I don’t think I have enough words to express how disgusting is this place and how much disappointed I am from the host. Place was incredible dirty, location looks like an horror movie and mattresses were the most horrible thing I had ever seen in my life, moreover no linen were provided. We arrived late in the afternoon and after a long process to check in we entered the apartment and we couldn’t had a worst experience. I asked booking and the host for a refund but despite the host texted me he agreed to refund us, once he got the keys he waited 1 hour just to decline the refund pretending we have been in the apartment for 3 hours so we had to pay! Funny things we waited for him to get back to us because when I texted him about the place he didn’t get back for over 1 hour and now he is pretending we stayed in his place too long. Truth is we are a family of 4 and after an international flights looking for another accommodation, while dealing with a refund, is not the best welcoming experience. Moreover it is not easy to find another place from that location. I really don’t understand how a platform as booking.com allow this kind of listing. My daughter also forgot a book she really cared about, I know it wasn’t the host fault but when I asked him if I could pick it up he didn’t replied and waited 2 hours to get back to me. I really hope no one will make my own mistake and book this disgusting place.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026We wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport for one night before we flew back home so we found this place and we really liked it! The location is great, with it being a short taxi ride to the airport and being close to lots of places to eat and drink. The pool was amazing. The apartment was lovely. I'd happily stay here again!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht akzeptabel. Die Bettwäsche war offensichtlich bereits benutzt und wir hatten erhebliche hygienische Bedenken. Aus diesem Grund haben wir unsere eigene Bettwäsche verwendet. In mehreren Bereichen der Unterkunft war Schimmel sichtbar, zudem lag ein durchgehend muffiger Geruch in den Räumen. Die Unterkunft ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm gemacht hat. Es war sehr laut, Ruhe war kaum möglich. Auch die sanitären Anlagen waren problematisch: Der Wasserhahn machte extrem laute, ungewöhnliche Geräusche und ließ sich nur schwer abstellen. Es war kaum Toilettenpapier vorhanden, was bei der Ankunft bereits einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt wohl oder sicher gefühlt. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, wie die positiven Bewertungen dieser Unterkunft zustande kommen. Die einzige sachliche Information: Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert mit dem Taxi etwa 25 Minuten.

(Direct lift from lobby to the unit), the apartment building and room really clean, the security guard really nice, the surrounding traffic is not busy at all…will repeat to stay at this apartment in the future!

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024The distance from KLIA only 10-15mins away, near to shops and restaurants. The unit have 3 rooms, 2 rooms with aircond + 1 room with ceiling fan. Wifi provided and the house smells nice. The balcony view not so much to see. Swimming pool located on 6th floor I think. Iron provided.
No microwave to heat food, no stove to cook. No complementary provided. Only pack of biscuits. Hope you will provide mineral water etc or tea/coffee sachets.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2024The registration for visitor is difficult due to the management apps not functional. The parking basement is not ok due to different parking unit for 1 house. The indoor game open door is only limited time and need to register first. The host not gave proper direction on the lift access from the parking basement to the house and not prior inform the indoor game access time. There is no netflix account access set in the tv. I have to login my own netflix account. I have asked the host to logout my account but till now no respond from him. Such a bad service!!!
