The road of the hotel a uphill a bit but its not big problem.

Beautiful little garden with well cared-for plants. Quant old building and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and linens. Pleasant staff at the front desk.

The weather was unseasonably cold and wet and the balcony door and windows would not close tightly. It led to a very damp and cold three nights.

It was how it looked in the pictures, it was clean and the shower had good pressure and temperatures

The curtains were not so good and the light came in very early, also no storage space

It is situated slightly up on a hilly road with garbage dump nearby Otherwise everything is good Lots of good eats restaurant and near to Dalat Market and Night Market.

Great location. Some self catering options like fridge available and cooking. Friendly staff. Clean and Tidy and very hospitable.

Sound insulation not great. Usually not a problem but other noisy guests were sometimes intrusive.

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was big too. Bed was one of the comfiest we’ve had in SEA! Tv with Netflix too was a bonus. In a great location can access most places on foot.

Slight mould in room, no heater and concrete floor so it did feel a little bit cold at times. Walls quite thin and the cleaner woke us up early playing music cleaning rooms which was frustrating.

Helpful and pleasant staff, good central location but reasonably quiet, and the place has charm.

The staff were helpful and kind and the property itself and the gardens outside were beautiful. Located in a good spot close to everything in the city

Extremely loud. We stayed on the top floor and it rained on the tin roof all four of the nights we were there making it impossible to sleep. When it wasnt raining the sound of motorbikes trying to get up the hill or the constant creaking of the building or any noise in the halls took its place.

Perfect hotel room , clean and recently renovated Small but clean bathroom with good shower Very nice staff Went upon their suggestion to primavera Italian restaurant nearby ( to have pasta for a change ) and we loved the pizzas and pasta ( run by Italian guy )

The room with balcony was on a very busy street / corner and the noise during the night disturbed our night sleep If you have earplugs , fine room for very good price

Oh it was such a relief to come from a different hotel that I had to leave due to it being horrible, to checking into this cute hotel! I booked this on the day…very last minute but the best decision ever! It was so cosy and quaint and everything felt like it was new. The bed was so so comfy and the room was so so clean. They even have a kitchen for you to use which was so clean and huge with free tea & coffee & filtered water. The staff are so so friendly. Highly would recommend to anyone staying in Da Lat.

Only thing was that my room was right next to the kitchen, so it was noisy on one night.

Super sweet and nice staff and the room was just lovely. It had an actual built in shower so the bathroom doesn‘t get wet, free water bottles every day and the bed was comfy. But the best thing was their outdoor kitchen! You can make your own breakfast or lunch, they have all the tools you just need to buy the food. I enjoyed it and the seating area is also nice. And there you can also refill your water bottle.

The door had a lot of space to the wall so a lot of light from the hallway outside came in during the night.

The staff and hospitality was very warm and welcoming.

The shower is next to the bed and not a separate room. This isn't indicated in the information online . The toilet smelt bad. The TV had no live channels to watch- you had to have a subscription to watch anything. The floor of my room,number 4 , was dirty.

It looks like that the hotel was built recently. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. There is also a huge kitchen for guests on the ground flour, kitchen utensils are provided (they even have an outdoor grill) Nice stuff who speaks English

The staff were not great…no real feeling of being welcomed and no guidance/advice verbally or by printed notices. They really did not engage with us at all.

It was clean and had a lovely enclosed garden area.

We stayed three nights. Room wasn’t serviced so bin wasn’t emptied. No fridge for cold drinks, noisy location, and our room was above communal area of hotel with very noisy late stayers. Access to hotel is very steep from the street.

Good rooms for a small budget. The beds were comfortable and the building with an in general good standard. We enjoyed the common kitchen area and prepared small meals and tea. Better equipped and way cleaner than all hostels I’ve seen so far

I loved the location. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Short walk to the lake.

My second time staying here. Lovely staff, a good central location near the lake, great kitchen facilities, and a cosy room.

Bring a pair of earplugs. If you get a room facing the side road it can get quite loud with the motorbikes. However, this tends to die down after around 11pm.

Excellent location to wander around the town. Front of house very helpful - booked a tour (highly recommended) to the local waterfalls and also a bus to HCMC both of which worked out to the t. Room very clean, plenty of hot water.

One request - mention that you have to go up a side alley to get to the entrance as it is not obvious

The ladies at the reception area were very helpful.

The walls are thin, so every sound bleeds in, even someone hawking and spitting multiple times in their bathroom one morning. It was around 5 am. The room was not vacuumed. There were long hairs everywhere. The scent of the sewage pipe is strong in the bathroom. When people smoke, in the front patio area downstairs, which is before reception, the entire place reeks of smoke. Thankfully the receptionists were helpful enough to ask people to stop smoking.

The place is cute and clean and in a good location.

There was no air conditioning or fan. There were mosquitos, but no mosquito net so I couldn’t keep the window open at night, so it was too hot to sleep. I booked 4 days and then modified my booking to cancel the last day (before the 2 day requirement to cancel that day). They wanted to charge me the same rate for 3 days as 4. If you aren’t sure of your plans, book each night separately as I was financially penalized, even though we did agree on a compromise.

Not soundproofed. I could literally hear all my neighbors' conversation. Also, there was scratching noise from the ceiling, around 2-4am both nights. Unable to sleep well.

Staffs are soft and nice. The room is big enough for a pleasant stay. Beds are good quality

There is no door of toilet and bathroom but curtains. For the bath"room" is somehow acceptable but about the toilet - once we do the biggie it just leaves the room smell not so nice. A lot of noise in the morning is a thing too (vacuum noise, bike noises)

The hotel is located near popular points of interest. Friendly staff. There is a kitchen available to all guests with a fridge, microwave and cooker. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Very clean - the beds are made every day and the rooms are cleaned every day.

Shower ( with shower curtain ) was in the bedroom plus the toilet did not have a door - just a shower curtain . It was not possible to pay with a credit card - cash only . No English spoken. In all hotels, on our tour, we were given two small bottles of mineral water. Here we had to pay !

A large and spacious room with a low ceiling, located right in the city center but very quiet. Excellent value for the price

The toilet and shower have no door and no privacy The girl who works there is very cute and eager to help, but she doesn't speak a word of English and everything I asked that was a little different from the norm, she just couldn't understand. That's why the help that was done is so complicated and frustrating for both of us, In the end I managed on my own
