What we enjoyed most was the location and the atmosphere. The hotel is situated among residential buildings, which gives you a nice opportunity to experience the everyday life of the local people and get a more authentic feel for the destination. It was interesting and pleasant to see how the locals live and to experience the neighbourhood beyond the typical tourist areas. The staff were absolutely wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their kindness and hospitality really made our stay special.

The location is very good. It is about 5 minutes walking from the railway station and 15 minutes drive to the old city. The room is quite good, but I had some noise from outside the hotel till 10 PM on the first day only. The staff, Othman and Monia, were very helpful and nice all the time.

I am writing to formally address an unsatisfactory experience with a receptionist, Mr. Monier, during checkout. Despite my reservation confirmation clearly stating that I had prepaid through Booking.com, including all taxes, he insisted that I pay the city tax again-an additional €6 (charged as 80 dirhams). As I was in a hurry to catch my train, I reluctantly paid the amount to avoid further delay or dispute. I find this practice misleading and concerning, as it reflects poorly on both the hotel and Booking.com. I kindly ask Booking.com to investigate this overcharge with the hotel management and take appropriate action to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same inconvenience.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top:2 mn de la gare à pied., snack,petit marché, café et les moyens de transport sont tout près de l'hôtel.les personnels sont très accueillants et serviables (Mouna,Mourad, Outmane et Said).La propreté de l'hôtel et les chambres est impeccable.

Expérience très décevante lors de mon séjour en chambre pour deux personnes. ​Accueil et service : Personne en charge des petits déjeuners très antipathique. ​Prestations non respectées : Un seul petit déjeuner fourni pour une réservation de deux personnes (seulement un pain au chocolat, un pain au raisin et une miche de pain pour deux au lieu de doubler les quantités). ​Propreté et hygiène inacceptables : Vaisselle sale, verres sales servis qu'il a fallu relaver soi-même dans la chambre, et salière en plastique répugnante avec des traces noires, contenant du sel sale.

La propreté et l'emplacement au centre. La gentillesse du personnel.

Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. Obligée d'éponger l'eau après chaque douche pour qu'elle ne rentre pas dans la chambre. J'ai signalé ce problème, mais rien n'était fait. Dommage !

L'hôtel était très propre, bien situé et surtout le personnel était très accueillant, chaleureux et souriant. Les personnes qui étaient à l'accueil et au service du petit déjeuner étaient extraordinaires. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, très bon et servi bien chaud. Un grand merci!

Idéal pour les voyageurs par train, l'hôtel est à quelques pas de la gare de fes. Le personnel à l'accueil et le monsieur de la salle du thé sont gentils et professionnels. Petit déjeuner copieux. Merci.

Très bon Emplacement,il y a tout a proximité, l'hôtel est propre mais un peu vétusté.le personnel est très sympa et disponible, Mounia nous a donné des adresses ou manger et franchement c'était très bon et pas cher.

フェズ駅までのアクセスがとても良く、早朝の列車を利用する方には特におすすめです。 客室ではWi-Fiが少し不安定でしたが、ロビーでは問題なく利用できました。 私は朝5:30発の列車に乗るため、駅に近いこちらのホテルを選びましたが、大正解でした。スタッフの皆さんにもいろいろと親切にしていただき、とても気持ちよく滞在することができました。ありがとうございました。

Albergo situato a due passi dalla stazione dei treni, un po' lontanuccio dalla medina ma raggiungibile comodamente con i petit taxi, colazione discreta, staff sempre disponibile.

Logement propre, proche de la gare comme souhaité, climatisation fonctionnelle et lits confortables Rideaux très occultants permettant de limiter la chaleur et la lumière On m'a laissé l'occasion a l'accueil lde choisir si je préférais une chambre avec ou sans balcon Un petit supermarché est situé juste en bas de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct sans être extraordinaire.

Il segnale TV non era funzionante. Per arrivare al quinto piano, l'ascensore arriva fino al quarto e bisogna fare l'ultimo piano tramite scale.

1. Location is very close to the train station. 2. Price is reasonable. You will pay for city tax once you arrive in the hotel. 3. The lady reception asked me if I want a room with balcony but it will be noisy since it will be facing the street. I said it is ok for me. She is so honest to me. 4. There is an elevator 5. Staffs can communicate in English

1. No bidet ( I understand that) 2. Internet connection is slow 3. I asked for a trash bag or plastic bag for my garbage in the reception with the (bald guy) evening shift, he said they don't have. He told me, I should have asked to clean his room. I said to him, no need to clean the room because it is still clean and my personal things are in the room, I'm afraid someone will go inside my room. Very small thing I ask and you can't even provide and this will ruin the review. 4. The blanket is too thin. 5. Shower is spraying too strong

Para ir a la estación de tren la ubicacion es genial, el personal super amable :D. El vuelo se retrasó y llegamos 3 am y nos recibieron al momento. El wifi funciona muy bien. El personal dispuesto a ayudar y hacer una estancia agradable en todo momento.

Good location and did the job for an overnight. Stored the bicycle perfectly.

It's a bit of a hike to the old town. There were the basics but nothing more. The wall are thin, tough if the next door neighbours are loud! No option to organise earlier breakfast.

The location and staff were Amazing. It’s was just a few minutes walk from station and old medina is just 10minutes by taxi. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel Perla. Sa localisation est idéale, en plein centre et à proximité de la gare, ce qui facilite vraiment les déplacements. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La propreté de l’établissement est également irréprochable, un point très important pour moi. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre aide et votre gentillesse !
