It is comfortable and feels like home.

It has some strange smell.

Location was convenient with some good food options around.

The air conditioning wasn't working at full capacity but was comfortable enough for the duration of the stay

Clean, nice layout and good location. Great amenities provided in the unit.

All of the unit's air-con was a bit warm despite putting on the lowest temperature, probably didn't service for a while. But I'm still giving highest rating for the stay.

Location is easy to travel within KL and Selangor. Pet Friendly is most important for my furkid. Cleanliness for whole room. Reasonable price.

The fan malfunctioned. Light of lamp some is not working.

The host was excellent! When I requested two parking slots, he readily provided them. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary items, including cooking utensils, shampoo, and soap, making the stay incredibly convenient.

Everything was good. And the trip started on a happy note with the property and location being very nice.

Although we had provided our credit cards at the time of booking and prior to arrival, we were caught by surprise when the owner insisted on being paid in cash. It’s ok if we were told beforehand but it came as a surprised and soon they started acting like thugs to collect the money. Told them that paying them was not an issue but we just had to ascertain that booking.com will not deduct payment through our credit card. Told them it would have been better if they listed their property with a notice for payment onsite and in cash this would have been clear and avoided misunderstandings. But they kept pestering for immediate payment and acted like gangsters even though we told them please wait and that we had already provided a credit card guarantee through booking.com. We finally made cash payment after making some checks. Only then did they back off. During all these while we did not physically meet anyone or was able to verify if the people that we are talking to were the real representative of the owner….this could we turn out to be a scam. We hope booking.com would close the loop on such incidents as there is no way for the guess to verify the authenticity of such claims or if the people we are talking to are authorised personnel.

One of my best stays. Equipped with almost everything. The place is so clean. Host is very helpful in entertaining queries. Great place to leisure with family.

A bit of sewage smell in the toilet despite the air freshner. But bearable.

The location was good. Theres alot of cafes and restaurant near this area.

The airconditioner not working well. Too humid and hot.

Host is nice and responsible, attentive to details. The unit is complete with all basic equipment, That seldom others will provide cloth hanger. Quiet n big duplex, 2 seperated room with big bed, each room attached with bathroom, no need waiting others that using. Very Nice ,comfortable unit.

The 2rooms with 2 queen sized beds are comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are well equipped & clean. The pantry is suitable for simple, quick cooking. Check in was easy but the staff are not well versed in English so communication was abit challenging. Overall was a pleasant stay. Tq host for responding to enquiries quickly.

The location is easily accessible but eating places & convenience shop is not reachable by foot.or can be found in 10 mins walk.

The location was great! Lots of restaurants downstairs and best of all, pet friendly.

Even though the entire The Hub SS2 was pet friendly, you aren't allowed to step on the grass patch (humans and pets). Therefore you need to bring your pet out onto the main road to relieve themselves, which defeats the purpose of having the entire place pet friendly.

I love the privacy and security didn’t always bother you when go to pool or when try to park and so on. They just simply assist you when needed. The house quite clean and got most of stuff u need like cutlery/heater/microwave/washing machine/towel.

For walk distance, There’s no self service laundry nearby. No mall nearby as well Quite far from Bukit Bintang (~30min drive w toll) P/s: good thing far from traffic.

1- the smell of the toilet. 2- the parking lots are quite messy. i spent some time to find the correct parking lot. and i even parked at the wrong floor.

Bright and Comfy home feeling, easy check in & check out process, good location.

Very comfortable apartment. Had all the necessities prepared. Convenient place for food and easy enough to get a Grab car.

A little dusty at certain corners and a few light bulbs needed replacing. One of the mattress on the beds was sunken and will need replacing.

The property is located in a very calm and quiet location. It was very well kept tidy and neat

The rooms and facilities are excellent.

There is an issue with one of the toilets that the management is aware of and trying to fix. No credit card payment.

Clean. Easy check in & out Good choices of food in the hub. A coffee shop next to it serves good local food esp the hakka noodles.

Stench in both bathrooms. Pillows are too soft
