Il pavimento davvero rumoroso, la doccia ha bisogno di migliorie e perde acqua fuori, il bagno veramente minimal, senza neanche un appoggio. Inoltre l'aria condizionata non funzionava, sarebbe stata davvero necessaria perché abbiamo preso giorni davvero caldi a Porto.

Nie otrzymałam kodów z dostępem do apartamentu. Dopiero po rozmowie telefonicznej i okazało się że apartament jest obok tego który był wskazany w ofercie. Był to bardzo duży stres. Nie działała klimatyzacja tylko wiatrak, który był bardzo głośny i nie można było spać. W czasie jak byliśmy w nocy było ok 30 stopni Celsjusza. To był bardzo duży mankament. Nie polecę tej lokalizacji że wzglądu na klimatyzację i brak komunikacji. Lokalizacja dobra.

Unfortunately the description on Booking stated that there was a ‘separate bedroom’. There was not! There is no door between the living area and sofa bed and bed area. No window in the bed area. So there is no privacy for example, if two couples rented the property, using sofa bed and bed area. Very small TV.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Leider haben die Unzulänglichkeiten der Unterkunft, der sehr aufwendige, unerfreuliche und am Ende wenig erfolgreiche Reklamationsprozess unseren Urlaub so beeinträchtigt, dass ich hier nichts eintragen kann.
Wir haben 2 Wohnungen mit Terrasse gebucht und 2 Wohnungen mit wenig ansehnlichem Hinterhausbalkon erhalten. Der Vermieter hat behauptet, es sei die Kategorie, die wir gebucht haben, obwohl unsere Bestätigung eindeutig Terrasse ausweist. Eine der Wohnungen war schlicht nicht bewohnbar. Eine durchgebrochene Toilettenbrille, ein abgerissener Toilettendeckel, viel Schimmel, ekelerregende Verschmutzung im Bad, stark verunreinigte Dusche, etc. Der Vermieter bot nach langem Hin und Her ein anderes Zimmer an. Letztendlich haben wir ein Zimmer zur belebten Straße und komplett ohne Balkon nehmen müssen. Es hat mich während des Urlaubs viel wertvolle Zeit gekostet, um ein Minimum beim Vermieter zu erreichen. Einsicht hat er keine gezeigt. Die Kompensation, die wir jetzt nachträglich über booking erhalten, steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der unterirdischen Leistung, dem Zeitaufwand während des Urlaubs und dem Ärger.

Le service est parfait et je remercie grandement les personnes que j’ai eu au téléphone qui sont parfaite ! Je viens en tout cas 1-2x par année à porto pour regarder les matchs du fc porto et je reviendrai toujours dans ces appartements tant que ça restera comme ça ! Merci beaucoup c’est toujours un plaisir !

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Posizione centralissima, disponibilità del personale straordinaria. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima, anche se l'alloggio non era ancora pronto. Grandezza dell'appartamento, comodità del letto. Pulizia nel complesso buona. Particolare da non sottovalutare per la sicurezza, è anche la presenza di un estintore e una coperta copri-fiamma.
Il bagno è stato ricavato da box posizionati al centro. Forse sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia del bagno (per es. erano presenti segni di muffa e ruggine sui bordi della doccia e nel doccino). L'appartamento è ristrutturato in edificio storico, con scale e pavimenti in legno. Questo può aver influito anche sulla insonorizzazione: per quanto si possa fare attenzione, camminando si sente tutto.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Check in fácil incluso fuera del horario, con instrucciones claras. Check out fácil. Personal super simpático y amable. Comunicación rápida, y profesional. Ubicación excelente. Se puede ir andando y visitar todo Oporto a pie y fácil. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Dejaron amenities como café, té y azúcar.
El suelo suena muchísimo cada vez que andabas sobre él. Se escucha el ruido de los otros apartamentos de encima, ya que si caminaban nos despertaban porque sonaba el suelo y se escuchaba muchísimo. La ducha no estaba del todo limpia (el papel pintado de la ducha estaba medio roto y caído a trozos lo cual daba mala impresión....) y solo dejaron un rollo de papel de wc para 2 días y dos personas.

Reviewed May 23, 2026The location was very good. It was a quiet area. There were 3 very good restaurants next to the hotel. Almada 331 across the street is excellent. The owner is very attentive and fun. The food was delicious. Next door to the hotel is Grigio. Very good food and nice staff. A couple steps away is Alice in Brewland. Great for breakfast and brunch. The room was clean and spacious.
Be aware there is no elevator and a lot of stairs. We were on the second floor so it wasn't bad. They do say there isn't an elevator.

Bathroom is run down, could not use the handheld in the shower as could not switch it. Toilet missing button at top, shower door was wobbly. AC and WiFi range decent, but not great.

Poichè ci sono solo le scale per salire ai piani superiori, suggerirei di prevedere un sistema per portare i propri bagagli. Noi siamo stati comunque gentilmente e prontamente aiutati dalla persona che ci ha accolto! (Sig.Alex)

Reviewed May 3, 2026Me encanto la ubicación, lo cerca que estaba de todas las zonas mas bonitas de Oporto, también el trato que recibi por parte del personal, a pesar de no haber coincidido en persona, por Whatsappp o telefono, te atendían al momento, resolviendo facilmente las dudas que podía haber, el piso muy acogedor, comodo, limpio y tambien bonito... sin duda repetiría! Gracias!

Mobilier pas top .douche avec entrée étroite, eau qui coule par la porte , robinet de la cuisine qui n est pas fixé, très peu de couvert ( 3 cuillères, 3 assiettes....) Pas de draps prévu pour le couchage du canapé, tâche sur la couette et oreiller du canapé .

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026The host was really helpful offering restaurant suggestions and advice on attractions. The accommodation was great. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We were also able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check in which was very helpful. The apartment is an excellent location which meant we could walk to all the main tourist sites and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Perfect location.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Great location. Close to metro, town and all tourist attractions. No car needed. Uber was cheap .Very nice and helpful staff. We could leave our luggage on arrival and when we checked out. You will find everything you need in the apartment. I would book it again! Thanks :)

Nous avons eu l'appartement avant l'heure prevu car il était pres, Alex qui nous a accueilli et remis les clefs est très sympathique pleins de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses ! Une chose est sur si on revient a Porto on reprendra ce booking 💪
Le ménage... cest un peu fait en surface il y avait des papiers de bonbons sous le canapé qui n'était pas pas a nous et de la poussière... L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au niveau de la salle qui est vieillissante... joint de douche , porte de douche qui tient comme elle a le temps lol et peinture. Le matelas est confortable perso on a tres bien dormi mais attention il est mou ca peut ne pas plaire a tous... Si vous êtes sensible au bruit prevoir des bouchons👌 Et petit plus, penser a changer le seche cheveux qui a clairement fait son temps 🙈

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026The location of the property was excellent, making it easy to reach all the main areas comfortably and just a short distance from the city center. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the booking photos clean, well maintained with typical wooden floors. The host(Alex) was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. He assisted us with both check in and check out, kindly helped carry our suitcase up the stairs, and provided great recommendations on what to visit in Porto, including must try spots/. Overall, it was a very good choice, and I would recommend it.
