Location and the price

Toilet with weird smell, toilet’s ventilation fan with squeaky sound, the ceiling fan above bed speed 1-3 very slow only set to 4 then can get normal speed.

Sometimes it's very hard to get the keys from letter box..can't see the kod number...very blurry

Host was cocky and argumentative, when queried did not try to make the guest feel welcomed. Only provided 1 day's drinking water and instant coffee, even though the stay was for 4 days. Not many choices of restaurants within walking distance.

Unit itself was well equiped with all the necessary amenities like full functioning kitchen, washing machine and laundry detergent. Very efficient and convenient check in process. Location was excellent and the view was beautiful.

Unit was dusty when I checked in. There was animal fur everywhere, in the bedroom, couch and even kitchen, but no vacuum cleaner provided. Had to sweep it up myself. Apartment pool was very dirty (slimy tiles and flies).

Location easy to access. Guide to the location and parking is clear. Condo surrounded by some cafe, restaurant, and convenient store within walking distance. Host also given early check in 👍🏽

Aircon water leaking. The bathroom shower area should preferably be enclosed to prevent water from splashing into other parts of the bathroom.

The location is convenient, with easy access to various parts of PJ. We also enjoyed the cafés and dining options at The Hub, which added to the overall convenience of the stay.

The walls/floors seem quite thin. We stayed in the lower unit and could clearly hear noise from the occupants above, including footsteps and movement. The décor could also benefit from a refresh. The floral curtains and some of the furnishings felt a little dated, and a more neutral, contemporary style would make the space feel brighter and more appealing.

Place is convenient, easy to find food and call grab to go around. Downstairs have cafe and restaurants

The toilet has some foul smell, the water damages the toilet door and got stain. I have feedback to management that the table outside the toilet has some damage on the corner and cut my arm. Maybe management can check the furniture more frequently

Everything was commendable, ranging from good to excellent. TQ very much to Mr Tan!! A very considerate owner of the unit ! Even the cleaner team was great.

location and size of the room

I was informed few hours before check-in that wifi is down and the repairman can only come and check the following day. I arrived at the location after the check-in hours thinking I can check-in immediately. Followed the check-in procedures but the access card is not where its supposed to be. Contacted the property and told me they are doing final check of the property and need to wait for 10mins. The 10 mins became more than 30 mins. The toilet smells weird

the toilet tiles like slippery a bit. Need to take care of that.other that that it's all fine.

Check in process was easy, the room was spacious and clean. Unit was high up so it was nice and quiet.

The toilet was small and the wooden sliding door was right beside the shower, causing water damage and the door to peel and rot. The showerhead was also split so the water sprays in two directions, the toilet had a bit of a weird humid smell too.

I love the fittings in the unit. Clean kitchen containing sufficient tools that is required for light cooking. Love the fact the kitchen is fitted with filtered water dispenser. Appreciated that washing machine is of good standard and it comes with liquid detergent.

Didn't quite like the small sofa set and the bed would have been great if it was of a larger size.

The location is very nice lots of places and things nearby. The check-in/ out procedure given was super clear. Facilities also very good.

As a very hygenic person, I am very sensitive when it comes to bathroom cleanliness. Lots of white stain on the toilet floor, the dustbin inside kitchen was wet and have some garbage water very smelly. I think whoever the owner hire for the cleaning service should be fired immediately and better get refund.

Foul smell in toilet..need to resolve. Either ventilation or chokage issue.

樓下有可以吃的餐廳，但是很貴。

房間內有上一間房客的頭髮，衛浴簡陋、廚房有幾隻螞蟻，還有幾隻果蠅在廚房跟廁所飛來飛去，跟照片上的房間完完全全不一樣。跟房務人員說了有頭髮，當天就回覆了，但沒有馬上處理，隔天早上才給我一個答案，感受很不好。

Everything was well organised, from instructions to check in to the way the unit was set up, the guard's friendly attitude, the clean and comfortable unit, bedding, kitchen, living area. Satisfied with what was given.

Though bathroom was very clean, it's the way the unit was built that may have contributed to the air flow inside the bathroom. Hence there is some staleness.

during my stay, above room had rented out, you could listen to walking steps, luggage dragging, things dropping and etc.

There is a building sewage problem. Have stayed here ranging a few units and some of them have a horrible stench.

Plenty of breakfast choices. Central location in PJ. The unit given to us is good. No noise level heard as previous unit. Parking at B1 was acceptable.

Noise at night heard at master bedroom & living hall for this 11-03A unit. Parking lot at B2 is too deep down. Price at The Hub SS2 seems to have gone up compared to last year similar period

The location was nice and the city view was amazing! The place was clean and comfortable too!

The bathroom door handle was broken.The door will open by itself after you close it. Plus the movie apps in the tv box can't watch any movie.

Allowed me to early check in which was very helpful to me because i was carrying perishable goods (food that needs to be refrigerated)

This unit wasn't as clean and tidy as the previous unit that we had stayed 2 nights ago. Several issues that we highlighted to the host upon checking in.

Very easy to access. Just use one card for parking, lift and room.

Only the towel got little smelly like damp.

The quiet yet convenient to us in PJ as we have a car. No noise from motorcycles or cars cruising the road at night. Host is very detailed, right down to tissue paper not just in the bathroom but in the living room too; hand soap not just in the bathroom but at the kitchen sink too, and the toilet paper was of good quality!

Only about the bathroom, slight sewage smell. Will also appreciate another mirror somewhere in the apartment other than the toilet.
