Room was clean, neat and elegant, warm water awesome, comfy bed awesome full house room. Great view of surrounding. Awesome room lighting and kitchen stuffs was great.

Tv had no signal I couldn't watch my favorite matches 😭😭 no place to smoke

I assumed there were 2 bathrooms but it was only 1 which was our fault but the apartment was fine

We loved the place as a whole ,we also loved the outside view. We had access to Netflix as well.

The towels and the couch was dirty and the sewage smell outside our apartment.

Water was coming out of the shower when you take a bath, the was unpleasant smell when we got in and beddings need to be upgraded

The property was beautiful and clean. Very refreshing to walk in to. The fact that the host was able to assist me with my request made my life easier. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth 👌.

Property location is good

The host is very careless about the property. The main bedroom bed is not good at all. You might end up in the hospital if you sleep on that bed. Washing machine not working. The corridor was full of sewage spillage and smelly.

The location is a big highlight — it’s within easy walking distance of Ballito Junction, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The apartment is tastefully decorated and feels modern. There are great TV streaming options available. Our kids absolutely loved the splash pool on the rooftop, which was a wonderful extra and added to the overall experience.

While our stay was comfortable overall, there were a few small areas that could be improved. We were accustomed to daily housekeeping when booking through Booking.com, so it would have been nice to have a cleaning service during our stay. For a family of four, the number and size of towels provided were a bit limited, as we were mainly given smaller towels. In addition, the main bedroom did not have curtains, which meant the room became quite bright early in the morning and offered less privacy than expected.

The Bed was very very bad and uncomfortable makes you miss your home,it needs a change lot of springs 😴 noise,kitchen basic cutlery needs to be added, grater ,egg flipper, owner staff like injections to be locked in the drawers it was spoiling everything. Needs electric kettle, dishwasher was very dirty and smelly ,no dish rank on the sink,

Convenient location for where we needed to be and was neat and tidy

Hard to see, especially at night and the address noted doesn’t take to the right gate. There were no curtains in the second bedroom which means no sleeping in past sunrise :(

Very quiet, clean area with alot of privacy. Host ensured entertainment in every living area is available to allow for work and entertainment in different spaces. Well recommended accomodation.

The view was amazing, and the aircon was very necessary. There was a massive TV in each room, which was impressive, but we didnt have time to watch tv due to work. The wifi was good too. The pool was nice.

There were no blinds or curtains in the lounge or one bedroom, which made the room unbelievably hot and impossible to sleep beyond the sunrise. The smell in the passage was not pleasant, probably due to no ventilation. The strange modular sofa in the lounge is not condusive to watching tv or relaxing. There was very little body wash in the shower, and then the handsoap container broke. The light in the bathroom also stopped working on our last night, but there was an emergency light in the cupboard. Each evening when we arrived home, there were at least 4 baby cockroaches waiting for us in the kitchen. We had to dig around in the cupboards to find sunlight & a sponge. There were 4 hand towels and only 1 bath towel, but the owner arranged to have more brought the next day. Inside of the freezer was also dirty, and there were some clothing items in one of the cupboards in the bedroom and personal medication in the kitchen drawer.

Nice apartment, i liked that it has aircons, it was clean and i loved the views and the reading material.

The location was very good. I loved the apartment because it was so modern with all the right amenities.

I did not have the pin to get into the key box. And there were no curtains in the main room which is very unusual.

The spa was 2 floors below.

The host was unreachable. Dirty bedding (found hairs inside the bedding), towels has stains and we were only given one large towel for 3 people. The sofas were uncomfortable and dirty plus it’s not suitable for more than 2 guests.

No curtains on the sliding doors, no linen on the 2nd bedroom where the sliding door is. Just bed sheets qnd a throw. But either that that, everything was good.

I liked everything. This was such a beautiful apartment. Clean, advanced from decor, kitchen ware. My friends and I would definately come back again because wow....absolute perfection.

We were racially profiled by one of the neighbour's who made us feel very uncomfortable. While this was a girls trip, it wasn't one of those groove sessions. No noise or parties. It was just a relaxing weekend for sisterhood and honestly she almost ruined it for us...

The apartment was beautiful and well managed. Even though I got there early, I was able to access the apartment. Tranquility of the location. Everything was within walking distance re: malls etc. The host had a collection of great books to read.

There were cockroaches and a smell outside the apartment. We were told there was a drainage problem close by, the owner fumigated regularly.

No champagne/ wine as per the listing and on the welcome board in the apartment The washing machine was broken, had a huge part out There were clothes in the one cupboard, it should have been locked

Everything was well kept, neat and accomodating. Tvs in each room,spa is just one floor below. And everything in balito is minutes away from the location

The apartment was modern, spacious, and clean! It was close to everything, which made driving around pretty convenient. It's pet friendly and has an elevator - making travelling with a senior pets a lot easier. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. Overall, the apartment is equipped with all necessities that one would need.

The property was exceptionally clean . Loved the attention to detail that made it truly feel like a home away from home . Property was well equipped with everything that one would need when going away . The apartment felt luxurious and the decor is stunning . The host Vusi was extremely attentive and replied to all of my queries and catered to every request .

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property other than wishing I had booked for longer

The unit was very clean. The kitchen utensils were excellent for a self-catering unit.

The unit has an overwhelming sewage smell possibly from broken or poorly installed plumbing. The unit does not have curtains in the lounge and more importantly in the bedroom letting outside lighting from other buildings and street and shockingly from passing vehicles throughout the night. This is very important. The Kitchen did not have kitchen towels at all! The lounge sitting arrangement not conducive for two people to sit and watch TV
