Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Nous avons passé un séjour agréable de 3 jours et l'appartement est très propre, neuf, aéré, lumineux et bien équipé. Nous avons bien aimé la belle vue sur le parc sans vis à vis, le calme et surtout la réactivité et l'hospitalité de Ahmed et Iman. Nous nous sommes sentis aussitôt comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement cet appartement qui est mon coup de cœur à Fès.

It is on busy roads and is extremely noisy, to the point where sitting on the balcony was at times unbearable.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026This is a lovely spacious apartment which is very well equipped. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. It is in an ideal location being less than 5 mins walk to the train station and 30 mins to the medina. Also a large supermarket 20mins walk.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Op het huis valt niets aan te merken. Het is ruim en licht, met een heerlijk balkon. Wij waren er met twee personen, maar er is voldoende ruimte voor vier volwassenen: twee slaapkamers met smart tv's en twee aparte douches met toilet. De woonkamer is ruim, met een eethoek en een zitje. Hier hangt ook weer een grote smart tv. Het feit dat het station op 300 meter van het appartement ligt is ook fijn. Vandaaruit kun je gemakkelijk voor weinig geld met de trein naar Meknes.
Fes viel tegen, evenals Meknes. Terrassen, eetgelegenheden en winkels waren overdag sporadisch geopend vanwege de ramadan. Een glaasje wijn of een biertje was alleen te bestellen in enkele 5-sterren hotels die daarvoor een speciale licentie hadden. Het deed ons denken aan de lockdown tijdens corona. Na drie dagen hadden wij Marokko gezien en zijn we vertrokken.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit Stil eingerichtet, alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich begrüßt, Der Tisch war bereits fürs Frühstück gedeckt und die Gastgeber stellten für uns einen deutschen Fernsehsender zur Begrüßung an. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die getrennten Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer haben uns angenehm überrascht. Der Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht hat uns sehr gefallen. Von allen Wohnungen auf unserer Reise nach Tanger, Fes, Casablanca und Marrakesch ist diese Wohnung die beste. 5 Sterne!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2024Clean, modern appartment, and a welcoming host. Very close to the train station to catch the train to Marrakesh. There are plenty of eating places in the area. About +/- 15 min drive with a taxi rouge to the Medina. Would definitely recommend it.

Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. Shower curtains really don’t separate the wet and dry areas very well.
