Easy check-in, nice view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Close to icity. Very aesthetic love tv in the room and living room. Nice view very high. Clean also. Also lots of extra bed and pillows very thoughtful

Water clogged in the shower space as well as the sink in the bathroom. Space is pretty small, the parking area very very far and it such a hassle to check in. If provided a jug / mineral water bottle would be nice to fill up water and put in freezer.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioner vent was extremely dirty, with thick layers of dust hanging from it, which was quite unpleasant and raised hygiene concerns. We also found small cockroaches in the bathroom. We hope the host will improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the property for future guests.

I stayed here two years ago and booked again based on that good experience, but unfortunately, the property has gone drastically downhill. The unit no longer matches the Booking.com listing due to a complete lack of maintenance. Specific issues included: Misleading layout: An extra single bed in the living room made the space feel cramped. Cleanliness: The rug was stained and poorly vacuumed. Cutlery and dinnerware were not washed properly. The air-con units were very filthy. Poor amenities: Linens and towels felt very cheap and thin, and no drinking glasses were provided. Broken fixtures: The bathroom vanity and shower rail were both broken. Pests: The unit is infested with cockroaches. The host did put down a trap, but it did not solve the problem. When I raised these issues with the host, I was brushed off with a generic 'we will look into it' and offered zero consolation or resolution. I cannot recommend staying here- which is a shame because it was a lovely property to start with.

Everything including the fast response from the host.. The room was quiet, beds were cozy, water pressure is good, WiFi connection is stable and TV can connect to Netflix so could enjoy good movies throughout the stay.. Rooftop pool with beautiful view… Overall recommend to stay.. Will book again for sure..

The location was quiet and peaceful.

When I arrived, the toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned, there was still visible waste inside. I ended up having to clean it myself.

The apartment's location is perfect, just 2 minutes from all the entertainment i-City has to offer, including shopping malls and amusement parks;

Only location is the only thing you will like.

The owner will not give the passcode until it becomes 3:00 pm so you have to stay in the street with your kids which is not acceptable at all, the apartment is so small it is not same the pictures, the staff are rude and the security is not talking in a polite way.

Accommodation is tiptop! Feels like home, clean and comfortable. I booked for 1 whole month and they provide weekly cleaning service. Facilities were all good. Decoration seems luxurious, aircon provided in both rooms and living room. Kitchen appliences provided with complete sets and all functioning well. Washing machine comes with dryer, plus point for me as i stayed there for a month.

The living room seating area is quite humid as the aircon was not centralised. However owner is good enough to provide fan upon request. There was no filtered water like coway so i need tk buy mineral bottled water for drinking. Its quite inconvenient especially when I stayed there for a month.

Pros - really nice location close to the mall, House is clean and well divided Nice view from the room, the pool is nice too

Cons - encountered cock roaches 4 times for 10 nights stay. And one of it was crawling on the bedsheet. I got shocked and wouldnt really come back again Doesnt really have balcony so cannot hang the clothes, There was no detergent & extension cord so i had to buy myself. But there are not many plugs from the first and it is uncomfy to not have extension cord, is it really so difficult to equip some extension cord for guests or buy it for them ? A bit small gym area and ac is not on so always kinda hot there While I was showering or washing my face, the water wasn't draining properly, so I opened the drain and there was a ton of hair there. And i had to take all the hairs by myself. You gotta really know where to clean up

A cockroach was crawling on the bed headrest in the master bedroom. I took a picture and showed it to the property owner. No extra tissues rolls. No floor mat for the bathroom, no mineral water to drink, no bidet. Mattress sinking causing backache

Everything is perfect. Got sejadah and all the toiletries.

If can provide mineral water it should be nice.. just suggesting..

Stayed with my wife and son. Great host! Very responsive and helpful. House was clean and comfortable to stay in. Rooftop swimming pool on the 43rd floor was nice. Gym there as well. Mall within walking distance, super near. Really convenient.
