Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Bardzo miła i spokojna okolica, atutem był blisko położony przystanek autobusowy i sklep. W domu było ciepło, choć na zewnątrz padało i było chłodno. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Łóżka mogłyby być bardziej wygodne, ale to drobiazg. Właściciele byli dostępni podczas pobytu. Bardzo dużym atutem była dla nas sauna:)
Łóżka mogłyby być bardziej twarde. Poza tym był problem z otwieraniem drzwi balkonowych.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Estuvimos como en casa en el alojamiento. Milla es un amor y estuvo en todo momento disponible para nosotros. Mil gracias por todo! Recomiendo muchísimo el alojamiento, está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de Satna Village y del resto de atracciones (fuimos en agosto de 2026).
Que tuvieramos más días para quedarnos :-P Todo en orden, nada que objetar.

La ubicación en una zona residencial muy tranquila con bosque alrededor y cerca de rovaniemi y del pueblo de santa Claus. Nos gustó muchísimo. Buenas relación calidad precio.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Ex-rovaniemeläisenä koin sijainnin täys kymppinä: tästä on todella helppo lähteä Rovaniemen eri kohteisiin autolla. Lapsuudesta tuttu Syväsenvaara kivenheiton päässä, ihanat ulkoilumaastot, josta huikeat näköalat! Sellaisille matkailijoille, jotka haluavat kävellä, on Joulupukin pajakyläkin pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Asunto oli viihtyisä, siisti ja siellä oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme 8:n yön reissullamme. Hyvä sauna.
Ainoa asia, mitä näin kesäaikaan kaipaisin, on pimennysverhot, koska Lapin kesä! 😁

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Great location, less than 10 min drive from Rovaniemi city centre. Host was helpful with question. Check-in and check-out was easy. Clean and modern apartment and well-equipped. Some shelfing might need some fixing (the doors on the 2 L-shaped cabinets was loose and kept jamming the door for the disposals). Not a big issue. Recommend this place.

Voimakas homeen haju ulkovaraston ja tuulikaapin välisellä alueella. Asuntoon asettuessa ja tuulikaapin väliovea kiinni pitäessä haju ei onneksi enempää häirinnyt.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Lovely clean apartment, very easy check in process. It is walking distance to a supermarket and there is a bus stop just outside. The apartment had everything we needed and Milla was very responsive.
Nothing I didn't like and nothing that would stop me booking again, the only thing I would have liked if the temperature could have been controlled within the cabin rather than centrally controlled, due to the rising temperatures the radiators in the living area did not come on during our stay and I found it cold in the evenings

The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—just a short distance from Santa Claus Village and with a grocery store conveniently nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place stayed warm and welcoming throughout our winter visit. The private sauna was an absolute highlight, adding that authentic Finnish touch to our experience. We also appreciated the practical amenities: having a washing machine and drying rack made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. Highly recommended!

A nice living room with a kitchen with all the appliances you would need. Also there was sauna and a covered parkingspace. All was great. It is quite a distance away from the city center so a rental car came in very handy.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026It's simply perfect for a family like ours (2+2). The apartment is clean and surprisingly warm (it was really cold outside). We got clear instructions from the host. It seems like the owner thought of everything guests may need. You just arrive, unpack, go to a nearby supermarket to buy some food and drinks and you're all set up for a nice stay in Rovaniemi. And the Northern Lights are included! You just step out the door and look up. No need to pay for "aurora hunting". The only problem I have now is that my sons want me to arrange a Finnish sauna at home, because they enjoyed it so much... 😉

Der Flughafen, das weihnachtsmanndorf als auch Lebensmittel Läden sind mit dem Auto innerhalb 10-15 min erreichbar. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Schlitten sind dauerhaft zugänglich. Ein Parkplatz hat jedes Haus zugewiesen {sehr übersichtlich}. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar Polarlichter über unserem Häuschen gesehen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Out of town which meant less light pollution but close enough. We saw the northern lights up above and were a short walk from a small supermarket. Heaps of space and a pile of sleds laying around which meant that we spent our days sledding with the kids. With the addition of a lovely, spacious, clean cabin with a sauna to boot meant that we were comfortable to also spend time inside.
After a night or two my back started to hurt from the bed as I would say the beds are relatively basic.

The house was marked just with the alphabet...took a while to figure out!! (with snow and temp -20°C!) as there were many with the same alphabet. Could easily be clearly marked 1A. The door lock system (might be the norm in Finland but wasn't the easiest to figure out) Sauna on and off need not be this difficult.
