Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Kami menginap selama 15 hari dan pengalaman di sini sangat memuaskan. Rumah lengkap dengan segala kelengkapan yang diperlukan, selesa, bersih dan kemas. Suasana pun tenang, memang rasa seperti duduk di rumah sendiri. Sangat disyorkan dan pasti akan datang lagi!

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Sangat selesa and pengurusan untuk check in and check out pun mudah. Staff sangat membantu. Kat sini nak cari makan pun mudah kalau bosan nk jalan ii mall pun sebelah bangunan je.
Toilet ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan sikit bukan dari toilet bowl tapi tak pastilah dari mana. Maybe staff boleh check nanti.

The unit is 2 room apartment. But the 2nd room is too small, and the single bed is blocking the entrance to the toilet. And the air conditioner in 2nd room is not comfortable. It's not cold, it's humid.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Good location for those attending convovation at UiTM Shah Alam. Short distance to UiTM and lots of nearest attraction within walkable distance. Easy process of checking in and checking out. The place also clean and can fit up to 6 people to sleep.
Maybe can change the type iron used and provide extra rubbish bag for the guest to change.

Some old smell house, not sure what was it, but smell something (not too long), and the small room, so small, and the single bed can't even fir properly and hard to go to toilet thus i need to move the bed under the desk. Quite frustrating since I was expecting the same quality as before and this time the house definitely smaller than my previous stay. So, i would say, i'll still come coz this the only stay i feel like i'm fine with it, and rather to stay more nights there, but please improve.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2025I like everything about the property. The bed was comfortable, the house was clean and they even gave extra mattress and bedsheet with pillow and blanket. They even have smart tv and the kitchen has everything including electric stove, microwave, plates and utensils. Plus, our unit has a washing machine that is fully functional unlike others. There's even mini mart such as 7Eleven, Kk Mart and convenience store (Bingxue, eMart, Bakers Cottage) at the lobby UG.
There's some smell came from the bathroom and the aircond. Maybe need some service but not a problem since the smell went away after 10 to 15 minutes.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2025The location is strategic. I like that they have private parking for resident, so easier to get parking. The house was great! They also prepared extra mattress and pillows just in case there's additional tenant. They also provide netflix account, wifi and pot to use in kitchen.
