The balcony didn’t have any chairs Difficult to get from the road to the hotel with heavy bags to lift. No offer to take our bags up to our room :( Not a very nice view.

Excellent breakfast. A shady swimming pool and a small gym. Around the corner you'll. Find the Flying Vegetable restaurant One Pattaya popular local restaurants.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The price is very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and I slept well each night. Overall, very hard to grumble at this price point.
The price is fantastic but, I found I spent a lot on taxis to get into Central Pattaya, worth considering if you are staying for multiple nights. The breakfast whilst decent also became boring and my son asked that we eat outside as he was bored of the choices. The shower hose was broken and needed replacing.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The breakfast was tailored to the mostly chinese visitors, quiet okish, 95% frehsly made. A pool and some sitting opportunities were available in the house.
The opening hours for pool and the fitness area are quite limited and quite strictly enforced. The cleaning (especially of glass surfaces could definitely be stepped up. Overall the hotel (especially the rooms) could need some TLC. The management of the staff should losen up a little.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Very nice hotel.Clean,safe. very friendly and professional staff.Neighbourhood is quite , but close to Pattaya North Bus terminal if You need to change cities.Good beds,decent size of room.No issue with water or anything else.By choice it was a bit away from center ,so for those who want to be close to center it is a drive away that cost 50-100 baht or 20 minutes walk on foot.Around hotel plenty of food options (big number of Korean and Thai restaurants). Very nice stay.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Location was good. There were restaurants, cinvenience store, laundromats, massage places all around the hotel. Terminal 21 was 1km away. Staff were courteous and accommodating.
The entrance to the hotel was badly designed. The actual lobby is actually quite nice but you have to negotiate narrow passages and awkward steps to get there. There seems to be a ramp for wheelchair access but you still have to get up/down a few steps from the street. Weird design. Rooms were nice and clean.
