Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The place was beautifully furnished with attention to detail. Our host, Rishaad, was very accommodating and helpful. We loved that everything was neat and tidy. The rooms were comfortable, and the central heating and cooling system was definitely a plus.
There was nothing much to dislike. I would recommend that more cutlery be added like tongs and a better can opener. Also, more sharp knives and some larger bowls, a mixing bowl, is a definite must to add on. I did not know that the restaurant was halaal. Please add this on, in your description, as this will encourage more people to select your accommodations. Please add more sofas.

There wasn’t much to complain about. Everything was good overall. Just sad that we only booked for one day.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025The place is spacious, with modern finishes and furniture. The hosts are good people. They offer nice breakfast at R150, provided you book it in advance.They have braai facilities and we had our braai. Nice place in overall.
A lot of things, The fact that we had to clean for ourselves. I feel like when we are on holiday,we are there to rest and not clean. They don't provide domestos for toilets, and you only get small sunlight liquid,no tile Cleaner. You only get a broom and a mop. We had to ask for a bucket, but they don't provide tile Cleaner or cleaning staff to clean the toilet and bathtub.We can't clean the shower and the bathtub with a mop. The bathrooms don't have windows, and there is no ventilation or moisture or smell control. The 2 bedroom basin is too small, and one spills water everywhere when you brush your teeth. I struggled to wash my face in that basin. They don't put tissues everyday, you have to ask for it when it's finished. They don't give clean towels or changed linen,if you want new ones, you have to wash them or pay to get clean ones. For me, it was a turn off.So for 4 nights our beddings were not changed. And I think the beddings are too heavy for summer weather. The duvet are way too heavy but of good quality, I must say. The pillows are too big and hard, and my husband and I woke up with painful necks every day. I suggest they put both soft and hard pillows to accommodate everyone. And the high steep parking is a nightmare. When you drive a small manual car,a clutch will definitely get burned. The steep is too high. But at least they do provide parking for free. We paid R1500 for both units for breakage fee, which is R750, but it gets refunded when nothing is broken or damaged, and this I understand. I wouldn't mind going back only if the cleaning services will be available it's better to include it in the rates rather than paying it separately.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2025CONDITION OF THE FACILITY STILL NEW AND MUST BE MAINTAINED AS SUCH, LIKED THE SWIMMING POOL, MY SON HAD HIS TIME IF A LIFE TIME. GOOD TASTE OF FURNITURE, IT GAVE THE HOME FEEL. COOLD COOK AS THOUGH I WAS IN MY HOME. THE OWNER WAS FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF ALL OUR NEED AND DIDN'T MAKE PAY FOR A BOWL BROKEN BY MY SON, EVEN THOUGH I SIGN THAT I WILL PAY SHOULD ANYTHING BE BROKEN. LIKED THE SMART TVAS WE COULD WATCH NETFLIX. OWNER IS VERY HOSPITABLE AND UNDERSTANDING TOO.
TOILET ACCESSORIES TO BE REPLACED WITH IMPROVED QUALITY THAN THE CURRENT ONE. THE PLACE IS CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY AND CANNOT USE STAIRS. TO TRAIN THE STAFF TO BE MORE FRIENDLY AND PROACTIVE. PARKING NOT FOR FAINT HEARTED, MUST ALSO BE MADE TO BE A BIT SMOOTH.

Amenities, utensils in the kitchen (e.g. no dishcloth, oven wand, and other little things), washing machine but no drying rack in appt. Shower leaking in master bedroom basically flooding the bed room Smalle details missing which when present, would have made a big difference. Noisy main road and noisy neighbors.
