Everything was great. Property was clean, tidy, smelled great & was in a great location. Was a fantastic set up & we loved it. Will be returning.

Only small thing, the dishwasher could have been secured, it tipped a little when loading/unloading.

Quiet location and comfortable. Very clean and surprisingly private.

Very tight getting car in and out of garage. Smaller car would make a huge difference. We have a jeep Cherokee.

Such a lovely property for a family stay in Auckland. Homely and comfortable with access to everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable too. We appreciated the additional things like washing powder, coffee/tea etc. Highly recommend.

La propreté, le calme, tout les ustensiles pour la cuisine ainsi que pour la lessive. Instructions très claires et faciliter pour rentrer dans la maison. Chambres et lit confortable. Armoires dans chaque chambre. La maison est située pas loin de l'autoroute et des commerces pas trop loin.

Pas de climatisation à l'étage des chambres. Difficile de manœuvrer lorsque le véhicule est trop grand. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien. Cabines de douche trop petites.

Lovely well appointed space

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Downstairs very comfortable with air conditioning.

No air conditioning upstairs, all bedrooms are very hot.

Great size for 2 small families staying together - plenty of room for everyone.

Parking is difficult, we were 2 families so 2 cars, the off street is yellow lines, or quite a fair way down another off street

Lovely, clean property. Good communication. Very comfortable spaces.

It was incredibly hot over the weekend and the downstairs was lovely with the aircon but upstairs even with all the windows open it was stirling. Some floor fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition to an already lovely property

House is comfortable tidy clean and in a good location.

Very lovely place with great house to stay in , like brand new house with complete facilities. Good nice location but parking is is abit difficult but not a major issue.

Parking the car

le quartier résidentiel est calme, la maison est propre et assez grande pour une famille de 7 personnes. C'est bien situé à 5 minutes de milford shopping center et à quelques minutes de l'autoroute

It was clean and good kitchen for entertaining.

No bbq out back for the deck. No ceiling fans or aircon upstairs.

Place was spacious inside- large bedrooms. Lots of bathrooms

The door code panel sometimes didn't show up to enter numbers but we worked out pressing on the lower left of the panel brought the panel up more consistently. Some instructions for oven would've been helpful - we had to google. Also we had travelled 17 hours from Australia and arrived late so some long life milk would've been nice so we could've had something to get us through till the following mornings grocery shop

Cleanliness of the property. Big enough for the family

Can’t think of anything! It was exceptionally well and high standards- beautiful, spacious, warm and very clean.

We love it all this was perfect for my family and I, everything was exceptional ❤️

Was nice and big, plenty of space

When opening the dishwasher, it comes out. Master bedroom shower pipe would come of when turning on the shower.

Parking more than 1 car was a mission as you hadd to reverse up a steep driveway

Great location not far from main 1 road. Close to a nice vibrant beach town and only 15 mins into Auckland centre. 35-40 mins from Auckland airport. Beds and bedrooms all very comfortable, Bath & Showers all excellent. Early check in was much appreciated after a long flight from the uk.

No where near enough cooking Pans, utensils or crockery. Also lacking on sofa seating so everyone could sit together in both down stairs rooms and outside or on balcony. Garden needs maintaining better. You need to be a very good driver and confident with reversing. If you have a large car like we did it only just fits in the garage and when you pull out you can’t turn right up the drive as the neighbours car is in the way. So you have to turn left out the garage and reverse up a long steep drive. Not a big problem for me but this would defo cause a lot of people a lot of stress.

Property is exceptionally beautiful, well equipped and was nice and clean when we came. The toiletries were a nice bonus and the whole house smelt amazing. We would definitely be staying here again on our next nz trip

The parking would be our only complaint. The neighbours permanently had their 4wd parked outside which made it VERY tight and hard to get in and out of the garage/driveway.

Not great parking spaces. Lucky we decided to only bring two vehicles, one we parked in the garage, again it's lucky we are good at backing into tight spaces, and the other vehicle we parked outside. Also, we had a little trouble using the doorcode, apparantly the cleaner changed the password but lucky for us a neighbour noticed us having trouble and had the phone number of the property manager and rang him so we could speak to him directly and he got us in easily after that.

It was a lovely home, perfect spot for where we needed it. Great space, loved the 3 bathrooms and the size of the house. Plenty of space for us all

House is exactly like the photos and neighbours are very peaceful, quiet. Was exceptionally clean on arrival and host was very responsive before and during our stay with any thing we needed help with.

We couldn’t stay longer got booked out after us !

Perfect for our needs as well as being very spacious and clean.

The parking, which can’t be helped, due to the location.
