Die Unterkunft ist modern, komfortable und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist unschlagbar nähe Einkaufladen, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nahe dem Weihnachtsmanndorf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Everything in the house is perfect. Big space and clean. Very warm and lovely house. The owner is very friendly. Close to Santa’s clause village. 25 min walk, 3-5min drive.

Villa Tervas is a beautiful modern house, very clean, well maintained and equipped. Paulus, the host ist super friendly and attentive and tries to make your stay as comfortable and perfect as possible. Santa´s village is a beautiful 20 minutes walk through a forest away.

Beautifully decorated property in an ideal location. Felt really warm and cosy.

Some areas had left over stuff that hadn’t been cleaned - in kitchen cupboards used beer can for example.

The property is very well kept, clean and enough of everything for a very comfortable stay. Exceeded our expectations.

Our stay had many great aspects. We really liked that the bathroom had two shower heads, and the sauna was spacious and lovely. The layout of the home was well thought out, with the dressing room separating the bedroom, which we appreciated. The open-plan living room and kitchen flowed nicely, making the space feel welcoming and comfortable.

However, there were a few things that could be improved. None of the mugs had handles, which might be something to consider. The bedroom had a cot and an extra single bed, which we hadn’t requested. This made the space feel cramped, as we had to squeeze past the cot to access one side of the bed. The mattress in the main bedroom was very thin, almost like a bed topper, and the pillows were quite flat, which caused us neck pain in the mornings—something that could be improved for better comfort. Additionally, we only received the WiFi details on the second day after requesting firewood, which made us feel like the hosts weren’t fully prepared for our stay. Addressing these points would make the experience even better for future guests.

This villa is absolutely excellent, offering all the facilities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is conveniently located close to Santa Claus Village and a supermarket, making it perfect for both sightseeing and everyday necessities. The property itself is well-maintained, spacious, and beautifully designed, providing a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

Large house, spotlessly clean, Fantastic location, a 20 minute beautiful scenic walk to Sant Village. 8 min walk to supermarket. Sledges to borrow. Downloaded the Wolt app for shopping and takeaway. Toiletries and cleaning products provided alongside bedding and towels.

The single beds are only 2ft singles so are small for adults and only had 2inch mat style mattress that falls off as you move, There's plenty of space for 3ft beds. Only one small pillow per bed, I had to roll a cot duvet up for a higher pillow. Cups had no handles for hot drinks so had to wrap them in kitchen towel to hold.

The property is extremely spacious and warm with all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay.

The place is very clean and the facility is well lay out. pleasant place to stay in with comfortable bed.

was told the place to put shampoo broke and was not repaired. we had to place all our toilet utilities on floor which is kind of weird. anyway, the host had inform us that it will be fixed soon. just a small work around. all is good.

Location was close to supermarket and activities. Brand new house. Quite residential area.

The accommodation really is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Everything was pristine with absolutely everything a family group would need. Is only 8 mins walk to a well stocked supermarket. It's 5 mins drive to santa park and another 3 along to Santa Clause Village.

I couldn't fault this accommodation in any way

Cozy home away from home. Comfy beds. Location can't be beat. Would definitely return if we visit Rovaniemi again!!
