The location was very suitable for us as we have family living nearby, thus a five minute walk to the apartment they live in. There are local convenience stores within a few minutes walk to buy basics such as bread and fruit. The popular Tartine Cafe is nearby, as are other small cafes and coffee shops. On-site laundry was a bonus over our 18 night stay and the swipe card to operate the front gate and room access gave us freedom of movement at all hours. It is a very secure compound and set back from the river and the Thao Dien Road relatively peaceful. A pretty compound. Great air-con.

There was little not to like. If one were looking for improvements an easy chair and small television would have been nice. The kitchen area provides a big fridge and ceramic cook top but isn't equip to promote food preparation or cooking. While there is an electric jug there are only very few basic items of cutlery. I bought tea spoons, a kitchen knife, wooden board and tea towels. While we didn't cook food we enjoyed breakfast fruits and bread with our coffee. Depending on occupancy night security lighting can be somewhat intrusive.

The two rooms on the ground floor the reception lights constantly shine into the room 24/7 not great for night time

The room is spacious, simple, and has a Western feel. It's in a good location because it's in a quiet alley. My room has a nice view of a green area with trees. There's a laundry machine available.

I asked for some kitchen tools, but the staff said they didn't have any. It feels like the kitchen is just for show. I think you don't value your guests enough. For the price, I expected a full set of cooking tools. Avoid Quoc Huong Street because it floods during the rainy season.

Simple, clean, friendly cleaning staff. Nice cafe around the corner for breakfast.

No super easy to get in at night (late check in) as you need to call someone and wait a few minutes outside for someone to come

I don't recommend this place. Issues with this place that made me check out 2 days before the end of my stay : - Very close to the road which means it's noisy from the cars and motorbikes driving and honking. + there is an ice-cutting business next door so you'll hear the cutting machine starting around 7:30 in the morning. If you want a peaceful stay, better not book this place. - No reception, so you can not get inside the property as the gate is always locked. You have to call someone to come and open the gate and then check you in. So basically you have to stay with your luggage in the middle of the road waiting 5-7 minutes for someone to come by motorbike and open the gate for you to get inside. If you have no battery on your phone or internet, you'll not be able to check-in. - The company is not customer service orientated. Because of the noise, I decided to check out 2 days earlier and the property has not offered any kind of partial refund or anything. They took my money and rented the room for someone else making double the profit.

Perfect location to walk to my work.

No staff at location and I lost clothes in communal laundry. Also clothes were pulled out early so other people could use... not great.

Amazing location. lovely and friendly staff that are very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this and come back.

Did not stay. They advirtised secure car parking available, but when I arrived I was advised that they don't have secure parking at all and that I would have to park in the street without security. We mutually agreed to cancel

Great location in D3, close to some nice restaurants/cafes and cool bars/club. The room was very clean and comfortable with great facilities.
