Reviewed Sep 13, 2026It’s clean . And very the safe.
I thoughts it’s a walking distance to the beach. Only to find out that I have to request an Uber. Wish you could update your cutlery, add some whisk especially for people that like to cook pap.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Very central estate with a nice entertainment center on the property with a pool and restaurant. The apartment was simple, neat and everything that was needed. Would definitely book there again.
I was sceptical of uploading my ID photos via a link sent from the property via WhatsApp but we decided to arrive at the property just to double check with security there first before giving this information and it was legit. So we paid the breakable deposit and uploaded all our detials via the link and we got access to the apartment.

I didn’t see the deposit fee price extra needed to be paid as a condition when making the booking .maybe I missed it but would be nice for it to be included or brought into a customer’s attention before hand

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Nothing much
My stay was disappointing. The couch and pillows had a very bad smell, which made the space uncomfortable. The toilet sink wasn’t working, and on top of that, you are required to pay an extra cleaning fee, yet the place was not clean when I arrived. Overall, the property needs a lot of improvement before it can be recommended.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025Stylish, serene, spotless and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could have asked for, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge areas, and comfortable bedroom. this property exceeded expectations Top-notch amenities, gorgeous views, and a truly relaxing experience from start to finish. The location was ideal peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to local attractions, restaurants, and beaches. It provided the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. What we loved most was the attention to detail: from fresh linens and toiletries to fast Wi-Fi It felt like a true home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
The stay was wonderful overall, though we did notice the kitchen lacked basic knives, which made cooking a bit tricky. Loved the villa, but it could use a set of kitchen knives for cooking.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025The living room, kitchen area and balcony were lovely.
Unfortunately the entire experience was marred by the dreadful mould on the bathroom ceiling and some on the bedroom ceiling. I am highly allergic to mould. When I complained, the host did offer to move me to other accommodation. However, that accommodation was for half the amount I paid and stipulated a shared bathroom. I was in Ballito for training and decided to endure it as moving was just too exhausting to consider.
