Estaba todo limpio. Tenía piscina y lavandería. En la habitación teníamos cocina. Muy céntrico y reservamos parking dentro del hotel. En la calle de arriba había una calle peatonal con tiendas y un pequeño supermercado.

Que se oían los ruidos de la habitación que estaba encima, ya que tiene el suelo de madera.

Le couchage et les oreillers sont à revoir le parquet grince tellement qu'on a l'impression que les gens du dessus sont dans notre chambre. Nous sommes allés beaucoup de fois dans cet hôtel , toutes ne sont pas comme ça. La chambre pour 3 au dernier étage le parquet grince vous reveillez tout le monde, le lit n'est pas confortable et le canapé vous aurez très mal au dos. Car uniquement un surmatelas, c'est dommage car cet appartement pourrait être très bien, il est très spacieux.

L'emplacement, la piscine même si l'eau etait un peu trouble

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cette hotel jusqu'à présent nous avons une chambre très bien. Cette fois ci la chambre pour 3 personnes au dernier étage les lits sont à changer on sent les ressorts et le canapé n'est pas adapté pour un adulte, on a eu très mal au dos, il faut prévoir le remplacement. C'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus. C'est dommage car nous adorions cet hôtel. J'espère que vous tiendrez compte de nos remarques et vous changerez le matelas de la chambre à 3 et prévoir un vrai matelas pour le canapé car un surmatelas ne garantit pas un bon couchage

Todo: la posibilidad de aparcar dentro del recinto del palacete, la amplitud de la habitación, todos los servicios del alojamiento: contaba con piscina, gimnasio, jardín, cocina, lavandería... las camas eran muy cómodas y estaba todo limpio. Buena ubicación para visitar Oporto, zona tranquila para dormir y descansar.

Der Pool mit gemütlichem Garten zum Chillen nach dem Sightseeing oder für die Mittagspause war toll. Das Frühstück im Körbchen war sehr nett. So konnte man auf der eigenen Terrasse frühstücken.

Abbiamo preso due monolocali. Spaziosi e dotati di tutto anche se eventualmente per cucinare.Struttura comodissima in centro a porto (macchina mai usata i 3 gg), a due passi dalla famosa libreria Lello e vicinoa tutte le principali attrazioni (massimo 15/18 minuti a piedi). Staff cordiale e gentile e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per la cena. Un consiglio se vi serve prenotate per tempo il parcheggio. La struttura da a disposizione lavatrice e locale dove stendere , una cucina dotata di tutto fuori dall’appartamento e tavolini dove mangiare all’aperto e per i più sportivi anche un locale palestra. In dotazione anche gli asciugamani per la piscina .

Das Hotel ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass wir nachmittags für ein paar Stunden zurück konnten und uns am Pool und im schönen Garten vom Trubel der Stadt erholen konnten. Es gibt auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche (neben der Kochzeile im Zimmer) und ein Gym neben der Terrasse. Die Unterkunft hat außerdem eine eine super Lage, ruhig, aber schöne Bars im die Ecke. Wir würden immer wieder hierher zurück kommen.

Es un edificio con el encanto de un antiguo palacete. El jardín con una pequeña piscina al que se accede desde directamente desde los estudios de la planta baja es un remanso de paz que se disfruta en una tarde calurosa.

La ubicación es ideal, el entorno en general y la comodidad de todo lo que ofrece el apartamento.

Sería un 10 si no fuera porque la primera y la última noche tuvimos vecinos "ruidosos", el suelo cruje demasiado y es bastante molesto para permitir el descanso.

Bitte die Weihnachtsgirlande an dem Poolgeländer entfernen … moderne bequeme Liegen könnten mal angeschafft werden, den Garten mit Pflanzen etwas schöner gestalten

Super Lage, sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig mit großen Garten. Der Pool war super für die Abkühlung zwischendurch. Auch die Atmosphäre des Hauses ist toll. Vor dem Tor ist ein kleines Lokal, das auch sehr einladend ist.

Our room has a noise all day from 9am till 10pm, coming from the bathroom. The lady did warn us about it. Also our room did smell of chlorine.

Check in with Daniella was perfect and she was also brilliant with sorting out some room issues we had. The location is fab with many bars and restaurants nearby plus it's only a 15-20 walk to all the main sights. Very peaceful at night and the swimming pool, lovely big garden and gym are great

This was our second visit and we were disappointed. We had some room issues and felt that the rooms are in need of a refresh. The WiFi isn't great. On our first day we wanted to relax in the garden but there were some noisy building works going on in the garden which we weren't told about.

Lovely old building in an excellent location. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Really enjoyed the pool and garden, a lovely retreat from the busy city outside. Friendly staff and we enjoyed our 5 night stay

Our room [#1.5] was very dark. This was due to little or no daylight because the windows faced a high wall [we were not aware, at the time of booking, that it would be like this] the images we had, showed a light and airy room. Also, a shelf needed in bathroom as no where to put toiletries.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal – zentrumsnah und dennoch in einer ruhigen, tollen Gegend. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Garten mit dem gepflegten Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage suchen!

unfortunately the road outside was closed so it took us a long time to find a. way round. the staff inside were very helpful and told us the best way to get our car in.

This was my mistake, I thought we had free onsite secure parking, there was however a charge of 18 euros a night. I'm sure this was mentioned but I missed it when I booked, despite this being v important to us because we had brought our own car over from the UK.

Virkelig lækkert udeområde med liggestole og parasoller. Supergod beliggenhed i byen tæt på restaurant, bar, indkøb osv. Fin lejlighed med dejlig terrasse ude foran. Det var desuden nemt at tage offentlig transport både til og fra lejligheden. Ville anbefale det til andre, der gerne vil kombinere by med lidt afslapning.

Der er meget lydt (vi boede i stueetagen). Man skulle betale for kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen. Der kunne godt have været et par stykker ved ankomst (det oplevede vi alle de andre steder - faktisk var der fri afbenyttelse under hele opholdet). Skabene med service var placeret lidt upraktisk, og skabene var meget høje henover køkkenet, så det var svært at komme til.

Tolle Unterkunft - zentral gelegen. Eine Insel der Ruhe mitten in Porto. Pool und Garten top - auch ein Gym, dass kostenlos genutzt werden konnte. Personal sehr freundlich mit sehr guten Empfehlungen und Tipps. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

A fantastic location in a busy area - but quiet! Staff very friendly and helpful. A real bonus having a pool and it had masses of charm - just like Porto!

Only gripe was our room was dark and when the guests staying above us walked across their floor - it was very loud and intrusive.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut und das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Für ein schnelles Frühstück fehlten Müslischalen oder kleine Schüsseln – gerade für Familien mit Kindern wäre das sehr praktisch gewesen. Generell war nur sehr wenig Küchengeschirr vorhanden. Außerdem funktionierte die Mikrowelle nicht zuverlässig – mal ging sie, mal nicht. Das Schlafsofa für die 3. und 4. Person war leider sehr instabil. Sobald ein Erwachsener auf einer Seite lag, kippte das Sofa. Die Stütze befand sich nur in der Mitte, sodass das Sofa an beiden Seiten kippen konnte. Das sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen verbessert werden. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Die Schritte der Gäste in der Wohnung über uns waren deutlich und sehr laut zu hören, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns dennoch wohlgefühlt. Mit einigen Verbesserungen könnte die Unterkunft jedoch noch deutlich komfortabler werden.

Taking the electric card out when out as needed to charge devices, and mattresses were a bit hard. Could do with an extra mirror as only one in the room and it’s on the inside of the bathroom.

Vi nød den gode beliggenhed og mulighed for at kunne spise sammen i et dejligt udeområde. (vi var 5 personer i 2 værelser). Vi klart anbefalede at spise på den restaurant som ligger lige uden for indgangsporten.

Vi boede på et stort værelse helt for oven fordi vi var 3 personer. Dog kunne vi godt have brugt en altan vi kunne have siddet ude på når tiden var til det.,

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit Parkplätzen, großer Garten mit Pool mitten in der Stadt, wunderbar! Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

L'emplacement est parfait, le grand terrain et la piscine sont super! Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la buanderie gratuitement. Le bâtiment a un magnifique cachet, très beau site.

De locatie is echt top; vlakbij restaurants en winkels en je loopt ook gemakkelijk naar het historisch centrum en de boulevard langs de rivier. Het appartement is superschoon en wordt net als een hotel dagelijks schoongemaakt/opgemaakt. Het ontvangst door Daniela is heel hartelijk en als je wilt geeft ze direct uitleg over de stad en geeft je een plattegrond mee.

Enige minpunt is dat het matras zo hard is en de kussens te dun; rugpijn tot gevolg... verder is de kamer helemaal top! De krachtige douche is ook heel fijn.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gebucht war ein Studio.

Las sábanas no estaban limpias. Estaban usadas y olían a eso. La botella de agua mineral de la nevera tenía el tapón abierto 😳. El cuarto de baño hacía oler la Habitación a tuberías. Y el colchón de lo que ya no existe ni en los hostales de mala muerte. De hecho eran dos noches y nos fuimos después de la primera aún teniéndolo pagado.

Super zentrale Lage und eine sehr schöne großzügige Aussenanlage mit Pool. Alles absolut sauber. Die Mitarbeiterin war mehr als freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, dass man einen perfekten Aufenthalt hat.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört sämtliche Nachbarn. Die Matratzen hätten etwas besser sein dürfen. Wlan im Zimmer noch ok, auf der Terrasse nicht mehr vorhanden. Quasi keinen Schrank. Für 2 Nächte ok, für längere Aufenthalte schwierig.

Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Le logement est ancien et on entend les voisins de chambres qui marchent et parlent. De plus la vue en vis en vis sur l immeuble d en face n est pas top.

The apartment was in a very good location — everything was within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient. There were many great breakfast spots nearby, so we always had plenty of options to choose from. The surroundings were very green and peaceful, giving a feeling similar to being in the countryside rather than in a city. It was quiet and relaxing. There was also a swimming pool, which we used a lot and really enjoyed. Another great advantage was the possibility to wash clothes and use a dryer right away, which was very convenient during our stay. The host was lovely — very kind, welcoming, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor downside was the sofa where the two teenagers slept — it was a bit worn out and could use replacing. However, this was a small detail and did not affect our overall experience.

Nice oasis of peace in the center of the city. Very nice large but cosy room.

Het appartement was heel erg vochtig. Dit probeerde ze te verhelpen met een ventilator die van 9-22 automatisch aanging die enorm veel decibel produceerde. Uitzetten kon niet.

El personal maravilloso, y luego todo en general, no puedo decir nada malo

Der Empfang und Service war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Beratung rund um die Stadt und die Lage war auch sehr gut! Der Garten und das Grundstück selbst waren auch schön.

Das Bett! Auf den Bilden sieht man nur Boxspringbetten. Vor Ort hatten wir eine alte Federkern-Matratze wo man jede Feder gespürt hat. Nach 3 Nächten, hat die Schlafqualit und der Körper etwas gelitten. Die Badezimmertüre ließ sich auch nicht ganz schließen. Allgemein war das Zimmer nicht ganz so schön und neuwertig, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Da es ein Altbau ist war auch alles sehr hellhörig aber das hat uns persönlich nicht ganz so gestört.

Great location, close to everything but also offers a lovely pool and area to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Was great to have a laundry free of charge and rooms are very spacious.

Das alte Gebäude und der Garten mit dem Pool sind sehr gepflegt.Unser Zimmer war groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Pool war sauber und war eine echte Erholung nach unseren Portoerkundungen und Tagesausflügen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und das Anwesen wurde uns persönlich gezeigt. Ansprechpartner waren täglich vor Ort. Bei Bedarf wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt zu Fuß 7 Minuten entfernt, die Gegend am Süd-Douro ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Wahrscheinlich wurde mit Clor gereinigt. Der Clorgeruch war an den ersten beiden Tagen wirklich unerträglich. Wir haben daher die tägliche Reinigung nicht in Anspruch genommen.
