Check in office location not clear to find. Elevator can be slow. Some guests not following rules,eating and smoking in pool,etc.

Reviewed May 12, 2025The unit was a very nice, decorated very cute, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful!!
The top shelf of the dishwasher does not want to stay on track. I had to wash all the dishes before we used them, they had dried food on them!!! The box fans need to be replaced, none of them was working very well at all. Plus, I'm not sure if we just couldn't figure it out or if the lock on the sliding doors is broken! The sliding doors were not locked when we got to the unit either. The elevator kept messing up, and I got trapped in it for about 3 minutes. Thankfully, the doors finally opened for me.

The property was old and a bit moldy for the price tag. Also, no hot tub for the cold nights and no working elevator made it tough.
