Reviewed Jul 31, 2025The room is clean.
1. Bathroom door hinge fails and can not be closed. I reflected this problem but there was no repair during my two days stay. The manager strangely asked me why the door was broken after I checked out. 2. There is an elevator, but only for downstairs, not upstairs. I didn’t know why and asked the manager how to use for upstairs, but with no response. 3. The room and the shower cabin is very small. 4. Washbasin drains slow.

Not clean, we had dog hair laying around everywhere and used tissues under the bed and couch. The property had a plumbing issue and we tried to contact them but we never received any answers.
