Very clean and spacious. Great central location in Psirri and a short walk to Monastiraki, Ermou and Plaka. You could fluke a parking outside the building if you are game to leave it there overnight. Breakfast up the road (included) was good

From the outside looks like an abandoned building with graffiti all over it. The parking was an adventure to find and then you have to trek your suitcases through the streets - a few hundred metres at least. Not ideal. Host telephone number on booking.com is an Israel number that kept on hanging up. The local number on the booking.com messaging was much better. I got a reasonable rate but not worth the initial asking rate - you could stay at the m-Gallery in Syntagma for that.

Quiet, super clean, comfortable and a brilliant location. Everything was easy, from access, check in to baggage storage. And breakfast a bonus!

The coffee machines may be convenient to provide but they make awful coffee! A bit characterless, but great for one night

Great place. Excellent location, but surprisingly quiet at night. The room is new, clean and well furnished. A luggage-storage option in a nearby building was handy. Very good value for my $!

Fantastic stay – I will definitely book again! Triple A is easily one of the best places to stay in Athens. The location is absolutely ideal—it is close to everything you could possibly want to see, do, and enjoy in the city, with major attractions, fantastic eateries, and vibrant neighbourhoods all within easy walking distance. ​The room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and seamless stay. You can tell real thought has gone into making sure guests have all the essentials covered. ​I had a wonderful experience and will undoubtedly be booking Triple A again on my next trip to Athens. Highly recommended!

This is not a studio. Is a room with poor kitchen supplies. Just something in front of the bed. Impossible to walk inside the room. Very poor kitchen equipment. Poor breakfast

The studio was really clean and perfect for a couple. The building has an elevator so you don’t have any issues getting in there with bags. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the metro station, you can take the metro from and to the airport (€9 each way). The metro station has electrical stairs so it’s easy to get in with bags.

Perfect apartment for stay in the heart of Athens. It has all you need, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and nice bed. We really appreciate that they cooled our room since days are very hot in August. Parking was just 200m from the apartment. Very safe and close. You are within a walking distance from all attractions in Athens. Electronic unlock system of the doors works perfectly. I definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in Athens.

Το συνεργαζόμενο πάρκιγκ του καταλύματος δεν προσφέρει εύκολη μετακίνηση. Πρέπει να κινηθείς σε στενούς δρόμους γεμάτους με τραπεζοκαθίσματα και πεζούς. Επίσης μεγάλη αγένεια από μέρους του παρκαδορου της βραδινής βάρδια. Μας Τρόμαξε με κάποιες ανούσιες οδηγίες για το που θα αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο. Απαράδεκτος.

We kozen dit hotel oorspronkelijk omwille van de parkeergelegenheid (op ongeveer 200 meter van het verblijf). Achteraf bleek dat er in de buurt voldoende openbare parkings zijn, waardoor je dit gemakkelijk zelf kan regelen en voor hetzelfde budget een veel beter hotel kan boeken. De ligging is zonder twijfel het grootste pluspunt. Je bent vlak bij de Akropolis, Plaka en tal van restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Ook de douche was goed, al was die niet volledig proper (er lagen nog haren).

Helaas was de rest van ons verblijf een grote teleurstelling. We reizen regelmatig en hebben al in heel wat accommodaties verbleven, maar dit was zonder twijfel een van de slechtste ervaringen. Er is geen receptie of persoonlijk contact; alles verloopt via berichten. Bij aankomst krijg je drie verschillende codes om drie deuren te openen. De middelste deur werkte niet en stond gewoon los. Op onze laatste dag stond ook de eerste toegangsdeur volledig open door de benedenburen. Dat gaf geen veilig gevoel. De inkom en voordeur ogen absoluut niet hotelwaardig: graffiti, vuil en een onverzorgde indruk. Zodra je de kamer binnenkwam, hing er telkens een sterke schimmelgeur. Dat zorgde ervoor dat de hele kamer onhygiënisch en ongezond aanvoelde. Ook de netheid liet te wensen over. De kussensloop had vlekken en op het laken zat een gele vlek. Nadat ik dit via bericht meldde, kreeg ik wel een schone kussensloop, wat ik apprecieerde. In de badkamer hing eveneens een schimmelgeur. Op verschillende plaatsen was schimmel zichtbaar, onder andere rond de potjes en aan een draad die uit de spiegel hing. De kamer zelf was erg klein: een bed, een hoge tafel met twee barkrukken en een kitchenette. Er was nergens voldoende ruimte om een koffer open te leggen, wat het verblijf erg onpraktisch maakte. Tot slot stond op Booking nergens duidelijk vermeld dat het ontbijt niet ter plaatse wordt geserveerd. Je moet dit vooraf reserveren en vervolgens naar een andere locatie gaan om te ontbijten. Ook als je je bagage wilt achterlaten, moet je daarvoor naar een ander adres. Dat zijn zaken die vooraf duidelijk vermeld zouden moeten worden. Jammer, want de uitstekende ligging kan de vele tekortkomingen niet compenseren. Door de schimmelgeur, de gebrekkige netheid en de algemene staat van het gebouw zouden wij hier zeker niet opnieuw verblijven.

Ένα πάρα πολύ καθαρό κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δωμάτιο. Είχες ήδη προσωπικής - γυναικεία υγιεινής, σίδερο ρούχων και σκεύη κουζίνας. Πολύ κοντά σε μετρό - ηλεκτρικό. Δυστυχώς μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ.

Deze locatie van Triple A @ Trendy Psiri- Art & Nightlife is geweldig, op loopafstand van allerlei heerlijke restaurants en barretjes. En tegelijkertijd ver genoeg van het feestgedruis. Ook de mogelijkheid om gratis zeer vlakbij te parkeren, maakt dit een fijne keuze. Wel van tevoren reserveren. Tot slot hadden wij inclusief ontbijt geboekt, het appartement had geen eigen ontbijtlocatie, maar je kon kiezen uit meerdere restaurantjes, een aantal daarvan zelfs in de straat.

In de bevestigingsmail voor het parkeren, werden wij heel nadrukkelijk verwezen naar een specifieke locatie. Achteraf bleek dit onjuiste informatie, maar voordat wij daarachter kwamen en op de juiste plek belandden, was het zomaar een uur verder... een beetje slordig. Gelukkig was de uiteindelijke parkeerplek op een paar minuten loopafstand van ons appartement, dus eind goed al goed. Wij reisden met 2 grote koffers, in het appartement is daar niet echt ruimte voor.

מיקום מנצח בפסירי. 5 דקות מכיכר מונסטיראקי וקרוב במרחק הליכה לכל האטרקציות של אתונה. חדר נקי מאוד וחדש. יש מטבחון מאובזר עם מכונת קפה. יש זמינות של הצוות כל הזמן בוואבטופ. הטיסה שלנו הייתה בערב ויש אפשרות לשמירת מזוודות. השהייה כוללת ארוחת בוקר שניתן לבחור בבית קפה מתוך מבחר אפשרויות. אהבנו מאוד את הקונספט של ארוחת בוקר בבית קפה, הארוחות בוקר טעימות מאוד ומגוונות בבתי קפה נחמדים מתחת לחדר. השהות הייתה לנו נעימה ובהחלט שווה את המחיר ששילמנו.

חדר קצת קטן ואין כל כך מקום לשתי מזוודות. אפשר להוסיף מדפים בארון הבגדים לסידור בגדים. זה גם יכול לפתור את עניין הצפיפות בחדר שנוסעים עם מזוודות.

Our room is so nice, it also has its own mini kitchen where you can cook anytime. Plus the air conditioner is working perfectly ♥️. Excellent place. We will surely book here again soon 🙏

Μόνο η τοποθεσία άξιζε . Η πολυκατοικία πολύ παλιά και βρώμικη . Στο parking η εξυπηρέτηση ήτανε κακή! Αν έχετε καινούργιο αυτοκίνητο, καλό θα ήτανε να βρείτε μόνοι κάποιο parking .

The place had a bad, chemical smell when I arrived, despite I tried to open all the windows, it was not possible to get rid of this smell. I only understood the last day, what was the source: the lower part of the bed was full of dirt and bugs. Likely they tried to use some chemicals against the bugs. Unfortunately without success. Unless you look for a dirty, dark bug chamber in Athens, I recommend you avoid this place as far as possible.

Great location, clean, quiet and the washrooms included things like q-tips, cotton pads and menstrual products. The room was very spacious and modern. 5 mins from the metro station/Monastiraki and Ermou st!

Entering the building at night as a solo female traveler was a little bit uncomfortable but the area feels safe. Just keep the entry codes handy so you can get in quickly.

El alojamiento cumplió e incluso superó nuestras expectativas. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y la estancia fue muy cómoda. La limpieza fue buena. Aunque no hay limpieza diaria como tal de la habitación, todos los días pasaban para vaciar las papeleras, reponer el papel higiénico y comprobar que todo estuviese correcto. Además, a partir de una estancia de tres noches podías solicitar el cambio de toallas y sábanas dejando un cartel en la puerta (si la estancia era inferior, también podías solicitar el cambio de toallas). En alguna ocasión incluso nos las cambiaron sin haberlo pedido. La comunicación a través del grupo de WhatsApp fue rápida y eficaz para cualquier consulta. A través de Booking nos enviaron el día antes las claves de acceso, y todo funcionó perfectamente. También teníamos incluido el traslado tanto del aeropuerto al alojamiento como del alojamiento al aeropuerto, y el servicio funcionó perfectamente. El desayuno estaba incluido en varios establecimientos cercanos. Probamos varios y, para nosotros, el mejor fue Frogs. La ubicación también nos pareció muy buena, con numerosos sitios donde comer, una estación de metro cerca y a pocos minutos de Monastiraki.

No hubo ningún problema importante, pero sí algunos detalles que creemos que podrían mejorar. Lo que menos nos gustó fue el espacio de almacenamiento. El armario no tiene cajones, dispone de pocas perchas y, además, gran parte del espacio está ocupado por el edredón y otra ropa de cama, por lo que tuvimos que buscar dónde dejarlo para poder guardar nuestras cosas. Es un aspecto que creemos que deberían mejorar. En cuanto al desayuno, la mayoría de los establecimientos incluidos abren a partir de las 8:00, por lo que, si tienes excursiones o visitas temprano, resulta difícil aprovecharlo. El único que abre antes es, además, el que queda más alejado del alojamiento y los domingos permanece cerrado. Por último, en alguna ocasión, después de pasar el personal de limpieza, nos encontramos las luces encendidas o la ventana entreabierta, algo poco conveniente teniendo en cuenta el calor que hacía esos días y también por cuestiones de seguridad.

Localização muito boa, literalmente na rua de vários restaurantes, bares e cafés, assim como perto para um rápido roteiro em vários pontos turísticos/históricos. Bom atendimento do anfitrião com rápida resposta quando solicitado.

Havia um cheiro muito forte de produto químico no quarto quando chegamos, não conseguimos identificar o que era, mas depois de abrir as janelas e ligar o ar o cheiro saiu.

The inside of the property was laid out nice and there were good amenities. The property owners were easy to communicate with and the parking was easy to reserve.

There were a few things we didn’t appreciate about our stay. To start, the location was not as safe as it seems. We had to check out early to make our flight in the morning and my partner was harassed by many individuals outside. Yes, it is a close walk to the square, but the location itself is not safe. I did, however, appreciate that there needed to be three codes to get into the building and room. Also, we were approved for an hour early check-in and the room was not done when we had come. And lastly, after we were told that the room was just cleaned, the floor was not. When we walked around without our shoes on our feet were black on the bottom.

Εξαιρετική προσπάθεια για μια ασφαλή, καθαρή κ άνετη διαμονή στο κέντρο. Το κατάλυμα είχε τα πάντα . Είχαν σκεφτεί να αφήσουν κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο κ κάψουλες καφε.Είχαμε μια διανυκτέρευση στην Αθήνα κ η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος σε συνδυασμό με το free parking μας βοήθησαν να χαρούμε την πλάκα , την Ακρόπολη κ γενικά το κέντρο.

Λείπει μόνο ένα τραπεζάκι για τις βαλίτσες.

Bien ubicado y súper limpio. Nadie molesta, ni en el edificio, ni en la calle. Había un detalle al llegar. Es el sitio perfecto para pasear por Atenas.

Lo único el colchón es muy blando para nosotros acostumbrados a colchones duros. Pero creo que es así en toda Grecia.

Nous avions testé un autre Triple A (grafitis) au début de notre séjour à 2 rues de celui-ci, j'au préféré l'emplacement du premier. Sinon accès à la chambre bien expliqué, propre, lumineux avec tout le nécessaire. Une grande salle de bain un vrai plus mais pas adapté au PMR. Petit déjeuner compris pour nous avec plusieurs choix chez des restaurateurs du coin au top. La possibilité de laisser son bagage dans un endroit sécurisé pour profiter de la dernière journée avant de prendre l'avion et ne pas être encombré.

Moins fan du bâtiment et de la rue où il se situe.

L'appartement est bien situé à Athènes. Je n'ai fait qu'une nuit. C'est la deuxième fois que je choisi Triple A. Vraiment pas déçue. Merci

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was spotless and very clean. The room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The self check-in process was very easy, and the instructions were clear. The apartment itself is large, well-equipped, and has plenty of facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others
