The showerhead needs to be repaired, and the bathroom needs to be cleaner.

Mi è piaciuto andarmene via!!

Lenzuola colorate marroni, porte del bagno completamente marce dall'acqua della doccia, si porte perché c'è ne sono 2 una per ogni camera. Struttura fatiscente con piscina dove non si vede neanche il fondo per l'acqua torbida. Bagno allagato costantemente anche se non lo si usa e soffitto completamente ammuffito. Se cercate una sistemazione decente non alloggiate qui.

Good responsive communication..fast respond to resolve inconvenience occurs

Only have 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom quite not good.Long que to use. Lift elevetor to slow 1 lift broken..waiting so long.. Parking Card reader to in out not responsive to detect take time to open panel.

Property owner response is slow. Property not well maintained with water leaking in the toilet and broken shower.

a) The unit location was ideal. All necessities was within walking vicinity. b) Check-in early is possible subject to availability. c) Common areas of the unit were overall clean.

a) Key collection instructions were off Booking.com platform which made communications complicated. b) The toilet cleanliness was below par. c) Wall leaks were visible during heavy rainy days.

Location, clear instructions on key acquirement, Netflix, clean water dispenser for hot and cold water.

Home improvements - ironing board needs replacement, more hooks / cloth hanging rack in the bedrooms and bathroom, bathroom and toilet needs to be maintained.

Very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great service and a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended!

terbaikk. homestay bersih, takde bau pelik, aircond sejuk, ada swimming pool, terbaik lah. kalau dtg KB lagi sy akan repeat lagi. senang berurusan dengan owner,senang nak cari makan. kat bawah ada mcd, emart 24hrs, starbuck, nasken, cofee bean. jalan sikit ada foodcourt pula.

Lantai bilik air licin berlumut. Pakai selipar pun asyik nak tergelincir je. Please clean properly.

Takde orang tunggu... Semuanya kena buat sendiri...ambil kunci dan serah kunci.

Bilik bersih & selesa. Bilik utama sangat luas. Lokasi di tengah bandar. Mudah untuk keluar & masuk penginapan. Tempat letak kereta dekat dengan lif. Semua alat disediakan berfungsi dengan baik. Pemilik balas mesej dengan pantas.

Dinding tandas tidak berapa bersih. Mengambil masa yang agak lama untuk menunggu lif semasa nak pulangkan kunci.

Semuanya ok saja..owner senang berurusan

locatie is prima, winkeltjes onder en omheen. prima plek voor een nachtje op doorreis naar de Pehrintian Islands. schone bedden, okay airco.

badkamer was niet echt fijn, wc heel dicht op de douche en niet heel fris.

Tutto perfetto! Camera pulita e piscina bellissima in cui rilassarsi a fine giornata! Molto vicino al night market con ottimo cibo!

L'hôte était très serviable, il nous a fournit un adaptateur aux prises électriques gratuitement et nous a permis de retarder le check out d'une heure. la présence d'un filtre à eau est un plus. L'espace est assez grand pour une famille de 5 personnes, l'emplacement est pratique, il y a un mall à distance de marche (10 minutes) ou on y trouve l'essentiel. On avait choisi cet hébergement pour y passer la nuit avant de rendre aux îles perhentian. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Le check in et check out sont très faciles et immédiats.

Le fauteuil du salon a un grand trou au milieu donc même un enfant ne peut y dormir dessus. J'ai trouvé un cafard dans la chambre, j'espère que ça sera traité.

Locatie en uitzicht vanuit het appartement op Kota Bharu. Leuk appartement in een woontoren met de McDonalds en supermarkten/mall in de directe omgeving.

De bank was helemaal doorgezakt en kapot. Douche zat vol met schimmel en is slecht geventileerd. Douchedeuren vertoonden ook rottende plekken aan de onderzijde.

Everything-the unit, the facility, and the location. The unit is minimalist but very clean. Nice infinity pool. Kids love it very much. Situated right in the heart of Kota Bharu town, it is easy to go anywhere.

Baño horrible! Lleno de moho, daba tanto asco que ni nos duchamos La habitación estaba reservada para 5 y solo había camas para 4...lo quinto era una colchoneta impresentable y sin sábanas :( Estuvimos a punto de irnos pero era tarde y como solo era una noche pues nos quedamos. En la piscina No te dejan bañar en bikini...tienes que ir vestida!! Encima lo reservé por 40€ y me han cobrado 60€ Caro por lo malo que es!!!

Comfortable stay with easy and convenience shops at the same building. The host also is very easy to communicate with. Hassle free for check in and check out as they use self check in and out system

Location to eatery places and other tourist attraction is very near. There are a lot of makan2 places near the appartment. Chk in n chk out is very smooth. Parking space, superb. Hightly recommended.

Worst service - check in at 3pm. They sharing pdf for us to read the procedures to check in at 3.10pm. It's took time for us to read n to understand it. I ask her why not share us at least 10 minutes earlier before get key. The staff is so rude, u kena baca cepat kalau nak masuk awal - This is the way she replied. Bathroom cleanliness very bad. The bathroom wall look like never been washed before. Feel like wanted to shower faster n get out.

We were able to be moved relatively quickly to a more suitable unit after informing the owner of the toilet leaking sewage

The toilet was leaking. Bathroom smelt like sewage and you could see the puddle around the basin of the toilet which got worse after we had only been there for 30 minutes. New unit meant we did not have a hair dryer. Had to go to bed with wet hair as no way to dry it

Good location in the heart of town. Simple facilities which full filled our basic requirements. A helpful host and fast respond for my questions.

A little bit complex security for car park and lift, but i know it is good for local resident. The living space little bit small if more than 5pax.

Collect key when arrival is very difficult. I’m called your staff so many times but no responed lm feel gave up , until luckily she whatsapp me back. One toilet/ bath room for eight persons make us very struggle.
