One of the guest members in the shared apartment rooms were extremely helpful and she was kind to me. I was very shy to talk to her or anyone, but felt hesitation, but the interaction was overall positive.

One of the rooms I had rented didn't have any locks or a key. People could just enter my room and steal something. I wished I had a room with locks on it or a digital code or a key. Of course I wouldn't want my stuff stolen or someone to just randomly barge into my room or breach it without my authorization. There was blood stains on the bathroom floor as the apartment only had 1 bathroom to share with 2 other guests staying there. You would definitely need to pay more money for a hotel room or hold your bladder. It felt very uncomfortable to hold it. I would rather never ever book an accommodation next time where I have to share a bathroom. I'm better off just getting a hotel room. And the place had a very malicious odor in the kitchen or dining area. It had some weird fishy smell that made me want to vomit. It was disgusting! I would never pay to share an apartment with someone anymore. Another thing I want to complain about is the walls are so super thin. The other guest next door could easily hear everything and even hear me breathe. Each time I make body movements or make any noise in the middle of the night, they also wake up as well. I felt that I am disturbing their peaceful sleep. It felt so awkward. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Beliggenheten var topp, nærhet til buss, bysykkel, butikk mm. Fin forbindelse til UiS. Billig.

Stedet var ganske skittent. Gulv og do/vask/dusj var rent, men veldig støvete, og skittent gulv på badet. Jeg benyttet vaskemaskin med eget vaskemiddel, men måtte vaske dør, tetningslist og ikke minst kammeret for vaskemiddel. Skikkelig ekkelt! Det er spesielt å leie et rom der flere bor sammen som ikke har lås på døra - det er SVÆRT kritikkverdig at dette ikke er opplyst før booking. Senga var reid opp med et dynetrekk i stedet for laken. Dette var ikke stort nok til å dekke senga, og så glatt at det var umulig å feste rundt madrassen. Jeg ga beskjed om dette, men fikk til svar at de ikke hadde nok laken. Jeg bodde der i 9 netter, og det ble ikke ordnet underveis. Det manglet oppvasksåpe og tilstrekkelig med dopapir, dette var heller ikke oppgitt at måtte skaffes av gjestene. Det er svært begrenset tilgang til utstyr: Ett fat, en kopp, ett glass, en hver av kniv, gaffel, skje og teskje tilegnet hvert rom. Ikke noe tørkepapir eller kjøkkenhåndkle. Til at det er hengt opp regler overalt, og at man I tillegg får tilsendt mange regler, er det lite raushet å spore fra utleier.

Alt var som beskrevet, meget enkelt å finne fram. Godt med parkering. Dessverre ble jeg akutt syk ut på kvelden og måtte dra hjem så sov ikke der. At jeg ble syk er IKKE på grunn av oppholdet! Vil sikkert booke igjen neste gang jeg tar en tidlig Fjordline avgang.

Leilighet som leier ut flere rom til overnattings gjester. Ikke lås på skyvedør inn til rommet. Dele stue, kjøkken og bad med andre.

Good location, quiet and cheap accomodation. Very suitable for a long stay in Stavanger. Easy access to buses to reach city and other parts on the wider area.

Quite strange and long emails, like someone else said - communication felt like AI and not personal. When I was enquiring about the room before I stayed (since it was a long stay, and I wanted to check some things) sometimes the reply felt quite cold and not so welcoming. I got used to staying there and it was affordable for my long stay, but I did find my experience, especially at the beginning to be a bit strange. After my second day, I had been reported for leaving my slippers neatly by the door and not on the designated tray, it felt like I was being closely monitored. After that I kept my slippers in my room - I understand why rules are in place, to ensure a respectful and tidy environment, but it felt a little unrelaxing the atmosphere and messages, especially as I am already a respectful, considerate person, live quietly- even so, after being reported for slipper disobedience, I had the impression that I could do something else wrong in that environment, so I spent most of my time in my room. In addition, I had told them that my sheets were stained and clearly in bad condition (I took photos which showed this and attached to review), they rebuffed saying they were only worn and that it was not a priority for the landlord to update the sheets; suggesting, basically what do I expect for such cheap acommodation, it seemed unprofessional. Clean sheets, in good condition..in my humble opinion should always be a priority, regardless of how much people pay, it's a basic and inexpensive part of supplying accommodation. In the end I bought my own sheets. My room could have been cleaner when I arrived, there were some cobwebs and hairs on the desk, dirty mirror, I took photos but after their reaction about the sheets.. I thought what's the point in bringing up the cleaning. I cleaned it myself. Others said it was spotless in reviews, so maybe it was just a one off. The rest of the house was clean, I know that cleaners did come regularly.

Les propriétaires répondaient de suite, si j'avais une question et arrivaient à trouver une solution immédiate , les explications étaient très bien données pour trouver l'appartement. La décoration, l'arrangement de l'appartement étaient magnifiques, je m'y sentais bien.

Pokój ma świetną lokalizację, ze stacji Jåttåvågen można w zaledwie dziesięć minut dojechać pociągiem do centrum, a do lotniska też jest niedaleko. Jeszcze przed check-in dostałem bardzo dokładne wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i samego pobytu, wszystko było opisane szczegółowo, więc nie miałem żadnego problemu z trafieniem ani z wejściem do obiektu. Warto tylko pamiętać, że po wpisaniu kodu do drzwi trzeba chwilę poczekać, aż zamek kliknie i dopiero wtedy pociągnąć za klamkę. Widok z okna jest ładny, w środku czysto, kuchnia ogromna i dobrze wyposażona, a pokój wystarczający na komfortowy pobyt. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka duża i nowoczesna, co zrobiło na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Pokój nie jest zamykany, ale mimo tego czułem się bezpiecznie. I jeszcze cena - rewelacja.

It’s clean and neat. It’s in a nice apartment block in a pleasant natural area (if ~40 minutes from central Stavanger by bus). But for the issues set out below I think this could be a good option for some travellers. Certainly the room I had would have been perfect for my needs, if it had been possible to lock the door, and but for the other weird behaviour exhibited by the management.

This is a genuinely bizarre set-up. The first thing every traveller must know is that the rooms do not have door locks. Well actually that’s not quite true. Some do have door locks, but not - it seems - the ones they let out to travellers. What this means is that you are in an apartment with random other people, the identity of which you don’t know (let alone their backgrounds, etc), and you have no security. It is one thing to have rooms with only doors you could snib from the inside, it is quite another in my view to have no locking mechanism at all when staying in an apartment with unknown other people (and people who the landlord knows precious little about too). All this before we come to the bizarre 4am emails. I could say more about these, but very quickly, I felt sufficiently uncomfortable with the setup that I decided to only use the room for a little rest during the day time - this being necessitated by the fact that I was sleeping on my friend’s couch and being woken up by their cat - precisely because I did not feel comfortable spending the night at this place. Anyway, on both nights I had booked I received 4am messages demanding a response as to why I was not in my room. In one case they even went into the room and took a picture (as if they needed to prove I was not there). This is beyond crazy behaviour in my view. Finally (could there be more?), as others noted, the management are constantly sending these laboured and very long messages that appear to be totally over the top and also written by AI. I asked them whether they were written by AI, but they refused to confirm or deny this (preferring to pretend they did not understand the question, and then when it was spelt out, writing something that was not comprehensible). I would love to know what is going on with this operation. The rooms are perhaps too cheap to be true. I found myself coming up with lots of theories as to what is going on with this place.

The place was spotless and peaceful during my stay. The shared space was spacious. The value for money is unmatched in Stavanger. Highly recommendes!

Veldig god beliggenhet. Deilig å komme frem til oppredd seng og rent håndkle. Godt skjermet rom.

Koden jeg fikk oppgitt for å låse opp døra, var feil. Det vil si, jeg fikk tilsendt feil kode i meldingen jeg fikk, men det var lagt til et bilde med riktig kode. Dessuten ikke noe wifi-passord e.l. som jeg kunne se.

Sengtøy lukter forferdelig sterk etter kjemisk vaskemiddel . Dere skal bruke nøytral vaskemiddel! Jeg kunne ikke sove fra kl 23 til 4:30 pga sterk lukt.

It was clean and near to both terrain and the city. Free parking and wifi is also great.

It was hard to find the right apartment, but I hadn't gone through the confirmation process properly- so maybe my own fault 🤣

Very affordable and convenient

I would suggest perhaps a bit less instructions being sent. It felt kind of overwhelming. And there was almost no toilet paper when I arrived, so it could be good to have spare provided. And this is a small tip, but it could help make it feel more quality-oriented -- maybe make new signs that are nicely made? The ones there look very messy and in contrast to the very nice apartment and its interior.

The room is in a really modern and nice apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet, immersed in nature and relaxing. The grocery store kiwi is 15 mins away by walk, and the bus stop is 5 mins away, and in around 20 mins of bus you can reach the centre.

The location isn't the best. You have to take the bus to reach everything, but here the public transport is really good, so it wasn't much of a problem.

It was exceptionally clean. Really nice funky building. Good parking for my rented car.

There was no way for me to lock my bedroom door. As a female traveler this was a big problem for me. The flat had the owner living there and one other rented room.

Good information prior to arrival, easy to find, easy to park, comfortable bed, pleasant reception by owner.

Perfect area as the office was only a 12 minute walk. Clean and orderly apartment. Nice and cozy room. Perfect for a few days commute.
