Location, hot tub was class and Susie was very welcoming and friendly.

The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable.

My partner and I had the most wonderful overnight stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a cozy night in — soft bedding, thoughtful touches, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Upon arrival, I contacted the phone number provided to query about the location as it wasn’t well signposted. I was given very brief info on the phone, very hard to understand and seemed very blunt and uninterested. Keys needed to be received from a pub and a tour was provided around the pod. When booking it was not stated that the pod was above a pub. During our tour around the pod, the pub worker mentioned that the hot tub cover could only be pulled halfway back due to it being broken. We paid for use of the full hot tub, not half. The pub worker removed the half lid and the water in the hot tub was full of floaters and dirt. The owner explained that the dirt was coming from the pipes, however, she seemed completely un phased by this and the polystyrene was from the lid. Hot tub was not well maintained and was genuinely disgusting. I would have appreciated a disclaimer prior to booking regarding only being able to use half of the hot tub, the location being above a pub, and I would’ve appreciated the bare minimum of a clean hot tub. We left the hot tub 1 hour after arrival as we couldn’t use the hot tub because it was extremely dirty, so the only other options was to leave it sit on the bed for the rest of the evening as there was no other seating area. The owners clearly take no pride in the pod and hot tub.

Really friendly hosts, came up to tell us all about the pod and the hot tub. Very comfortably room and hot tub. Great location, close to Malin head and Derry and other tourist areas. Lots of places to eat and drink in Carndonagh

The hot tub was fabulous, so clean and so warm!! Lovely. The bed and tv were great. Bed was very squeaky when moving so not ideal if you move in your sleep but it was fine. The radiator was great as it heated the property very quickly.

Unfortunately the noise levels are extreme but that can't be avoided and is not the fault of the hosts! It's above a bar so that was to be expected but unfortunately there were some fights last night with people shouting into all hours of the morning. (Again, not the hosts fault). Some shampoo in the bathroom would be ideal - other than that, cannot fault it! Lovely spot :)

The hot tub was amazing and the property was gorgeous.

The wifi isn’t the best, the tv had no wifi, I would just recommend a wifi booster for the pod. Shower is a bit unconventional as the water goes everywhere, a shower curtain could help.

Location is town centre, staff pleasant.

When we booked I wasn’t aware that it was above a beer garden. We stayed nite of all Ireland final so noise levels were extreme, music played u til 2am, unable to use hot tub until next morning. Facilities were basic, no table r chairs to sit at, bed squeezed just to sit on it, no Tv r even radio

Loved our 1 night stay, met Suzie and she took us to the pod. She was lovely, and showed us how hot tub worked and gave us suggestions for dinner in the area. The pod was so cosy, everything you needed to have a lovely night. The hot tub was class and clean. There is a little heater for when you come in from the hot tub. It is above a bar but that made it more fun, we were in the hot tub listening to the band from the bar. Couldnt fault this pod, we will be back again.

An amazing property, spotlessly clean, beautiful hot tub , pod in a perfect location, lovely restaurants and bars close by! Very comfortable bed, had two great nights sleep, hosts extremely helpful! Can’t wait to come back again

No telly and extremely noise as it's up over a pub. Would love to stay again as it's so lovely but unfortunately the noise was so bad from the pub no sleep was had .

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pod was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee and tea available, as well as towels and a hairdryer. The hot tub was great! It is located behind the arch bar but it still feels private.

Everything was good about the property, location is great as it’s in the town of Carndonagh. The WiFi wasn’t working at all properly so we didn’t have the use of our phones or IPad even just to watch a movie as their wasn’t any telly or anything the pod. But the hot tub was clean and in perfect working order and the pod itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There wasn’t any cutlery 🍴 so I would advise maybe people bring their own. It’s also situated over a pub, so I would just maybe make people more aware of this when booking.

Easy found good location everything that was needed was either there or near by.

Outdoor hot tub was excellent , hospitality was excellent. Susie was such a great host.

Outside door of cabin was hard to open and close , room was cold at night as heater couldn't be left on due to fire hazard .

I liked the privacy and the fact that you could come and go as you wanted with your own key

A mini fridge would be a good addition and a shower curtain wouldn't go astray

Fab location in the middle of town with everything within walking distance. The people of Carndonagh are very friendly and good craic. We had a lovely host she was the sister of the owner she had let us into the pod and jaccuzzi was all set to go.

Pillow and mattress protecters would be good and maybe something to stop the water going all over the floor when showering like a glass door even half way up from ground.

A wee hidden gem right in the centre of Carndonagh. Booked last minute and it was everything I was hoping for. We arrived and there was a small issue with the pod but we were served a complimentary drink at the Arch bar and in no time it was ready. Shout out to Sally, the barmaid and Suzy who showed us the pod. Both very friendly and accommodating. Private, secure, cosy and comfortable what more could you want

A bit noisy at night but it was a Saturday night. Not even the noise from people at the bar, like extractor fan noise or a generator or something but we were tired and we still slept. No fridge so maybe bring a cooler box or something to keep your drink cool.

The pod and hot tub was amazing, in a private space with an amazing view of the mountains in the distance. Loads of shops and restaurants on your door step. I can't recommend it enough. Special big thanks to Susie, amazing host. We will be booking or next stay very very soon. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature and was ready get into on arrival. Clean warm and comfortable bed.
