No clear signage where to put the garbage we just put outside luckily someone collected the garbage (can't find the garbage room). Sunday having loud sound from construction above the house which is beyond control. Can't find any prayer mat and kiblat signage. Maybe can improve

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma segnalo poca chiarezza sulla capienza. L'annuncio indica fino a 8 ospiti, ma con sole 2 camere e 3 letti (un matrimoniale e due da una piazza e mezza) l'alloggio è adatto al massimo per 4-5 persone. Essendo in 7 adulti siamo stati molto stretti. Consiglio al proprietario maggiore trasparenza sulla capienza reale.

I really appreciated the host’s kindness and warm welcome. The pool and the apartment were both very nice.

The shower could use a little maintenance, but apart from that, everything was great.

The location is superb. As i am an EV car driver, they have ac charger in front of the lobby or u can have more option within 5mins drive in Ambank Kota Bharu

The parking lot is quite a smell but that’s out of the property jurisdiction. Only if it can be convey to the faciliy management for an action.

There was a convenience store, coffee shop & McD on the ground floor of the apartment. Very near town centre.

Logement propre bien climatisé et idéalement situé: des cafés/ fastfood/ commerces au rez de chaussée et autour de l'immeuble+ centre commercial a deux pas. Grande piscine accessible tard et arrivée autonome très pratique. On y a passé une nuit en transit vers perhentian et c'était mieux que prévu les quartiers alentours ont un charme, une authenticité qu'on ne trouve pas dans les plus grandes villes.

Tombol pintu toilet di 2-2 bilik perlu diganti. Beberapa kali terkunci dari luar.

The host sent instructions via Whatsapp a few minutes before check in time which was pretty easy to follow. There is a water dispenser available for use in the unit.

The sofa is not very comfortable but still acceptable.

Property is centrally located and just 25-30 mins away from the airport. The building has a convenience store, McDonald’s & cafes on the ground floor and there are hospitals nearby in case of emergencies. The apartment was exactly as advertised and well equipped with essential appliances and kitchenware. The owner also provided Wi-Fi, Netflix, toiletries, detergent and extra bedding, making the stay comfortable. Check in was seamless with clear instructions. The unit was clean and well prepared upon arrival.

The only downside is that there’s 1 bathroom.

Location and size of the property. Good size for 3pax. There’s convenience store and few coffee outlets on the ground floor.

Het is een ruim appartement. Beddengoed, handdoeken, koelkast, wasmachine meubels en servies waren schoon. In de badkamer ontbreekt een douchescherm, cabine of gordijn waardoor alles heel erg nat wordt en hierdoor zit de schimmel tot op de deuren. Heel erg zonde. Ook waren enkele lampen kapot. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep soepel en alles dat ontbrak (niet voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed en servies voor het aantal huurders) werd snel gebracht. En waarom worden er zo vaak appartementen voor 6 personen verhuurd terwijl er te weinig spullen zijn voor 6.....er waren maar 4 stoelen en 3 kopjes? Het personeel dat het appartementencomplex runt, is vriendelijk maar spreekt geen Engels en is dus weinig behulpzaam, ook houden verschillende personeelsleden er verschillende regels op na bijvoorbeeld met betrekking op de openingstijden van het zwembad. Vreemd . Wel een fijn en mooi zwembad.

The toilet wall can be cleaner.

The cold/hot water filter was a great help. The property was comfortable. The pool was very lovely.

Nothing to do with the hosts but the bin area was nasty and the management of troika need to be more vigorous in keeping the area clean and bug free.

We only slept one night. Nice apartment. They share a nice rooftop pool. The apartment offers everything you need, a washing machine, drinking water, a large refrigerator. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well. The bathroom is spacious

The apartment is for 4 max. 5 people, if one sleeps on the couch. One bed is double and two are single, where two younger children or one adult can sleep. There were 7 of us. They knew that. There was no bedding for the couch. There were also towels for only 4 people. When we informed them, they immediately delivered bedding and one pillow for sleeping on the floor. It was ok for one night.

The location is exactly at the centre of the town, near (driving distance) to most of the recommended eating place in KB, designated parking spot, almost complete kitchen utensils and convenience and coffee place just at the lobby!

Could done a bit of deep cleaning at least once in two weeks or so, the toilet is clean but could be cleaner. Especially on the toilet walls.

The strategic location. It is convenient to travel to city and back. Not an issue. The plus point is the eateries like Mcd, CBTL, CU mart are just downstairs.

The noises fr cars, especially the bikes at night. Every night, you can hear mat rempit speeding and despite we were staying on 11 floor, the structure of the building is so thin that we literally felt like we were at ground floor. But that's the problem with KB. Unless you choose to stay far form the main road.

Very clean and well-thought homestay. Everything was perfect and complete. They even have coway water dispenser, washing machine and vacuum cleaner which i can use anytime. Overall, its a great place to stay. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s considering this place.

1. more detailed description on how to get to the lobby i.e bout the 15 minutes free upon passing the TnG booth on the premise. For first timer, we were at lost whether should we tap our TnG and bout the TnG charges 2. advice to change the mattress of the wooden bed.

Toilet need to change the seat & install shower screen every time after shower the floor will get wet slippery no good for child & old folks. Please clean up the ceiling fan the plate is full of dust.
