La cama era muy cómoda y la ubicación estratégica.

Que entraba mucha claridad por la ventana al amanecer y me despertaba muy temprano, sugiero le coloquen una cortina black out para no afecte el sueño de los huéspedes.

En todo momento cada pregunta fue contestada por el anfitrión. Todo estaba organizado al llegar. El lugar es pequeño , pero acogedor tiene aire acondicionado, 2 cuartos y área para cocina. Me encantó en general. Todo quedo cerca y no tuvimos inconvenientes.

Solo a sugerencia otro cambio de ropa para cama adicional guardado en una gaveta.

Está en un lugar tranquilo y seguro, llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada y el anfitrión en todo momento estuvo en contacto con nosotros, el lugar es muy seguro, y cómodo, camas amplias y limpias

La llave del agua del lavaplatos estaba sin funcionar

Nada, no pudimos entrar al alojamiento.

Que el propietario no se hizo presente, esperamos afuera en la calle en horas de la noche, lo llamamos varias veces sin respuesta y al final envió un mensaje de texto indicando que no podía responder nuestras llamadas. Muy informal

El mismo día que nos tocaba ir a la habitación rentada supuestamente según ellos, se rompió el tubo del agua y el inodoro estaba tapado no hicieron nada para conseguirme otro lugar donde poderme quedar, llamé a la dueña y solo me dijo voy a verificar a ver yo diciéndole que ya iba de camino desde el área oeste, y no me consiguió otro lugar, me dijo chequéate en la app de Airbnbn, debido a la situación de los vuelos no había nada en San Juan para uno hospedarse, tuvimos que virar a nuestro hogar luego del concierto llegando a nuestro destino a las 2:30am. Mínimo ellos tenían que buscar otro lugar y decirnos no está disponible el que rentaron pero tenemos este otro lugar donde la dueña o dueño van a recibirlos. Malo malo y no quiero pensar que me quitaron el cuarto a mí para dárselo a otra persona o amistad por la situación de los vuelos por qué ni evidencia enviaron del tubo roto y del baño desbordado.

Me encantó lo cómodo que fue todo, me sentí como en casa.

No hot water sunday or monday morning called and never came. Plus the ceiling had really bad filtration in both rooms so bad that that sat night it rained and while in bed we got wet! Very bad.. it needs to be fixed.

Barrio tranquilo a 20 min en coche de Viejo San Juan.

La calidad precio me pareció excelente, el lugar es tranquilo y esta bien ubicado, hay muchos locales cerca de comida entonces no hay problema con encontrar algo. Nosotros solo nos quedamos una noche, fue el día que llegamos y se nos hizo súper bien.

El único punto malo que le pondría es que en el baño se sale el agua de la regadera.

At first the day was nice when I got it, upon arrival I was greeted by many wild animals which I told the property. However when I got in it was nice.

During the stay I checked out early due to MULTIPLE bed bug bites which left me permanent scars from the severity of them. I reached out to BOTH the property and booking.com which they were both rude and the property did NOTHING to rectify the situation. So I had to spend HOURS & overnight in the airport because other places were booked up.

The chairs in the kitchen area to sit and watch tv, they aren't comfortable for sitting long periods.

There was a leak on the roof dripping right on my husbands face. When I mentioned it the host did not even pay mind about it. Towels were dirty, he did send us some fresh ones later on

Curtains let in outside light, would benefit from blackout curtains. Internet was not reliable.

I loved this place! Great location, great space. Communication was good and method of payments good as well. Edwin was incredible and was always there to help, I'm definitely coming back!

Great service very clean room

It was nice, no issues or problems in the area.

Little leak in the second room. Other than that it was a pretty good for the price. They sent recommendations for food and places to visit.

Location, facilities, air conditioning, easy to access with the lock box, communication with host was great.

The apartment was easy to access. Clear instructions were given prior to check-in. It was located in a normal, safe neighborhood near the highway and not far from Old San Juan, the airport, and the mall. The apartment had all of the essentials needed and a separate A/C unit in each room. Towels, toiletries, an iron, and an ironing board were provided, along with normal kitchen supplies. The location was quiet at night, with the exception of the last night...neighbors were camped outside laughing after midnight. The roosters were cool to hear each morning. We only spent a few hours in the apartment each day. So, overall, it was an efficient use of space, nicely kept, and in a good location for us.

The tile floors weren't swept or mopped before our arrival. There was visible dirt and hair (a few hairs in the sheets). The shower drain was slow, causing standing water while showering. There was a dirty shower mat on the floor that we didn't use. We brought disposable sheets and cleaning products with us to ensure we were comfortable, so the cleaning aspect didn't affect us much. I wish there was a broom and mop available for guests to clean after themselves. There was a small drip from the ceiling in the bedroom near the bathroom after a rainstorm, but it didn't last. Lastly, the living/dining space is small and has the only TV in the apartment. It worked for us, but a loveseat and a smaller table for eating would still work in that space to enjoy the TV comfortably.

It was just adorable

Not so much far from downtown by car. Parking included and just in front of the house. Refrigerator and microwave included, and a lot of towels too, as well as the AC.

There was no extra toilet paper, no stoves; the door was kind of broken, and the balcony looked not so safe.

Edwin was very welcoming and professional... check in was very easy, his place was very comfortable and clean. We will definately will go back!
