Staff and location were exceptional

Our unit was a little dirty and needed some updates, bathroom door was beat up on the bottom and I had lost something and looked under the couch and it was nasty!

Lack of parking.

The rooms were quite spacious and very comparable to a 2 bedroom apartment.

There was no hotel map given or information provided about the included fitness room. Only one of the elevators worked and the only working one was extremely slow. Not very accommodating for wheelchair users.

Location and pool area are both amazing. Loved our ocean view. Room was clean and nice. Loved the rooftop patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Neighbor was so loud at 2 am. No one from the hotel responded when I called for help. Lasted over an hour. Sheriff finally came and took care of it. Other nights were much quieter. Had a maintenance issue that was quickly taken care of. Please replace the uncomfortable pullout couch. Very uncomfortable for sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the pool and the easy beach access. It was a great place for a relaxing family vacation.

My little family had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was amazing, the hotel offered guests pool/beach toys, a lady on a fruit boat came up to us in the ocean, we saw dolphins and a close walk to the boardwalk! Full kitchen was a plus and the beds were super comfortable!

There was no breakfast - we were disappointed the ad said it was included. The gym was very nice , clean and plenty of eqpt. The bedroom had its own AC control. The room was very clean!!

Vending machines should be in each building. Have pool stay open till 10:00pm. The bathtub sides are too high for an elderly person and the handrail was not close to grab.

Its in front of the beach, very roomy for 2 bedrooms and balcony is huge.

Studios with breathtaking views. We even saw dolphins from our balcony, which was an unforgettable experience! The pool was lovely, and the barbecue area in the yard was a great bonus for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors

Sunbeds and umbrellas cost $45 per day (available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). There was a slight musty smell in the room. The nearest restaurants are about a 7–10 minute walk away, which can feel quite exhausting, especially in the heat.

Unfortunately rooms that have interconnected doors allow you to hear the guests next door very clearly (late at night in our case)

The location was phenomenal. Walk right onto the beach, pool area was very inviting, walking distance to Johns Pass (5 minute). The studio room was nice. Great comfy bed, Kitchenette area with a small fridge, small area with sleep sofa was great, balcony view was amazing.

The room needs some updating to make it more modern. The bathroom needs to be updated. We had several problems with the toilet plumbing. It would be great to add a mop and plunger to the room. Update the emergency contact number. I tried calling several times before business hours to get some help for overflowing toilet and did not get a response. My husband had to leave the room to find someone. Lastly, parking is rough. Parking needs to be extended.

Loud neighbors past 11pm and could not have a conversation and forced to go inside and not be on the balcony.

We loved how close the property was to the beach. The easy beach access made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

Que la habitación que me asignaron el baño era para discapacitados, pero lo bueno fue que al otro día me resolvieron con otra habitación súper bien! El personal de la posada son súper atentos y amables! Súper recomendable la estancia 🤗

Bed was a little uncomfortable but we loved everything else about the property.

Two bedrooms, comfy beds. Full size refrigerator and washer/dryer. Table and chairs on balcony to sit at and drink your morning coffee and watch the beach come to life. Reasonably priced beach chairs/shade on the beach for relaxing.

Close to The Pass, pool was clean, vending machines, private balcony’s.

The property was at a good location and clean.

The only negative I can really say is the WiFi was terrible for the most part, but other than that a great stay. The pool only staying open until 9pm isn’t really good either for those that tried to experience the ocean during daylight hours and would want to swim after the sun goes down.

We loved the rooms overlooking the Gulf. It was great to have restaurants within walking distance. The pool was very pleasant. We really appreciated the bin with pool and sand toys.

The only thing I can think of is, because we had a short stay, it would have been nice to have beach chairs provided, but I totally understand the reason for the rentals and didn't think they were too expensive.

I love to be in the Hotel, It’s a bit pricey, but we always have a great time; the rooms are spacious, and the location—the beach—is spectacular. The only thing I didn't like was the limit of one car per room, even though we had multiple rooms. Parking outside the property is incredibly expensive this year—$100 a day—which is way too much; plus, I saw the lots were empty, in previous years you had to walk around looking for a spot.

We loved the property. Very clean, they offered towels by the pool, they had wash clothes for removing make up, if you needed anything they had a basket you place outside of the door and they will restock what you need. The front office staff was so kind and patient with us. They definitely made out stay better

This is our second visit to this hotel, it’s an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are friendly, approachable and very professional. The room is spacious, absolutely spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our room overlooked the pool and was 5 minutes to the actual beach ( might be less than 5). Parking onsite. Very close to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. There were facilities to dine in your own room, microwave etc if you wanted. Everything was absolutely perfect. Hopefully we will be back in September.

Wish they finish the rooftop bar for nighttime entertainment. Pool hours should go until 11pm and parking for the 2 bedrooms should be for 2 cars
