Nothing, very poor management.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment, got there and one of the rooms had no bedsheets I called the number provided and the lady that answered tried to make it my fault, saying I needed to let them know I needed both rooms cleaned, which makes no sense since it’s a 2 person booking for a 2 bedroom apartment. Not only was she not understanding, she also said she would contact the cleaner and if I wanted the bedsheets I would have to pay extra charges, ridiculous, regardless I said okey I’ll wait for your call. Waited all my stay not a single cleaner went there or did they contact me back, very sad behaviour for any type of establishment, as a consequence I had to go sleep somewhere because not only did the room not have bedsheets, but also the house was quite dirty as you’ll see from the pictures.

Location and space. Beds were really comfy.

We had no Wi-Fi all weekend - we followed all the steps and contacted the person but they didn’t suggest anything different or come and help. There were no blinds in one of the rooms which was a big issue (I also contacted them about this and then got no response at all). The same room had no cupboard doors and had loads of spiders in it. Under the bed in the other room was a dirty pair of socks and the whole apartment had quite a few holes in the wall.

We loved the location and the feel of the apartment! Perfect for 4 and cozy, we felt at home! Super central to the shopping centre and bars. Clean and nice!
