior suite) mancava tutto. Neanche una penna e carta per scrivere. La cena inclusa nella prenotazione è da dimenticare anche se quel poco che si poteva ordinare era comunque buono, solo acqua e caffè solo a pagamento.

Personnel accueillant

Séjour décevant sur plusieurs points. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas et le débit d’eau était très faible, ce qui a rendu les douches compliquées. Le petit-déjeuner était également en dessous des attentes : œufs très froids, café froid… Dommage, car ces détails du quotidien font toute la différence sur un séjour.

Un week-end absolument parfait au G-Hôtel. Tout était réuni pour une expérience haut de gamme : un accueil chaleureux, une équipe professionnelle et attentionnée, et un service irréprochable du début à la fin. Les chambres sont impeccables, décorées avec goût, très confortables, et offrent une vraie sensation de bien-être. L’atmosphère de l’hôtel est à la fois élégante, apaisante et raffinée — exactement ce dont on a besoin pour se reconnecter et profiter pleinement du moment. Mention spéciale pour les petits détails qui font toute la différence : propreté irréprochable, qualité des équipements, et ambiance générale très soignée. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Aliments de mauvaise qualité. Le prix des plats cuisinés sur place est élevé par rapport à la qualité. La qualité des produits laisse vraiment à désirer..

Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique ! L'hôtel est très beau, facile d'accès et les suites sont très grandes.

The property room was nice

False advertising no amenities in the hotel, there was no room service for a 5 star hotel. Location is quite disappointing and property size is also quite small.

The staff were all friendly and the room was great and modern.

There was a lot of building work going on so the pool wasn’t open and the pool area was being worked on. This wasn’t advised before I booked

Breakfast was good and staff were lovely on the whole, tho a little incompetent in some cases.

Check in was a shambles and took 45 minutes with no queue as the rooms weren't ready. The taxi was nowhere to be seen on arrival at the airport. The communal areas of the hotel were always freezing as no heating on. Gym and pool unusable due to the cold also.

This is a beautiful boutique hote, especially the lovely large and comfortable bedrooms. The staff were excellent. Very attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious. My sister and I visited the lovely spa and had a Hamam. All in all, this was a fantastic break, and we felt very looked after. I was in Marakesh with my brother and sister following the loss of our mother, and this trip really helped. This was a great choice. The sunshine was the icing on the cake. All in all, this was a fantastic break, and we felt very looked after. Thank you, AG Hotel and Spa, We will definitely be visiting again.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was very far from the city, hence taxi fares were very high e.g. 500 MAD one way. Facilities were poor. Air conditioning was not working. Food was sub-standard and expensive.

The hotel was a luxurious 5-star hotel about 30mins from Marrakech, cleverly clean and superb staff. I proposed to my girlfriend in the hotel and the staff were very accommodating with the event company that did decorations and even helped out with a speaker and doing some acting to make the surprise even more special. She had no idea! I would highly recommend them they are a lovely hotel with great staff and great atmosphere.

It was a bit further outside Marrakech than I anticipated.

Spacious, peaceful, nice staffs, great services

Room is big but the layout is funny. Bathroom and shower room not close to each other which made me little bit uncomfortable. Also, there is no sign to the property from outside the road.

This hotel is fabulous. So comfy, spacious and in a lovely quiet location with no noise at night. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even on arrival at 7pm in the evening I was offered a coffee whilst I checked in. The room was a good size with a lot of space, and everything was in a good working order. Breakfast was generous and a lovely array of food. The outdoor space was beautiful - the Bedouin style seating under the canopies was a great touch - so were the outside tiki style bars.

As the hotel is approx 30 minute drive outside of Marrakech, ensure you have enough cash to pay for the taxi. The hotel does not have a cash machine, nor is there one nearby. I paid approx 120 MAD for each journey between the hotel and the city, so it can be costly if you do not have your own car.

The Swimming pool is very small doesn’t look like the pictures at all and not very clean. The food was very expensive and not that good. The rooms are so tiny. The staff are not professional. This is not a 5 stars hotel, i’ll give it 2 stars
