Just perfect. There is nothing to complain about here. Super clean, very new, amazing people and an absolute great location plus it was relatively cheap. Would definitely stay there again. Hope they stay on it and don't let it fall apart because it's just perfect.

Hệ thống booking vẫn để tôi đặt được rồi chủ báo lỗi nên không hủy được phòng. Tôi phải đi chỗ khác ở, tôi không rõ lỗi nơi nào nhưng tôi không muốn đôi co mà cũng không muốn đánh giá thấp, chỉ có làm trải nghiệm của tôi không được tốt lắm.

Property failed to honor my reservation. I arrived in the morning, left my luggage, and returned in the afternoon to find my room had been given to another guest due to their mistake,they forgot to lock my room. They offered a lower-quality alternative and asked me to cancel the booking myself. When I refused, they mentioned marking me as a no-show. This was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí gần với chợ Đà Lạt, đi bộ khoảng 5 phút là đến.

Very very clean, good facilities, good location. Nice few bars directly opposite but still a quiet and peaceful area. Friendly staff.

The room we had didn’t have any aircon, so bear that in mind. Although we did have a small fan, but it was very hot when we stayed.

That we left early

Where to begin.. the 'room with mountain view' appeared very nice on the listing. However, when we arrived we were taken to a dingy room in the basement of the building, which was unclean, dimly lit and even included some molluscs as a bonus. The view was into the alleyway outside and the door had to be locked using a padlock, which other guests didn't seem to understand as we were almost locked in at one point. The walls/ceilings in this room were extremely thin, allowing us to hear the guests upstairs using the toilet. There was even a power cut in the evening to add to our unpleasant stay. There was 0 communication from our host beforehand, they definitely could have mentioned after we'd booked that the room we'd reserved wasn't available. I even spoke to the host after we'd checked in to say that the room we'd been given wasn't what we'd booked. He tried to explain that the booking system was faulty or some other sob story, but was more than happy to take our money up front. No refund or reduction was offered. The room we stayed in is not even available to book, which makes me think that the whole thing was planned, as he explained they'd double booked the room we actually wanted. We checked out early, the morning after we arrived, and the host had the cheek to message and act surprised as to why we'd left early. I have nothing positive to say unfortunately. Looking at other reviews I can see that this is not an isolated incident, I only wish that we had checked beforehand.

L’emplacement au top. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et bien entretenu. La chambre est très spécieuse et silencieuse.

Problème de wifi. Nous avons demandé à notre hôte s’il pouvait faire quelque chose, il n’a pas répondu. Le Check in est indiqué à 13h sur booking, finalement on nous indique que c’est à 14h et pour finir nous avons du attendre 14h30.

Good location

Messaged in advance advising the time I'd be arriving and asking to store my bags if the room wasn't yet ready (1h before check-in), where host replied "subject to availability". Arrived to be told that he'd given the room to other guests and showed me two alternatives, both smaller and with few amenities than the one booked. When I said I wanted my own room, he insisted there was nothing else he could do. He didn't see that it was his problem that he double booked. Speaking with booking.com confirmed that they've received 5 similar complaints in the previous month.

When we arrived, we were told they were fully booked and that booking had not informed them. It was extremely stressful to find sth else because it was weekend.

Je n’ai aimé que l’emplacement dans la ville : il était assez facile de circuler et de se déplacer à partir de cet endroit. L’établissement loue des motos, et il y a également deux autres loueurs dans la rue, ce qui est plutôt pratique. En revanche, pour le reste, c’est une autre histoire.

On est ici dans l’archétype d’un lieu qui n’est pas vraiment prêt à recevoir des hôtes. Plafonds très bas (j’ai passé cinq jours à baisser la tête), équipement minimal : pas de frigo, pas de clim, même pas de ventilateur au départ — j’ai dû le demander. Je suis resté cinq nuits et la chambre n’a jamais été faite. Matelas très dur et de mauvaise qualité. Éclairage basique avec une seule grande lumière au plafond. Chambre assez humide, mais c’est Dalat. Le seul point positif : un bureau avec un bon fauteuil, et l’emplacement qui permet de se déplacer facilement. L’impression générale reste celle d’un lieu tenu au strict minimum, avec quelqu’un qui n’est pas désagréable mais pas vraiment concerné.

Très bien. Nous avons pris la chambre la moins chère. Nous savions qu’il n’y avait pas de fenêtre et que c’était assez petit. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour quelques nuits et au vu du prix payé. Vous pouvez louer vos scooter ici.

Mình đặt 2 phòng, cả 2 lúc check in đều gọn gàng sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ tiện nghi. Không gian thoáng đãng, chăn ấm nệm êm. Tivi xem được youtube nữa ạ. Vị trí home gần trung tâm, gần chợ đêm. Anh chị chủ siêu dễ thương và nhiệt tình, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng, cho tụi mình gửi đồ và thay đồ lúc chưa có phòng, lúc trời mưa còn lấy nón vô dùm tụi mình mà mình chưa cám ơn anh chủ nữa. Khách sạn 11h sẽ đóng cửa, nma anh chủ bảo cứ gọi ảnh ra mở là được. Ai bảo ồn chứ mình thấy rất là yên tĩnh nha Toi chấm chiếc home này 100/10 và sẽ quay lại mỗi khi lên đà lạt muahahah. Vượt qua cả kì vọng của mình luôn ♡

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut..alles fußläufig zu erreichen..die Zimmer sind sauber..die Chefin ist sehr freundlich, nur leider hab ich sie nur kurz gesehen..

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, welches dann aber spontan durch einen vorherigen Gast belegt war..dafür ein Zimmer im 2.UG bekommen(Hanglage), was direkt zu einer Treppe raus ging..keine blickdichten Gardinen, sodass alle Leute ins Zimmer schauen konnten und ab 6Uhr schien die Sonne direkt rein..habe die Chefin informiert und sie wollte sich drum kümmern

La famille qui tient cet hébergement est adorable. Ils ont tout fait pour qu'on ait le maximum de confort. Merci beaucoup ! Il y a possibilité de louer un scooter peu cher sur place. L'hébergement est à proximité de tout et à quelques pas du night market. La chambre est propre et spacieuse !

Les seuls petits points sont qu'il y a un peu d'humidité dans la chambre et le voisinage se lève tôt donc on entend tout. Mais ça n'a pas gâché notre expérience !

Fantastic location, very friendly family. Very spacious room with a lovely balcony. Laundry service was great. Amazing value for money.

Gute Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Anbau über zwei Etagen. Es war sehr hellhörig, aber das Zimmer sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Schönes sauberes Homestay in bester Lage. Geräumige Zimmer mit Bad für einen sehr fairen Preis. Man kann Fahrräder und Motorroller mieten und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Ich bin positiv überrascht und komme gerne wieder.

Super sweet family, great location, beautiful room (pictures looks better, it is slightly used) with great balcony, family play piano sometimes which was really nice adition when you were chilling as they play beautifuly. really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back when we will be in Da lat

Really great location and AMAZING staff. So friendly and helpful, giving recommendations and advice. The bed was very comfy and clean and toiletries and toothbrushes were available. The offered affordable laundry and bike rental as well as room cleaning services. Good value for money. Slept very well as the bed and mattress were great!

THIS IS NOT A TWO BED ROOM and Didn't look ANYTHING like the pictures, it was MUCH more shabby and run down. The kitchen had a sink and gas stove but no pans, crockery, or drinking water and was outside the room and unclean. The description mentioned a mountain view which there was not. Additionally, it was listed as a two bed room - one double bed one sofa bed. This was not the case as the small sofa was just a sofa (a hard one) and was not long enough for anyone to sleep on (over the age of 5) and most definitely wasn't a sofa bed. Narrow steep stairs so not great if you have mobility issues.

Tout, la déco, l'accueil, le prix, la proximité aux marchés, location de scoot pas cher, l'eau bien chaude de la douche, le confort... Parfait, allez-y sans aucunes hésitations!

Anh chị chủ siêu dễ thương và quan tâm khách. Mình đi một mình nên cũng muốn chọn chỗ gần trung tâm, đường xá sáng sủa để lỡ về muộn cũng không sợ. Home của anh chị đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu luôn ạ. Phòng rất ấm cúng và sạch sẽ.

Nice big room for a cheap price, we had a balcony as well. Had hot water when we wanted, a fan and smart TV. Good location less than 10 mins walk to the night market. You can rent a bike here for 100k a day which is better than other companies. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction around the area so we were woken up all hours of the night and very early morning (no fault of owners though).
