HOMELY - Executive Suite 72m2 -Sauna

A spacious apartment in a perfect location - very close to the train station, bars and restaurants. We loved having a sauna in the bathroom and used it every night.

Looked a bit outdated with walls needing to be refreshed.

The place was exactly as advertised. Full kitchen to make use of. Good beds and a nice sauna too. Location was great for access to the town and also close to the train station.

Some of the dining chair backs were broken.

L'emplacement de cet appartement est parfaitement adapté pour découvrir cette incroyable ville d'Helsinki ! Grâce à un chauffeur commandé à l'avance à l'aéroport, celui-ci nous a conduit directement à l'entrée de cet appartement, et l'accès aux clés via une boite sécurisée était parfaitement indiqué par nos hôtes. L'accès étant simple, la découverte de l'appartement a été top, parfaitement conforme aux photos dans le descriptif. Le sauna, même si cela reste courant en Finlande, et également un point trers positif dont nous avons pu jouir pleinement, pour le plus grand plaisir de mes filles et de mon épouse ! Nous avons pu quadriller la ville à pied, sa situation géographique étant parfaite pour cela. Cerise sur le gâteau : si vous adorez le shopping, les différentes boutiques et centres commerciaux de proximité vous vous ravira ! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Un point qui n'est pas du fait de l'appartement, et qui pourrait faire "peur" : l'accès à l'appartement via l'immeuble est peu flatteur, aux vues des prestations que l'on retrouve dans cet appartement. Même si l'hôte n'y peut rien, ne soyez pas inquiets par les 100 premiers mètres ! La (belle) surprise de l'appartement vous fera oublier cette entrée tristounette.

It was in a great location and the directions to access the property were easy to understand. The host was responsive to queries. Good value for money.

Yo provide better Washing powder, if possible

The 2nd bed in the living room, without bedsheet, without pillows, without blanket. Texted the host, at first very responsive to help us to get into the apartment. But after that, no response at all regarding the 2nd bed feedback. We found some pillows and a blanket in the cupboard but all without cover and they are dirty.... We have no choice but have to return the key back to the lockbox and texted the host without staying and move to friend's place to stay. In the winter cold and windy night, these really disappointing us.

La campana extractora no funcionaba bien, no tiene microondas, la llegada fue un poco complicada porque tienes que coger las llaves en un edificio y luego el apartamento está en otro

Sijainti oli täydellinen. Hintalaatu -suhde erittäin hyvä. Huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti.

Verhot oli ripustettu väärin ja repsottivat. Eteisessä repsotti johto. Makuuhuoneen "vaatehuone" lasiseinineen oli erikoinen ja epäkäytännöllinen ratkaisu. Keittiövälineitä ja astioita oli niukasti.

Super Locatie, kort bij het centrum. zeer proper en comfortabel! lekker warm bij aankomst! zeer vriendelijke gastheer, we waren vroeger geland en we hebben vroeger de bagage kunnen droppen, zonder meerkost, waarvoor dank!!!

Yleisvaikutelma oli vähän epäsiisti... Nuo kuvassa olleet kauniit verhot oli vaihdettu ikävästi "sinnepäin" roikkuviin ryppyisiin verhon näköisiin "lakanoihin"! Ja pohdimme, että olivatkohan liinavaatteet puhtaat... Kuvissa olevat kukat ja taulut oli poistettu asunnosta (...olisivat tuoneet lisää viihtyvyyttä meille esteetikoille)

Exceptional location! Really central, near the railway station and in the center of Helsinki. It was really easy to get in contact with the owner. It had all the facilities for a stay with family.

Ideal location. Next to nice park, old town, train station. Spacious apartment and can fit big family or two couples. Sauna a good option.

Little bit tired. Needs new curtains (to get good night sleep you need darkness in rooms), also some issues with electricity - especially ceiling lights do not work properly.

The location was perfect.

It would have been nice to have had a fan since we arrived at the end of the heat wave.

Eine tolle Lage - nur 200 m neben dem Hauptbahnhof von Helsinki, sehr ruhig, man schaut ins Grüne.

Das empfohlene Parkhaus hat zwar eine Einfahrt dicht bei der Ferienwohnung, aber die Ausgänge sind viel weiter entfernt. - Noch eine Kleinigkeit: Der Vorhang zur Abtrennung der Betten im Wohnraum ist viel zu kurz für diesen Zweck.

Excellent location, easy access. Sauna in the property was a great plus. Plenty of space and even a nice little enclosed balcony. Great views and quiet location which was perfect for us

Very little. Maybe a couple of instructions on how to use the Sauna as we guessed in the end so you could do damage to it if you did not know what you were doing.

The kitchen was the only nice thing about the apt.

The bedroom layout was interesting because the random closet area with the glass closet area is so weird. The check in was disorganized. The key wasn’t in the lockbox as per direction. We got to the location around 4:30p and didn’t get inside the apartment until close until 7pm.

Location was great. Sauna was great. Kitchen with lots of utensils and ice maker in fridge.

Smelt like cigarettes, but not sure if that was inside the building or the floor.

The second room is actually living room with a very tiny curtain which was broken and not covering even a bit of the room.

Communication with host was easy. The location of the apartment is very near to Helsinki Central Station (5 to 10 minutes walk). The apartment is fully stocked with utensils, towels etc. It is spacious and definitely good for families :)

Near to the transportations.

An over-priced property with little or rather not really helpful responds from host. Have requested for late check out from host but was totally ignored the question for TWICE. Chairs broken, fridge and cooking utensils not clean. Extra mattress put up at the living floor was dirty with hairs. So called bath amenities are the leftovers from others. It's a stressful that you need to clean up all the pots, pans and utensils before using it. 1st time after travelling all over the world, we have to do our own cleaning before settling in. Sauna not working well. Seek help with host and just sent a manual via message without another word. Wouldn't bother to contact Host anymore with the reluctant to communicate attitude.

Cosy flat with a wonderful view of the park. Good location to discover the city and feel at home.

Booked for work purpose. And WiFi was not usable at all. You had to stand right under the router to get any reception. Dissapointed. Had to book another place because we had calls scheduled.

Location was great and it was nice to have more space than in a hotel room. Fantastic being able to wash clothes even if the combo washer/dryer machine made it pretty painful.

The fridge did not work and we were asked if we could meet and let a repair man into the apartment. Since were didn't want to spend half of a day waiting we had no fridge for our stay. It would have been nice to have better curtains in the main room, since that was where the second bed was. Since there was only partial curtain, it was bright for a lot of your sleeping hours which is less than ideal.

Great place to stay very centrally in Helsinki right next to the central station and close to busses. Nice view to the park from the livingroom and kitchen. Bathroom with sauna. Quiet and clean place. Aleksi was a very responsive host. We would love to stay there again.

When we arrived at the accommodation, the host did not provide any information on how to enter the apartment. The main phone number to contact the host is not from Finland and had no whatsapp account, which made it difficult to contact the host. Finally, we were able to contact him and enter the apartment. Unfortunately, the place did not look like the pictures. It was dirty (hair on the matras, food on the ground, bathroom not cleaned properly, ... ) and there were not enough curtains, which was very disappointing since the sun shines almost the whole day and night in June. Overall we did not like the environment. Because of all these reasons we decided not to sleep in this place and booked something else.

Excellent location, smooth arrival, spacious living room, well equipped kitchen.

The shadowing in the bedroom was unsatisfactory and the needed basic curtains were simply missing in the living room. That meant we all had to sleep together in the bedroom and it was still too bright to sleep well so the sleeping quality was poor. Only one key is provided to the apartment. That situation needed more difficult logistics when we were planning the days. The sauna heating was not efficient, it was impossible to heat up over 65 degrees although we all know the Finnish sauna starts over 80 degrees Celsius. So the sauna was cold while the whole bathroom was heated up.

Beds not particularly comfortable- curtains also inadequate. Light switches unpredictable.

The best part about this apartment is location. It's only 15 min walk to the most important things You can see and do in Helsinki. We though we will use saune but we had no time. Flat has very good manual, and everything was well described. It's on 5th floor so it's quiet.

I've traveled to many places across Europe and in the most of them with flat You will get small bottles of shampoo, soap etc. But in this apartmanet there were none.

The location is fantastic. The apartment is in the building beside the Scandic hotel  next to the central railway station. The directions with gods were easy to follow. Everything was ready on time, the apartment to clean and everything in it worked. We enjoyed the sauna. The apartment is beautiful and the The beds are excellent.  I can highly recommend this apartment and next time I’m in Helsinki I am going to see if I can read it again

I wouldn't advice to come with a car, not an easy neighborhood to drive around or park.

Location was great, the host was friendly. Sofa had a matress top to sleep more comfortable.

Bathroom had 2 doors and one did not have lock. Beware of weird moments

Took a while to enter as a wrong message was shared fir getting the keys. Rooms pretty dull, without decorations.

Super location, and easy to reach. it was indeed quite confusing to find the correct location for the key. Even if you are at the key-collecting place, I needed a bit more support to get the key.

Sauna instruction could be more explicit as the stone stove combines a timer and a time scheduler. The modern oven can be pretty tricky to use in microwave mode. A kettle is indeed necessary.
